Hotellocatie is goed. Ontbijt was zo zo. Niet veel keus. Lepel die ik kreeg van personeel was niet schoon. Personeel kon geen service bieden aan drukke gasten. Eten wordt niet bijgevuld. Geen glazen om drankjes in te nemen. We zullen de volgende keer geen ontbijtservice nemen. De kamer is echter groot (we namen een primer deluxe suite) en mooi uitzicht op zee. Zal er weer naartoe gaan. Hotelmanagement moet overwegen om de drukte tijdens het ontbijt te beheren met extra ingehuurd personeel en een andere ruimte voor borsten te openen in plaats van een lange wachtrij voor gasten.

A proper hotel with its own parking compund. The hotel is quite new, with sufficient facilities like swimming pool and gym area. The room is spacious and complete with the basic toiletries. The aircond was good and cleanliness of the whole room is average. The only small problem with my room was the shower area. There's some sort of blockage with the drain but overall the shower experience was good with steady strong current flow. Overall, this hotel is very well worth the price of slightly above RM100.

Must praise the staff — the service is really good. From the moment we entered the hotel until we got into our room, everything was well taken care of. They even called to check if the room was alright and if we had everything we needed. The room is spacious and my kids absolutely love the hotel kids’ club.the hotel environment is cozy and relaxing.

The Premier Executive services were exceptional — professional, attentive, and thoughtfully delivered, making the entire stay feel comfortable and well taken care of. The team was warm, efficient, and always ready to assist, which added a premium touch to the experience. The location is another major highlight. The hotel is conveniently situated near shopping malls, making it easy to access retail outlets, cafés, and daily necessities. There are also plenty of food options nearby, from local delights to well-known eateries, so finding great meals was effortless throughout the stay. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment to unwind after a full day out. The overall atmosphere of the hotel strikes a great balance between comfort and elegance. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for convenience, quality service, and a pleasant stay.

Allereerst wil ik zeggen dat de welkomst drankjes echt bijzonder en lekker zijn. Als ik me niet vergis, was het ginger ale. Het personeel is allemaal vriendelijk en gastvrij, behalve de bewakers en piccolo die bleven vragen of we aan het uitchecken waren. Dit werd me diezelfde dag een paar keer gevraagd en het begon behoorlijk irritant te worden. De kamer was ruim, schoon en zeer comfortabel. Het zwembad was mooi en schoon, maar ik heb er helaas niet van kunnen genieten vanwege mijn drukke schema. De parkeergelegenheid voor gasten moet worden verbeterd, want die was erg beperkt.

De kamer is antiek, groot en ruim, met een chaise longue ernaast en een fijn bad. De service bij de receptie is geweldig en ze brengen water en gratis koekjes als je gaat zitten. De faciliteiten zijn compleet, inclusief een klein zwembad en een professionele fitnessruimte ernaast om te sporten! Er zijn professionele coaches om je te begeleiden! Al met al is het erg goed 👍🏿

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, with the room and common areas kept spotless. The food was equally good - fresh, well-prepared, and flavourful. Every meal (breakfast) was enjoyable, reflecting great attention to quality and hygiene. Overall, the Hallmark Crown Hotel provided a comfortable and satisfying experience.

Stayed at 1825 Hotel Melaka and had a pleasant experience. The location is convenient and makes it easy to get around the city. The room was clean and well-kept, and the bed was very comfortable, which made resting easy after a long day. Overall, a simple and comfortable stay.

Voordelen: 1. Het personeel was ongelooflijk vriendelijk. Iedereen die ons zag, begroette ons hartelijk. De portier bij de deur was superaardig en hield altijd de deur voor ons open. 2. Het zwembad was mooi en schoon, maar het sloot om 19.00 uur. 3. De locatie was geweldig; de kamer keek uit op de Malacca River en was op korte loopafstand van de bezienswaardigheden. Nadelen: 1. Ik boekte op basis van de hotelbeschrijving, in de veronderstelling dat het een nieuw hotel was. Bij aankomst ontdekte ik dat het een erg ouderwets hotel was, maar het had net een andere eigenaar gekregen, waardoor het als ”nieuw” werd beschouwd. Ik voelde me opgelicht. De kamer was erg oud en gedateerd. De afvoeren van de wastafel en douche waren verstopt en liepen constant onder water. De airconditioning maakte veel lawaai en lekte over de hele vloer. Het was frustrerend. 2. Ik had om een ​​rustige kamer gevraagd, maar die lag naast de lift, die erg lawaaierig was door de mensen die in en uit liepen. Ik wilde van kamer wisselen, maar na vier nachten konden ze me geen betere kamer geven.

The hotel is clean and it provides very comfortable bed, even for an extra bed. Toilet and shower facilities are fine with toiletries provided nicely as a 5-star hotel would. Buffet breakfast was decent, great food to start a day for Malay and Indian cuisine lovers. View was ok especially during sunset. The proximity to the so-called Elements mall should not be counted as the mall is a ghost mall with not many shops around to eat. Need to take grab to anywhere decent for eating and shopping. The surrounding resembles a bit like a ghost town due to pandemic-induced economic downfall. Imperio and Elements nearby are emptied out. The counter service is good enough but not that fantastic, the staff are not confident speaking English. I asked about parking and ev charging, and could not much help as I was simply directed to the Elements mall manager to charge at 5th floor. I give up on the idea of driving to Malacca the next time. i
