I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tokinoniwa Onsen Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in a sense of tranquility and luxury that defines a perfect Japanese ryokan stay. The hotel effortlessly blends traditional Japanese aesthetics with modern comforts. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, ensuring every aspect of the stay was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the hospitality throughout my visit was outstanding. The tatami-style room was beautifully designed, offering both elegance and comfort. The highlight was the private open-air onsen on the balcony, where I could soak in the natural hot spring water while enjoying breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. I really liked the Comfort Hotel. Great location, easy access from maebashi train station and quick walk to shopping areas. The room was just what we needed with helpful amenities. Staff are lovely and helpful. Would recommend for a short stay.

山側の眺望のお部屋でしたが、開放感があり空も広くて良かったです。 お部屋も広々していてソファもあり、キャリーを十分に広げられる広さです。 何より、ユニットバスに入る段差が無し！これは珍しいと思いますし本当にありがたいです。 個室のシャワーの水圧もいいし切り替えもできてとても良かったです。 山の上のため行くまでの道が険しく、猿もいたので日が完全になくなるまでに急いで向かったため、町で夕飯を買うことができず、カップラーメンで過ごしました。21時までの売店にもう少し夜食のレパートリーがあれば嬉しかったです。

Beautiful, great service, super clean & comfortable hotel which sets it's standard really high. Everything was superb from the lobby to the room to the restaurants, and to the onsen. Quality meals are served with their hearts & the quality is too much for me. Our room was really huge. There are 3 different onsen rooms with indoor & outdoor pools. However, the outdoor pools do not give you any views since they bamboo-fenced the surrounding. Parking is free and it is only 2 mins walk down the slope to reach Kusatsu town centre. A minimum 2N stay is recommended.

Geen ontevredenheid, alle details, configuratie en de service zijn er. Na 2 nachten, het hotel heeft intimiteit verschillende privésoepjes voor elke avond geregeld, zodat u de warmte van verschillende waterkwaliteiten kan voelen. Behalve de privésuppe is de openbare zwembad ook goed, omdat er weinig ruimte is, dus de openbare zwembad is ook uniek en 24 uur te genieten, te veel op mijn favoriete plek. Het andere lichtpunt van het hotel is de zachte kleding. Elke kamer heeft een groot en klein eigendomsmoeder, een thema van een andere bloemkleding, te mooi, vooral in het ontbijthuis, vol met de muur, prachtige schilderijen, geweldig. Toen de baas terugkwam, gaf hij een kleine boekje, en oma gaf mij twee boeken 😍, liefde!

This hotel was so great! Its service, cleanliness, rooms etc, everything is about a comfort stay. It also has delicious breakfasts and onsen with 2 baths, one is outside — just what I was looking for.

應該算是伊香保最好住的酒店，四百多年歷史，但不覺得舊，幾個湯都很棒，服務人員專業周到，大堂的小機器人超級可愛。19層去往石階進出口的通道里有一家小餐廳，三個包間，每晚8-11點半營業，煎餃和拉麪都好吃。這個地方的人友善好客，烏冬面是地方特產，每家都好吃；黑船屋的祖傳石鍋咖喱飯特別美味；Sara’s Terrace Arraiya 的套餐很家常；Lungo自家烘培的咖啡最好喝，配一串年糕糰子太香了！階梯旁的抹茶店已經很網紅，但店員好熱心啊，見我摔倒了立刻拿急救箱跑出來給我處理傷口，感動！附近的原美術館也很值得一去，在一個有很多羊的牧場裏。

De kamer is zeer klein, het hotel ontbijt is niet goed, er is een gratis voedselvoorziening op de avond, de koffiekoffie kan te allen tijde worden genomen. De locatie van het hotel is goed, ik ben op de brug in de Goojiang gestapt en loop vijf minuten lopen. We hebben de bagage in het hotel geplaatst en zijn naar Shaolin Hills Damoong gegaan, een goede ervaring
