It was my second stay at this hotel. Our room was on the 20th floor. Fantastic view on Lisboa . White clean crispy bed linnn and a bath! Not acshower, a bath! Close to everything, very deiendly and attentive staff, delicious breakfast and coffee. Will come again for sure

Nice spacious double room. Had to pay 500hkd dollars as a deposit. They did not take visa but there was a bank across the road to access ATM. To get the deposit back at the end of our 3day stay we needed to give them the receipt, luckily we had not thrown it out.

We had a great stay at House of Art Macau. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the location was excellent. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a 7-Eleven just a short walk away, which was very convenient.
The hotel is also close to the airport, and transportation was easy; there are buses that run directly between the airport and the hotel, making arrival and departure easy. The amenities provided were nice and full-sized, which I really appreciated, and the surrounding area felt very safe throughout the stay. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Macau and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has a perfect location close to the historic center, with all major attractions within walking distance. There is also a bus stop nearby, which makes it very convenient to reach other parts of the city.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Soundproofing was good, so it was quiet at night.
The staff were friendly and helpful, making the overall experience smooth and pleasant. A great option for exploring the city and very good value for the location. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

I super love the hotel's amenities and their rooms. I think I fell in love. I will definitely come back in this brand of hotel. Luxurious yet affordable. Macao hotel are far better than HK. So next time I'll stay longer in macau than hk. The experience was superb! The hotel is located in supermarket, ruins and casino! They have free shuttle service. Very accessible.
My only comment are the staff at the bistro during breakfast...they are too loud. Talking infront of the buffet without mask. Their voices are louder more than the hotel guest. Bussing out of plate should be on the side not infront of two people eating... it's rude. Also the utensil and plate in the kitchen seem flying you can hear the sounds and their voices. Its a hotel not some public market. They should act more of an hotelier than market seller.

De kamer die we boekten had een fantastisch uitzicht over de stad.
Er zijn veel lokale winkels en restaurants die echt betaalbaar zijn en heerlijk authentiek eten serveren.
Het hotel ligt vlakbij bushaltes.
Nadelen
De matrassen en kussens zijn aan vervanging toe.
Ze worden niet dagelijks schoongemaakt als je meerdere nachten verblijft.
Geen minikoelkast.
Ik zou zeggen dat je krijgt waar je voor betaalt. Dus omdat het goedkoop is, had ik er niet veel van verwacht.

Het hotel was schoon en comfortabel met een uitstekende ligging direct naast zowel het lightrailstation als de luchthaven. Het is minder dan 10 minuten met de trein naar het belangrijkste casinogebied van Venetian, Parisien en andere beroemde bezienswaardigheden. Dus het is erg handig en een vrij goede prijs. Het enige negatieve is dat elke kamer in het hotel twee aparte bedden heeft in plaats van een groot tweepersoonsbed.

GGuest UserFirst off, the lobby was very clean and comfortable, and the front desk service was excellent—the staff spoke standard Mandarin and were very patient. The room layout was spacious, clean, and tidy. I stayed for three days, and they cleaned the room and provided complimentary water every day! The hotel's location is also superb, with a bus stop right downstairs, making travel very convenient! There are also many great restaurants nearby. I highly recommend Yang Zhi Jin Lao, which is just downstairs from the hotel. Overall, my Macau trip experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose ECARD Hotels again on my next visit to Macau!

GGuest UserI brought my child to Macau for a competition and only stayed one night. This room type has one large bed and a sofa bed, which was perfect for 2 adults and 1 child. The room was clean and quite spacious. It's very close to the Border Gate and Qingmao Port, just a 13-minute walk away. Across the road downstairs is the Lai Lai Supermarket, and on the second floor of the hotel, there's a Chinese restaurant with reasonable prices, making it very convenient. Both the front desk and room service staff spoke Mandarin and were very friendly.

Absolutely a fantastic 5-star location! The hotel is directly opposite Sands, and Fisherman's Wharf is right next to Sands. March is the off-peak season in Macau, so there's no direct bus from Hengqin Port to Sands. You need to transfer at The Venetian, but it's still quite convenient. From Sands to the hotel, you have to cross a pedestrian bridge, but there's a 24-hour elevator. Once you exit the elevator, it's not a long walk in either direction, which is very helpful for travelers with luggage.
## Surroundings:
To the right of the hotel, there's a small alley that leads directly to Macao Polytechnic University, less than 100 meters away, making it super convenient for students taking exams there. A 5-minute walk to the left will take you to the Lotus Square, and you can also see the Golden Lotus from the pathway behind the hotel. If you head right out of the hotel and walk straight down the main road for 15-20 minutes, you can reach the Grand Lisboa and Macau Tower. There are plenty of dining options nearby, probably due to its proximity to the university, with choices for all budgets.
## Facilities:
The hotel reception is on the second floor. The interior facilities are complete, and the bedding and amenities are good. The room also has a refrigerator. The room isn't huge but doesn't feel cramped.
## Hygiene:
The room was cleaned very well and felt comfortable. However, the windows are sealed, so upon first entering, there was a slight musty smell due to lack of ventilation. Thankfully, it dissipated after turning on the air conditioning and ventilation system.
## Environment:
The hallway soundproofing isn't great; you can hear people walking and talking outside the room. Traffic noise from the street outside also comes through at night. However, this seems to be a common issue with hotels and can't be avoided.
## Service:
The front desk staff are busy but very responsible, and they can switch between Mandarin and Cantonese freely for guests. A deposit is required for check-in, and Alipay is accepted.

YYilinThe front desk staff, Erica, Delia, Ying, and Leo, provided excellent and enthusiastic service. The hotel itself is great, but the smart toilet in the room is a bit too sensitive. It startled me when it suddenly activated on its own! It would be perfect if that could be improved!

The best part was its fantastic location; we could walk to everything on the Macau Peninsula, and catching the Grand Lisboa shuttle to Taipa Island was incredibly convenient. The only downside was that the breakfast was the same for all four days, with very limited options.

The location is excellent, close to popular attractions which are easily walkable. They even have a shuttle bus to the Venetian and the Zhuhai Border Gate. GGuest UserI stayed at Hotel Metropole Macau and unfortunately had a mixed experience. The biggest issue was the condition of the room. It felt quite old, and there was a strong cigarette smell throughout… from the hallway all the way into the room. The odor was persistent and uncomfortable, and it actually triggered my allergies. If you have rhinitis or are sensitive to smoke, I would strongly advise against staying here, as it can really affect your comfort and overall trip. On the positive side, the location is excellent. The hotel is very centrally located, with many major attractions within walking distance, and it’s easy to get around the area.
Breakfast was simple but filling… nothing fancy, but enough to start your day. Overall, the hotel has great potential because of its location, but improvements in cleanliness and eliminating the cigarette smell would make a big difference. Until then, it may not be the best choice for travelers who are sensitive to odors.

GGuest UserThe air conditioning in the room was very loud, whether it was on or off. The other amenities and facilities were pretty good. No adapter was needed, and there were plenty of mirrors. Tea bags, coffee, and a mini-fridge were provided. The room itself was small, but the bathroom was spacious. Next time I visit, I'll definitely stay somewhere else, even though this was an upgraded room. However, I checked reviews for every hotel, and no place in the same price range had quiet air conditioning, so it might be a common issue.

SSky KTDownsides: The biggest drawback is that check-in isn't allowed until after 3:00 PM. The front desk staff also came across as quite cold.
Upsides: The room was clean and spacious, with a modern design! Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants around the hotel, and a bus stop is less than 100 meters away. A taxi from the hotel to Macau Airport only cost MOP 58.
