The place is located in a beautiful and calm spot with matira beach (best in bora bora) just at walking distance. The beach bungalow is amazingly cute and definitely deserve the money compared to a standard room. The coral garden in front of the hotel is beautiful and you can easily encounter some friends in the water :)
Only minor complaint is that the wifi connection is terribly bad and works basically only at the reception. But maybe it is a good thing to totally disconnect for a relaxing vacation.

I mean … who can complain! No one!
Perfect check-in, beautiful area. They care on everything. Even the small amenities you receive are beautiful: Water bottle; free cookies and chocolate; big Villa on water … wow!
Dinner was a little … well! I waited 20 minutes (with me just 10 couples, 4 waiters) receiving the menu. No real recommendation given.
Breakfast war at least a blast … even wow!
I find it striking here again that the guest manager only speaks to selected people at breakfast and goes to the table. Not that I need that, but here too there seems to be a two-class society.
All in all it’s a nice to visit, BUT: No many fishes around, no real marine life … you need a boat or a tour for everything! Keep that in mind!
AND last but not least: It’s funny to see the young girl from reception hanging around on the main island after their shift and are REALLY drunk.
You should also keep in mind that you are identified with your job everywhere. That doesn't fit with Interconti in this upscale segment. But of course I don't begrudge the girls their fun

Struttura ottima, colazione inclusa, spiaggia privata con molo da dove partono le escursioni. Consigliato se non volete spendere migliaia di € per i resort di lusso, che hanno in più solo i bungalow sull’acqua.

Hier wird die Serviceleistung bewertet und die Qualität der allgemeinen Ausstattung des Resorts:
1. Gardenvilla mit Pool: sehr geräumig eigene schön gelegene eingebettete unter Palmen gelegene Villen. Das Badezimmer mit zwei Waschbecken geräumiger Dusche und abschließbarer Toilette. Offener Übergang den man mit Schiebetüren schließen kann zum schlafbereich. Schlafqualität: die Betten sind keine Boxspringbetten was ich bei dieser preislage erwarte mit einem funktionierenden Topper. Es gibt zwei Kissen die beide nicht sehr bequem sind. Auf Nachfrage bekommt man nur ein kleines Kissen von einer Fluggesellschaft aus Schaumstoff - dies ist inakzeptabel. Die beiden Matratzen wießen Verschmutzungen auf die noch nicht einmal versucht worden vom reinigungspersonal zu säubern - inakzeptabel. Matratze ist so hart dass wenn man auf der Seite liegt Rückenschmerzen davon bekommen kann - kein einsinken des Körpers möglich. Minibar: wird täglich aufgefüllt und ist im Preis inbegriffen mit einer Packung kleiner Chips Bounty und zwei Bier eine Dose Coca-Cola eine Dose Coca-Cola Zero ein Ananas drink und eine Art Eistee. Was jedoch oft auch erst nach 16 Uhr geschieht da roomservice und housekeeping getrennt sind, warum auch immer.

Het voelt alsof het hotel oud en een beetje achterhaald is in vergelijking met de Conrad en andere hotels die ik online heb gezien.
Eten is relatief duur. Het wordt afgeraden om tijdens het Chinese Nieuwjaar naar Franse restaurants of Chinese buffetten te gaan. Ze zijn duur en niet lekker. Voor deze prijs kun je een aantal van de beste binnenlandse buffetten eten.
Omdat we bij aankomst in een orkaan terechtkwamen, regende en waaide het de hele tijd, dus we hoefden niets te doen, dus snorkelden we alleen maar en keken we naar vissen in het hotel. Het snorkelgebied heeft een zeer goede omgeving en er zijn veel vissen.
Het hotel beschikt over een Chinees sprekende butler, wat erg prettig is.
Het hotel beschikt over boten en bussen die je naar de stad op het hoofdeiland kunnen brengen, maar afgezien van het kopen van parels is er eigenlijk niets anders in de stad. Wandelen over de weg is vergelijkbaar met dat op het platteland van China, en dat is ook zo veel wilde honden.
Over het algemeen is een bezoek aan Tahiti niet zo goed als een bezoek aan de Malediven. Het landschap en de projecten zijn vergelijkbaar, maar de prijs/prestatieverhouding is niet zo goed als die op de Malediven. Hetzelfde geldt voor hotels.

This place is absolutely PERFECT! The beauty of not only the natural scenery but every inch of the resort including the heavenly rooms. Every service person from the person who greets you at the airport, to the boat captain, to reception (mine was Marion and she's a gem) to the in-room dining employees. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. The resort thinks of so many little details that make things special like welcome champagne, lavender oil to help you sleep, beach bag, etc. I've never had such a perfect experience before. Thank you so much!

GGuest UserPerfect price-performance ratio. In the best location of the main island, a short distance from Matira beach. But the hotel beach itself is even better. I liked the cleanliness, the beach, the good breakfast, the nice staff, the price. There is a cheap store nearby. I didn't like the fact that everything is paid for (except breakfast), at least transport should be free if it is public transport. Very bad wi-fi.

YYingyingmaoLiving in a water house. The roof noise on the first night was very loud, affecting sleep, and complaining to the front desk. Although I didn't change to the room immediately, I tried my best to solve the problem. Let us upgrade to the water house facing Shenshan on the third and fourth nights. It was also a very good compensation. The hotel environment is invincible, the service is very good, the meal is very expensive, but the island is indeed expensive. The ceiling of the island is well-deserved!

GGuest UserIt feels like the hotel is old and a bit outdated compared to the Conrad and other hotels I saw online.
Eating is relatively expensive. It is recommended not to go to French restaurants or Chinese buffets during the Chinese New Year. They are expensive and not delicious. For this price, you can eat several of the top domestic buffets.
Because we were caught up in a hurricane when we arrived, it was raining and windy all the time, so we didn’t get to do anything, so we just snorkeled and watched fish in the hotel. The snorkeling area has a very good environment and there are many fish.
The hotel has a Chinese-speaking butler, which is very nice.
The hotel has boats and buses that can take you to the town on the main island, but apart from buying pearls, there is really nothing else in the town. Walking on the road is similar to that in rural areas in China, and there are many wild dogs.
Generally speaking, going to Tahiti is not as good as going to the Maldives. The scenery and projects are similar, but the price/performance ratio is not as good as the Maldives. The same goes for hotels.
