Je moet geluk hebben als het om parkeerplaatsen gaat: er zijn openbare, maar die zijn helaas snel weg, anders moet je betalen in de parkeergarage
Het gebied ziet er beter uit op de foto's, het is ongeveer een half uur met de auto naar het centrum. Openbaar vervoer is moeilijk te voet te bereiken. Er zijn geen levensmiddelenwinkels in de buurt, dus het is een beetje afgelegen, maar verder was alles prima in Amsterdam"

julietThe hotel is pretty good, clean and tidy. It's across from a park, but the location is a bit out of the way, and the bed was too small. The breakfast was plentiful, and dinner was delicious. The front desk staff were professional, and you can always count on a big brand. 😊

Guest UserI only stayed for one night, but the view from the window was beautiful, and the bathroom, toilet, and guest room were all very clean. The front desk staff were also incredibly kind. I'd love to stay again when I have more time in my schedule! My room this time was on the 16th floor.

Guest UserFacilities: Very comprehensive, they even had an iron, which I didn't need but appreciated. There was air conditioning too, which was a relief after staying in hotels elsewhere the previous few nights that didn't even have it.
Cleanliness: Spotless and impeccable.

The room was fantastic, and the complimentary snacks were a thoughtful touch. The bed was soft and very comfortable. Its location near the airport makes it perfect for those catching a flight the next day.
However, I had a terrible experience with the airport shuttle. The website stated there was a free shuttle, and I even double-checked the timetable. I waited at the designated area (A9–A13), but no bus ever showed up! I saw shuttles from other hotels coming and going constantly, yet I waited for over an hour with no sign of ours. I’m not sure if a pre-booking was required, but I strongly advise everyone to call and confirm with the hotel beforehand
Additionally, the shampoo dispenser in my bathroom was broken and wouldn't pump. 🥲

I like this shop very much. The location is good and the waiters are courteous. But the room is a bit small and two luggages can't be accommodated. The place to put towels in the toilet is not convenient. You can add more. You have to bend down to take them out every time. If The price is even better!

Airborn63Nice clean hotel, location is near the train station, short walk but not easy with luggage as the path passes a dyke so stairs up and down. Note the town is about 40 minutes walk away. Airport is one train stop but shuttle bus is available, free from airport return is €5
Rooms are large and clean, nice shower. Large TV, Wife kettle tea and coffee.
Restaurant and vending machine is available.

Guest UserThe hotel receptionist was incredibly friendly and kind. We arrived early, before 9 AM, expecting to just store our luggage, but to our surprise, the receptionist informed us that our room was already ready for check-in. The room was very clean and tidy, and the king-size bed was super comfortable. All the amenities were readily available, though the only minor flaw was the low water pressure in the shower. The location is fantastic, very close to the Central Station, making it extremely convenient. There are also plenty of convenience stores, pharmacies, department stores, and restaurants nearby.

Guest UserReally enjoyed my stay at Anantara Amsterdam. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and in a great location.
The breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay, with plenty of options and great quality. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and every time I walked into the hotel I was greeted with a smile, which made me feel very welcome.
Overall, everything was well organized and the service was excellent. Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Amsterdam, and I would happily stay here again.

Anonymous UserWe arrived and were told we could check in at 2 PM. We went into town, and when we returned around 3:30 PM, the room still hadn't been cleaned. Luckily, we received two complimentary drinks as compensation.
Once in the room, we found the curtain was broken, leaving a gap where light streamed in. The TV by the bathtub wasn't working, and the shower kept fluctuating between hot and cold.
We reported these issues in the late afternoon, and someone was supposedly coming to fix them. We went out again and returned after a couple of hours, only to find the curtain still broken. We went back to reception, but the maintenance team had already left. Since we didn't want to be woken up by light, a staff member eventually went to try and fix it themselves, but unfortunately, they couldn't.
Despite these unpleasant circumstances, I would still recommend the hotel. It's a nice hotel, but the staff aren't always as efficient as they could be.

The room is great, the environment is very good, and the service is also great! ! It is worth staying here! ! The swimming pool and sauna are great! ! The shampoo, shower gel and body lotion are all from Guerlain, and the hair dryer is also from Dyson! ! It's great! !
