Hotels met spa in Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan

Hoewel het hotel een beetje ver van het station te voet ligt, kunt u de enorme berg Fuji recht tegenover het hotel zien. Er is een Daiso-winkel van 100 yen ernaast. Als u 's avonds op zoek bent naar eten, kunt u dat doen U kunt geroosterd varkensvlees eten in het hotel, of naar nabijgelegen fastfoodrestaurants en restaurants gaan om uit te kiezen.

Highland Resort & Spa Hotel is at excellent location, the express bus station from Tokyo is right by the door step. Although there is a theme park next door it didn’t seem to be open or busy. I booked a room for 3 nights with Mt Fuji view. And I was lucky enough to wake up to view of Mt. Fuji for 2 days. On the day I checked out, there was heavy snow, and I couldn’t see anything out of my window. Hotel has a very big Onsen connected to the it which is free for hotel guest. Hotel had a few restaurants, the buffet breakfast was very good. The macron club Restaurant serves lovely Italian cuisine and a few Asian dishes. I had a very delicious lunch there.  Highland Hotel is closed to Kawaguchi Lake and Yamanakako lake.

De kamer keek uit op de berg Fuji, maar die dag konden we de berg Fuji niet zien omdat het regende. Toen we de kamer binnenkwamen en uit het raam keken, werden we meteen overdonderd door het prachtige landschap dat we zagen. We zagen de berg Fuji voor ons, met de kersenbloesems na de regenval als decor. Het zag er werkelijk prachtig uit. Wij bestelden een pakket inclusief ontbijt en diner. Het avondeten bestond uit een reeks gerechten. Wat mij het meeste heeft geïmponeerd is de gegrilde biefstuk, die knapperig vanbuiten en mals vanbinnen was. Het was zonder twijfel de beste biefstuk die ik ooit heb gegeten. Het ontbijt is iets eenvoudiger dan in het Hakone Hotel vorig jaar, maar ook verfijnder. Over het algemeen ben ik zeer tevreden, behalve dat het duur is.

De locatie van het hotel is erg goed. De kabelbaan ligt net buiten de deur. De kamer is erg groot en de grote kamerhoge ramen bieden een panoramisch uitzicht op Lake Kawaguchi. Het diner en ontbijt zijn erg goed. Iedereen moet een diner bestellen als ze naar zijn hotel komen. Er is een terras waar u kunt kijken. Het hotel beschikt over een shuttlebus die u kan ophalen van het station. De eerste service die ik prees was dat het de verjaardag van mijn man was op de dag van inchecken. Ik heb met het hotel gecommuniceerd en geschenken en zegeningen gestuurd. Hartelijk dank aan het hotel en Ctrip. Ik zal zeker hier blijven de volgende keer dat ik kom naar Fuji. Ik zal het ook ten zeerste aanbevelen aan mijn vrienden.

We booked this stay for the in-house public hot bath and the lakeside advantage. Check-in was smooth and fast with the staff providing a lot of information, events happening nearby and the different attractions. They spoke good English and was very helpful and informative. The room was disappointing though. It was old, no functional furnitures. The seat covers were very old and with stains. Tv was too small for the size of the room. No convenient outlet near, we used a outlet that was meant for a lamp. Bedding was comfortable though. It is based on traditional house style. The bath was wonderful, not crowded at all. Dont think its worth the price with its current fixtures and furnishing. Unless it was the room that faces the lake but for that they will charge extra.

仕事現場より少し離れていましたが、とても静かでゆったりした一晩をそごせました。 また利用したいと思います。

I booked a room facing Kawaguchi Lake. It was amazing. Traditional Japanese breakfast is surprising. Big shower room has perfect Mt Fuji view. Free parking. Staff is with good English and very polite and helpful.

The room was very clean. The best parts of the hotel include free supper noodles which were yummy, free icecream in evening, free Yakult in morning and massage chairs. We were also able to park our rental car in their car garage (for an extra fee)

Highly recommended stay for your travel to Mt Fuji. The place look better than pictures with perfect fuji mountain view. Extremely helpful staff who drove us to supermarket at night. Offer pick up and drop off service at any requested time. Offer bicycle and electric bike rental service at low price. Only 6 mins walk from the lake side where you can enjoy the sunrise with few tourists. Regretted for not staying longer.

The room is nice. But It used to be more impressive when we stayed at this ryokan 5-6 years ago. Somehow we felt like their service dropped significantly. Everything are more strict  for example daily cleaning time is 11.00 -11.30 only and cannot be postpone. Check out time is 11.00  and then we decide to chill a bit at the lobby before leaving ( around 11.20 ) they politely asked us to leave by telling us that they will clean the lobby.  Which I think is there right to do so but it really feels uptight - not relax at all - and not as impressive like the other ryokans we stayed.
