"De faciliteiten zagen er te oud uit voor een 5-sterrenhotel. Zelfs het koffiezetapparaat was te vies, dus ik moest het vaak wassen, maar ik gebruikte het. De vlekken waren moeilijk te verwijderen. Locatiegewijs ligt het een beetje uit de buurt van het hoofdgedeelte. Het was niet al te slecht. Het personeel was aardig, maar de volgende keer dat ik Barcelona bezoek, zou ik in een hotel in de buurt van Pl verblijven. catalunya waar de luchthavenbus stopt. Het was vermoeiend om mijn bagage helemaal naar het busstation te sjouwen 🫠"

"A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured. Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel. As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you. Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children."

"酒店離還不是很遠，大概1.5公里左右，在房間可以遠眺海岸線，好像還分上下兩部分的，下半部分為四星，上半部分前台在25層是五星，提前兩天預訂的酒店，1500一晚上，住了兩晚，結果到了酒店手欠搜了下才1100多了，算了。以後預訂還是要很慎重才行呢！前台比較差，有點不耐煩，可能我是亞洲人？房間挺大的，配置也還算可以，拖鞋牙刷也有的，煮水壺咖啡機也有，就是暖氣片不熱的，空調開30度一直開着沒有任何效果，1613房，因為行程比較趕，所以就是晚上睡一下而已，將就了"

"Great location, close to the cathedral and gothic quarters. Quiet at night. Design - The hotel boasts fashionable designs and fragrances that go with the vibe. It’s clear that the hotel is managed by a professional marketer. Service - Staff was professionally trained and greeted guests upon entering or leaving the hotel. Amenities - However, the hotel is advised to solidify its marketing prowess with matching operational details. A big issue during my stay was the temperature of the hot water in the shower, which was not stable and fluctuated wildly between chilly and hot. It goes without saying that having stable hot water makes a HUGE difference for the stay experience, especially during winter times. This was a big let down. Also, the toiletries provided were chosen on the cheap and didn’t match the 5-star impression projected by the trendy designs."

"Los empleados muy amables, pero nos dieron una habitación con puerta compartida a otra habitación y la última noche vinieron unos huéspedes bastante molestos (gritos a los niños, portazos…). Nos hicieron el favor de cambiar la habitación a otra sin la puerta compartida. Aún así, los sonidos en general del edificio no están muy controlados, suenan mucho, sobretodo al andar y los baños. Por lo demás el sitio donde está ubicado es precioso y se puede descansar con unas vistas preciosas a la montaña."

"The balcony was superb! Would have appreciated if they have more tissues! Very convenient location with lots of shops and restaurants around, even 24hr supermarkets!"

"Ik kan alleen maar zeggen dat dit waarschijnlijk het hotel is met het minst vijfsterrengevoel van de vijfsterrenhotels waar ik ooit in heb verbleven. Alleen het landschap is mooi, en je kunt een terras hebben om naar buiten te gaan en naar de zee te kijken. Halverwege de berg is reizen niet handig. Een taxi nemen hangt ook af van geluk. Verbleef vier dagen. Toiletartikelen werden drie dagen niet vervangen, dus moest ik de receptie bellen om ernaar te vragen. Er zijn weinig soorten ontbijt. Na een kijkje te hebben genomen, is het voornamelijk een koud en continentaal ontbijt, niets bijzonders. Niet zo aanbevolen. Volgende keer zal ik niet meer in dit hotel verblijven."

"Faciliteiten: Het hotelbeslag is inderdaad goed en heeft een vijfsterrennorm. De pantoffels zijn echter niet antislip op deze glanzende vloer. Als er water op de grond ligt, valt de plafondlamp aan de rechterkant eraf het bed is beschadigd. Hygiëne: Als je wakker wordt en de quilt omdraait, zul je onbekende vlekken aantreffen, wat verrassend is. Omgeving: Het geluid buiten de deur is 's nachts heel helder en er is een uitbarsting van beweging om 11 uur. Ik zou het zeker niet kunnen verdragen als ik niet laat had geslapen. Service: Ik vertelde het hotel de volgende dag over deze situatie. Waarom vertelden ze de receptie niet dat ze van kamer moesten veranderen toen ze erachter kwamen dat ik de volgende dag na tien uur terugkwam en mijn vlucht het gedoe niet kon weerstaan om tien uur de volgende dag. Het was mijn schuld haha... Het ontbijt was ook overdreven en de soorten waren. Het lijkt veel, maar het probleem is dat ik over het algemeen niet goed ben sprekend is dit hotel in alle opzichten uitstekend."
