Hotels met Spa in Western Province, Sri Lanka

Het was een goede accommodatie-ervaring. Ik verbleef hier tijdens mijn eerste nacht in Colombo. Ik ben een reiziger. Voordat ik er verbleef, zag ik online zeer slechte beoordelingen van dit hotel Misschien waren er te veel klachten en is het daarna verbeterd? Ik woon op de 23e verdieping. Het uitzicht is redelijk goed. Het moet als een hoge verdieping worden beschouwd. Er is een overloopzwembad en een bar op de bovenverdieping het menu is niet de daadwerkelijk betaalde prijs. Het in- en uitchecken ging erg snel. Ik heb geen ontbijt in het hotel gegeten, maar ik heb een kopje koffie gedronken in de lobby en naar het landschap buiten het raam gekeken. Het is niet goedkoop, maar het is het waard.

Ik heb dit hotel vele malen op Ctrip geboekt. Veiligheid! Het hotel is zeer groots en de service is eersteklas! Het ontbijt heeft een verscheidenheid aan variëteiten, vooral het verse fruit is veel en zoet, en het kokossap is geweldig?

The hotel was nice overall, but the soundproofing was an issue. We stayed in a connecting room and could clearly hear activities from next door, TG I have ear plugs haha

Our family of three checked into the hotel during the first week of May 2025. Unfortunately, our overall experience was underwhelming. Room service was disappointing, our order was incorrect, and we chose not to send it back as we assumed it would take a long time to receive the correct one. It also took three separate calls just to receive the room service menu. Additionally, we were charged for ice despite having an active room service food bill, which felt unreasonable. When we inquired about evening entertainment (Friday eve), the front desk assured us a live band would be performing, but this never happened. It appeared the resort seems to operate with minimal staff, which may explain the drop in service quality. On a positive note, we were warmly welcomed by a great host at check-in, and the barman at the pool bar made excellent cocktails and provided friendly service. Hopefully, this could be just a rare slip-up.

Not well maintained, the room smelled like wet and mold. One thing that made us very unhappy was that the curtains wouldn't close completely, so the light would come in in the morning at 6 am. The steam room was disgusting, with broken floor and mold. There were alcohol bottles hidden in the spa room, and in the gym cabinets - I LL let you guess who might have been drinking... Good location, clean room. Below average breakfast

Het personeel staat altijd klaar om te helpen met taxi's, aanbevelingen of kleine details die uw verblijf aangenaam maken. Het restaurant en de bar zijn ook uitstekend – of u nu ontbijt bij het zwembad of 's avonds geniet van een cocktail, het eten en de presentatie zijn consistent indrukwekkend. Het is een rustige ontsnapping aan de drukte van Colombo, maar toch dicht bij de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden, cafés en winkels van de stad. Kortom, Sofia Colombo biedt een perfecte mix van stijl, comfort en persoonlijkheid. Ideaal voor reizigers die boetiekluxe met een lokaal tintje waarderen.

We stayed two nights and had a very nice stay. Location, room and staff were excellent. The only gripe was getting woken up at 3am on the morning of 31st December to workers setting up the hotel’s outdoor New Year’s Eve event. Crazy that someone thought that was okay to do.

The hotel is set in very nice surroundings and the rooms are very big. The staff are lovely and the pool has a great view overlooking the lagoon

I had a fantastic experience at the newly opened ICT Rathnadipa Hotel in Colombo. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with modern facilities and a peaceful atmosphere that made my stay truly relaxing. The food was delicious and offered a great variety of choices. A special thank you to the wonderful staff who made my stay even more memorable: Mr. Andrew, Lasantha, Minuri, Erandi, and Dinethma from the Front Office – your hospitality and warm service were outstanding. You all went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. I truly appreciate your efforts. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Colombo and look forward to coming back soon!

De hotelfaciliteiten zijn compleet en het restaurant is geweldig! Het is gewoon westers eten. Er is een Kantonees restaurant binnen een kilometer van de omgeving, geopend door een Noordooster. De inrichting en smaak zijn goed, en de prijs is betaalbaar. Het behoort tot de binnenstad en heeft handig vervoer! Uber is zo handig, Sri Lanka is een geweldige plek om te reizen
