Great clean hotel with nice breakfast and Family mart shop at the lobby. Very conveniently located near the airport with shuttle service.

Hotel was perfect for a one night stay as we had an early morning flight the next day. They had shuttle service to Narita airport which was really convenient. Place was clean and just as described in pictures and has a 24h family mart just at the lobby!

Lots of useful amenities including skincare products. Microwave and vending machines on level 3, 6 and 9. Should have sign to inform that level 6 is smoking floor as the microwave room reels of smoke. Handy shuttle bus service to and from airport. Will recommend a stay to catch flight out of Narita. Hotel received my luggages sent by Yamato in advance without any issues.
24 hour Lawson in lobby is useful.

We choose to stay the night before early morning fight at Narita. They have a shuttle bus between Narita airport and hotel in 10 mins, however the last shuttle bus is 23:20 at terminal 2 .
So convenient for who have a early morning flight.
