De structuur is erg mooi, we kwamen laat in de avond aan en vonden de kamer niet erg schoon, er lagen haren op de vloer, zowel in de kamer als in de badkamer, op de t****e dag was alles echter perfect in orde, schoon, het ontbijt was zeer overvloedig en goed. Als beoordeling geef ik een 4.½helaas voor de netheid, anders was het een 5 geweest

Das Essen war sehr gut, auch das Frühstücksbuffet, wenn auch leider wenig Abwechslungsreich für so ein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht. In der Dusche gab es eine Regenwalddusche, die leider nicht funktioniert hat. Nach dem duschen war auch das Bad unter Wasser! Was mich aber besonders geärgert hat, dass sogar in einem solchen Hotel eine zusätzliche Berechnung des Tisches erfolgt: pro Person!!! Ich war vorher nie in Italien und deshalb wusste ich nicht, dass das anscheinend üblich ist. Ich habe es als Unverschämtheit empfunden.

We booked one night stay at this beautiful hotel, our room was very big and comfortable, with a small balcony, even though it was on the ground floor. Breakfast was good, with a limited options, a lady was very friendly and caring as my friend was not feeling well in the morning. Location is very good close to station and city centre.

Het hotel bleek beter te zijn dan ik had verwacht! Uitstekende service bij het ontbijt, bij de receptie en op het strand. Het hotel is in uitstekende staat! Heel licht. Een prachtige combinatie van lokaal karakter en modern comfort. Alles is tot in het kleinste detail doordacht. Uitstekende spa. De locatie is geweldig! Het hotel ligt aan het strand!! We zijn al van plan om volgend jaar terug te komen!

LLCA23I had a pleasant stay. The location is convenient and the hotel is clean, which I truly appreciated. That being said, I was hoping for a slightly warmer atmosphere. While the staff were polite and professional, I did find them a bit reserved at times. A little more warmth, smiles, and energy would have gone a long way in making the experience feel more welcoming. Unfortunately, I didn’t have access to the Wi-Fi during my stay, which was inconvenient. Also, the soundproofing in the hotel could be improved — I could clearly hear noise from other guests, including people speaking loudly in the hallways.

GGuest UserI love the place! I had a wonderful stay at L’Esagono. The service was a bit formal and “by the book,” but always friendly, professional, and helpful. The rooms have small porches and practical touches like hooks both outside and inside. The grounds are beautiful and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Breakfast was rich and offered something for every taste. After check-out I could store my luggage and still use all the facilities, which was great. I’ll happily come back!

GGuest UserWe were good in the whole, but there are a lot to reconsider being a 4-star hotel. We say that from the reviews we had much higher expectations: the beautiful pool, quite small for the number of places available in the structure, few sleeps and lack of others in the equipment to add. If you don't get in a parasol right after breakfast, it's certain that after 1 h you're not gonna find any place and you're forced to sit in the tables despite the bathrooms in the pool. Another sin, cushions too low to sleep, almost inexistent, I asked for a cushion more and for having had to pray for it because I had been told initially that ” they were finished ” , When a coat was found in the careful control. Good food, but something to look at about quality. Cutting miserable, they brought us 2 pieces of parmigiano and two mozzarellins, the rest all salts recycled from breakfast. The spacious rooms, the perfect cleaning of the hotel. The spa is to be seen absolutely, the prices are excellent! The lack of staff, despite the period of freshwater, was felt in the various requests made, even in the very often waiting for a sprint on board pool. I would say that if there were more than one kind of observation, this hotel could really be a good place, but we went away, a little unsatisfactory.
