El servicio es normal en general, con excepciones, como los de valet parking excelente(te cobran extra este servicio, $100 al día), pero el que prepara los omelettes malo. La comida es buena, al menos lo que elegí, el zarandeado estuvo exquisito. La alberca es genérica, no la mejor. El internet considero es bueno.
Lo peorsito son las habitaciones, colchones en pésimo estado, y accesorios del hotel oxidados.
Tienen agentes de venta para venderte noches del hotel, ignóralos, esto es de muy mal gusto, te llevan con engaños, que te regalan 3 noches, lo cual es una farsa, solo intentan venderte.

It’s at the beach. Do not eat at restaurant closed to elevator. That was awful.
But, the hotel breakfast is amazing. And the staff very nice and kind.

Easy check in. Very nice staff. They were doing renovations and the hallways to the floor we stayed were crowded.

location was good. needed any repairs. elevator was not working, hot tub not working, broken door in room, toaster not working. the nicest person was the towel guy. Behind the front desk needs some pointers on being polite.

I like the location. The resort needs repairs. Several issues while here. Had to call for several room repairs. They had a problem with water and elevator while here. The bathroom always smelled.

Staff are wonderful and very accommodating. Rooms are a nice size. Kitchenette is very handy to have. Hotel located on main road, it is not a quiet location but road noise is dampened with windows closed.

Location is great. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Pool needs work, the jacuzzi didn’t work and water seemed dirty.
