Hotels met spa in Sinaloa, Mexico

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, sin embargo nuestra habitación daba vista hacia la ciudad , en la zona hay muchos bares que cierran hasta tarde y nuestra ventana no cerraba bien por lo que el ruido no dejo dormir hasta las 4:00 am

Hotel limpio, bonito, junto a la playa, buen servicio, agua caliente baño y camas comodas, las almohadas un poco duras, desayuno que incluyó mi reserva no fue tan bueno, es mejor comer fuera si quieres algo especial, pero para algo simple y ahorrar esta bien. Tiene alberca y spa, cerca del acuario y personal super amable y eficiente.

這個位置非常靠近海邊，這是我最喜歡的地方，工作人員按照我的需求幫我安排了比較高的樓層，從上面往下看的視角非常的棒，游泳池比較豐富，也沒有人很多去擁擠，海灘上也有酒店提供的飲料服務和棕櫚亭子和躺椅，無邊的泳池拍照很好看

Me and my wife stayed here for the weekend. It was perfect, I'm so happy with the choice to stay here. The whole hotel was immaculate, very clean and the customer service was amazing. The salt water pool was great with beach access just footsteps away. I will definitely be going back!

La ubicación del Hotel 10/10. Se que son sus políticas pero nos pareció un poco injusto que no pudieras consumir nada (cervezas, agua, botana o cualquier alimento) si no era del bar, en el lugar de la alberca y camastros. De ahí en más todo en orden.

Muy buena zona, excelente servicio, solo se me hace que debería haber más variedad en las restaurantes a la carta.

Todo el personal en general súper atentos, pero aún más recepción meseros y limpieza y albercas todo excelente muy recomendado por su accesibilidad y ubicación

Buen servicio, el área de la alberca y playa estaba muy bonito. Únicamente sería bueno un mejor mantenimiento en las habitaciones.

The hotel was exactly what we were hoping for. The gardens were gorgeous and the pool was lovely. The staff spoke some basic English which was very helpful for us. The room was very cute. There was a free shuttle that dropped us off at the train station which was very helpful. We definitely would stay again!

The service is normal in general, with exceptions, such as excellent valet parking (they charge you extra for this service, $100 a day), but the one who prepares the omelettes is bad. The food is good, at least what I chose, the zarandeado was exquisite. The pool is generic, not the best. I think the internet is good. The worst are the rooms, mattresses in terrible condition, and rusty hotel accessories. They have sales agents to sell you hotel nights, ignore them, this is in very bad taste, they trick you into giving you 3 nights as a gift, which is a farce, they are just trying to sell you.
