When we arrived, I immediately went down to the sauna and pool (that's the only reason I booked there) and we discovered that the sauna was not active and it took a while until they activated it and it was possible to use it. Other than that, the hotel is fine. The reception is fast and good, and the check-out is in the morning.

Za co brane sa te pieniadze skoro sauna platna a basen bezplatny tylko 2 godz. Obsluga w barze lobby dramat czeka sie na napoje 30 min i jeszcze zdziwnie ze nie zostaly przyniesione. Sytuacja miala miejsce 2 krotnie wiec to nie byl przypadek. Rezerwacja w hotelowej restauracji to tez stanie pod wejsciem bo nikt nie odbiera telefonu od gosci z pokoju a na recepcji twierdza ze lokal ma full rezerwacji z czego okazalo sie ze dalo sie wejsc po odczekaniu paru minut a kilkanascie stolikow bylo puste i nie mieli gosci. Brak organizacji i przede wszystkim pravownicy sa wogole nie przeszkoleni i na kazdym kroku sa jakies bledy.
Overall the place was amazing our room even looked just like the pictures which we were not expecting.
We paid 164pln and had two breakfast buffets which were not bad. On day three they did seem to lose our breakfast booking. They said we hadn't paid at the reception for breakfast which is true, we paid at the buffet kiosk, but they didn't seem to understand. We just went to Lidl to save paying again or getting into an argument.
We went down 10 minutes after the pool was meant to open for the morning, but the staff member was still cleaning it but he let us after a minute or two.
The cold water for the carafes cold setting is not cold, just slightly cooler than room temperature. We ended up filing them up and leaving them in the fridge overnight to get cold water which is not ideal when you are thirsty.
The majority of staff we dealt with were awesome and understood what we meant after some clarification as we speak no Polish.
Would still recommend this place to anyone. The value was simply amazing and maybe there was just a mix up with the computer system that messed up our breakfast reservation. Just minor things that hopefully the hotel can improve for future patrons.
Mój pierwszy pobyt w tym hotelu.Bardzo dużo podróżuje,lecz rzadko trafiam na aż tak cudowne miejsca.Poczynajac od obsługi,czystości,wystroju wnętrz i świetnego SPA.Minusem dla mnie jest restauracja Polka,z wysokimi cenami i bardzo przeciętnym jedzeniem,aczkolwiek miła obsługa i świetnym wystrojem.Przepiekny kameralny hotel położony w pięknym miejscu.Bede wracał!!!
Great location, view, view from the restaurant, imagine in summer you can see blue sky! I was just missing a kettle and tea/ coffees from the room like I usually have in hotels but asked for and received a kettle.

The breakfast was great for adults...with some specialities from Poland kitchen like pickles...also for children the pancakes. My daughter was looking forward for maskot diamond and big playroom....and ofcourse for swimming pool and jacuzzi...we both enjoyed all our time there already for third time...
