The staff's demeanor was somewhat unfriendly. Security personnel visited our door, requesting that we minimize noise, even though we were not loud to begin with. We perceived that staff members were unjustly picking on us and attempting to find reasons for additional charges. Unfortunately, racial bias seemed to be a contributing factor.

Fantastic location, looks great too for a summer vacation. Only challenge here is they have to add breakfast to the deal and also it’s a resort, it should be treated as such.

Had a good time on date night and we are back for another visit. Returned for another fun weekend!

參加孩子畢業典禮訂的酒店，就在孩子住的公寓對面，離羅格斯大學也很近，酒店位置很好也很安全，晚上我們也經常去周邊吃美食。房間乾淨整潔，不是每天都打掃衞生，需要打掃時自己掛牌子，一般要給小費放桌上。

We are not satisfied with the Front Desk Service. The staff in charge does not seem to be damiloar with group bookings and how additional group charged were arrived. Our booking consisting of four rooms was not organized thus causing a lot of confusions and miscommunications. Keycards and room assignments/charhes were interchanged. The rooms were old/ outdated

The hotel service is very bad. Takes so long just check in when I was the only one checking in at that time. It was at 1 am checked in. They gave me a room in which someone is already inside the room. So they apologize and gave me free upgrade to suite room. Finally can get a room at almost 3am. It was very sucks.

Stayed over to see a show. They were sold out but we got the room through trip.com. Corner room was spacious, clean and had a great shower. Bathroom hair dryer wasn't working but they left an extra one. Got in later than we wanted due to traffic, went to the show, met with friends and ate late at night. Great selection available for late nite food. Burger was excellent (I'm picky about burgers). My only complaint - I thought the venue was too cold. Love that Hard Rock offer both smoking and non smoking rooms. I hate getting a room that has been smoked in.

There was no remote to the Tv I called room service I asked for a remote remote control I received the remote control about a half hour later And the remote control didn’t work I immediately called the from desk for a bout an hour and there was no answer

Dit hotel is geweldig voor deze prijs. Je kunt het niet goedkoper vinden in de buurt van die locatie. * Locatie is geweldig, 20 km+ ver van Manhattan * Zeer, zeer, zeer schoon hotel. * Het ontbijt en het personeel zijn geweldig * Alleen de lift moet worden aangepast, de badkamer op de kamer moet worden vernieuwd en vervangen, ze waren oud. Over het algemeen ben ik erg positief over dit hotel.

De kamer is mooi, maar de geluidsisolatie is gemiddeld; Als je in oktober reist, is de lokale temperatuur al erg koud. Koude regen. Er zijn veel restaurants in de buurt en winkelen is niet handig; Het ligt ook ver van het stadscentrum
