GGuodongbudingmakalongHighly recommend this hotel! The shuttle bus makes it super convenient to get to both the mainland attractions and the ocean. The AEON mall nearby is great for shopping and grabbing a bite to eat. The hotel staff are all very friendly, and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. It's an excellent choice, and I'd definitely recommend it to friends. The value for money is exceptional, and the four-person bed was very comfortable. Plus, there's a Komeda Coffee right across the street, and the supermarket has plenty of options for a late-night snack back at the hotel.

KKenThoThe hotel is very near to Narita AirPort and the hotel provides free shuttle to the airport. Free parking if you are driving. There’s a public hot spring next to the hotel where hotel guests can enjoy complimentary entrance but only from 1300 to 2100. Room is super spacious but facilities felt old. Good enough for a short stay especially if you need to catch early flight from Narita.
There’s also a small 7-11 convenient store at the hotel lobby.

GGuest UserWe were looking forward to the The Farm stay to end our fiat Japan trip. We were 3 kids below 10 and 2 adults. The best parts of the trip were,
1. Staff - mai and Narumi were very helpful. Mai especially took a lot of trouble to explain everything at the farm by using Google translate. Even the staff at the cafe at breakfast time and reception were all very very nice, though I don’t have their names.
2. Hot springs - was super experience and we loved it. Everything clean and proper and very comfortable, even though we were walking around naked.
3. Rooms- I stayed at Habita. It was good and kids loved it quite a bit. The loft, the futon on top, though the projector didn’t work too well.
4. Strawberry farm trip was amazing. The strawberries were all super nice and melting in the mouth with the right textures and flavours.
Even better if?
1. BBQ- we wanted to do a bbq. Habita package didn’t come with free BBQ. The cost to do one was crazy expensive. 3,300 per adult and 2,200 per child just for ‘equipment’ cost. That’s 13,000yen or around USD80, without any meats or anything. Felt really excessive, so we opted out.
2. Board and card games- our family wanted to play some board games and there were plenty of those at the reception. When we asked if we could get a pack of UNO, we were told it was only for the ‘cottage’ occupants. Considering most of the property was empty, it was a bit sad that they did not allow us a pack to play with.
3. Though not the fault of the property, the lack of any public transport and the very taxi costs to outside world for anything was a negative. It would have been even better if they could arrange a couple of more shuttles to narita or to local town etc.

There's also a shuttle bus to Disney Bayside Station, just a five-minute ride away. The hotel features a Lawson convenience store and a Disney shop. What I wasn't too happy with was the Hilton benefits. I stayed in an Executive Room for three nights, and the Executive Lounge, located on the ground floor, was a bit underwhelming. There were long queues for breakfast and afternoon tea. For those visiting Disney, I'd suggest that an Executive Room isn't really necessary.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were always happy to assist whenever I had a question or needed anything during my stay.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I really appreciated how much attention was given to cleanliness and the small details. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere was also quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a long day.
The hotel’s location was another highlight. It was convenient and easy to get around, with many restaurants, shops, and other attractions nearby. This made my stay much more convenient, especially when I wanted to explore the area.
I was also impressed by the overall facilities and atmosphere of the hotel. Everything felt well organized and taken care of, and the common areas were clean and pleasant. The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent, and the staff always made me feel welcomed.
Overall, I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The combination of excellent service, a clean and comfortable room, a convenient location, and a pleasant atmosphere made this hotel a great choice. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit.

The cabin is colder than expected, so be careful in the winter! There is one summer futon. Blankets are available for rental, but they run out quickly, so be sure to get one early!

EEthanY_Please read my review before booking. Most reviews are filled with subjective feelings rather than objective functional details.
First, I booked a Main Building Grand Balcony Room, which is located on floors 9-11. The decor is at least 15-20 years old. There was a strong musty smell in the hallway and inside the sea-view rooms. The lighting was dim, and the facilities were outdated, making it practically uninhabitable. Based on the decor style, the standard twin and triple rooms on floors 3-5, the deluxe twin rooms, and the Main Building Grand Rooms on floors 9-11 all share a similar style, suggesting they were renovated around the same time. The room conditions were poor. After discussing with the staff, I was moved to an 8th-floor Jumbo Room, which has an ocean theme, was renovated in recent years, and offers significantly better room conditions. I recommend booking rooms on the 8th floor. Also, judging from pictures, the Park Wing rooms appear to be newly renovated, but this is just a guess; I suggest emailing the hotel to confirm.
Second, rooms are divided into garden view and sea view. The garden view allows you to see the Disneyland fireworks at night, but the daytime view is unremarkable. Choose based on whether you plan to watch fireworks inside the park.
Third, the hotel offers an airport shuttle. You can refer to the image for shuttle times from the hotel. For shuttle times from the airport to the hotel, you can scan the QR code to visit the bus official website.
Fourth, the hotel does not have a convenience store. You'll need to walk about 10 minutes to the Hilton to buy things or use Uber Eats.
Fifth, there are plenty of restaurants, but the prices are a bit high for Chinese visitors, and they don't operate late into the night.
Overall, I would book again if the price is right, but I would be very selective about the room type. For the same price, I might choose the Hilton for convenience in shopping.

Extremely clean—-only oversight was trundle bed beneath main bed. Cover needed cleaning. But looked like it hadn’t been used in forever.
Amazing shower & Japanese-style shower room. Great reading lights at bedside—-something relatively rare.
Very comfortable stay. Hotel restaurant not vegan friendly, however. But overall location & price were great & I’d definitely stay again.
Easy 20-minute walk to Tokyo Disneyland entrance OR frequent bus rides in the vintage looking RV to Maihama Station.

NNicky-LowThe good thing is there is free shuttle from Narita airport, the bus driver is very helpful, he helps us to put our baggage into the bus. But there are 17 hotels around the area providing same service. Its about 20 minutes by bus from Narita airport to Hotel.
1. Facility:
The hotel is aged, but clean. The lift is old, anyone can access to the room floor. The hotel is just giving 2 bottle mineral waters (400ml each), when i request addtional, they just willing to give another 2 bottles, it was almost 12am in the mid night, i need to buy water at the Family mart at Mystay hotel, because the 7-11 in Hilton Narita closed at 11.00pm.
This is strange to me, normally 5 star hotel give unlimited complimentary water. i was staying with my family in the Hilton Tokyo Bay during this trip, this hotel is providing water dispenser and ice maker at each floor, which is much more convenient.
2. Food
Due to early morning flight, we settle our dinner at Terrance Restaurant dinner buffet, the cost is JPY 7500 during weekend, and they are running 30% off for room guest. The price is good, but the food quality is under average and limited choice.

Amazing
KKristina SihuiWe arrived from Fuji and checked in quite late at night to this hotel. It is quite a far walk from the metro, about 15mins walk but they have shuttle bus to and from Disneyland which is convenient for people visiting Disneyland. We stayed for one night as we planned to visit Disney the next day. Front desk is well equipped with English and helped us check in very quickly. They introduced us their hotel facilities very well and gave us free spa voucher to use for the night or early morning. They also helped us to book a taxi as we need to go to the nearby AEON mall to buy some stuff and grab our dinner. We were very tired from a long day in Fuji so we decided to take a taxi.
The room is spacious and we have plenty space to open our luggage fully on the floor. Toilet was split into dry for toilet bowl, wet for shower. This is the best part of this hotel! If i were to visit disney again, i would definitely stay at this hotel again.
