Good location and reasonable price considering the standard. Many amenities for hotel guest. However, remember don’t take away food, the hotel has no microwave for heating up the food even they have bar&restaurant but none of the people are willing to help.

I really enjoyed my stay at Presidential Hotel. The location is a big plus — very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to shopping areas. It made getting around the city effortless, especially as a traveller. Comfortable stay and a great base for exploring the city. Would happily stay here again.

on the first night of my stay, i was assigned a room designed for disabilities without any notice. since it was late and i was exhausted, i didn’t think much of it, but i noticed something felt off. next evening, after taking a shower, i realized the entire bathroom was soaking wet and extremely slippery that i almost fell. then i was checking my booking receipt, i noticed the room i booked was supposed to have a different bathroom layout. when i raised this issue with the front desk, they admitted that due to overbooking on the first night, they had reassigned me to a room for disabilities without informing me. this design is clearly unsafe for someone unfamiliar with it, and the hotel staff showed no sincerity in addressing the issue. what's worse, they didn't even offer an apology. instead, they simply asked me what I wanted. this is unacceptable—they failed to inform me of the room change on the first night and didn’t take responsibility when I brought it up. eventually, after I insisted, they upgraded me to their best room and offered two days of complimentary breakfast. however, all of this only happened because i demanded it—the staff showed no initiative. they really need better training. the first photo shows the fruit they sent as an apology. and the second, third photos shows the conditions of bathroom for disabilities. 第一晚入住時，已經很晚了，酒店人員在沒有通知我的情況下，給我安排了一間傷殘人士的房間。 由於太疲倦了，所以只是感覺房間怪怪的，但並沒察覺有什麼問題。直到第二天晚上，洗完澡之後，整個廁所也是濕的，我差一點就要滑倒。 再看看之前預訂時的收據，發現房間的廁所根本不應該是這個樣子，繼而我到酒店大堂理論，他們才告訴我，因為第一天晚上時候，訂單太滿了，所以才為我安排這樣的房間。 可是你要知道，這樣的設計，正常人洗澡，是真的很容易滑倒。他們不但沒有誠意的道歉，只是詢問我想要怎樣。 說實話，這難道不是酒店的問題嗎？第一天並沒坦白這不是我原本所訂的房間、繼而我發現後，亦沒作出任何相應的措施、道歉。 最後在我要求下，他們給我換了最好的房間，另外給我送了兩天免費的早餐。不過，這通通都是我要求的，酒店人員真的有需要再培訓。 第一張照片是他們賠罪送的水果。

I originally booked a different hotel, but it was canceled due to renovations. Teip arranged a replacement hotel, which I was initially unsure about since I had no prior information. However, after checking in, I found it to be quite okay. The hotel is conveniently located near tram line 9, which goes directly to the central station — very useful for getting around. The room was clean and of a decent size, though not very spacious. One downside is that there was no soundproofing — I could hear traffic noise, especially from trams and buses starting as early as 5 AM, which made it hard to sleep in. I also had an issue with my flight ticket and needed to make phone calls within Poland. The hotel staff were very helpful and allowed me to use the phone without charging any extra fees. I really appreciated their support during that stressful time.

Mijn man en ik besloten dit hotel te proberen. Het hotel ligt op een uitstekende locatie. De kamers zijn erg groot en ruim, maar het bed en de kussens waren super ongemakkelijk. Het matras is erg zacht en laag. We zijn niet gewend om op zulke dingen te slapen. Mijn rug deed pijn in de ochtend. Om eerlijk te zijn ziet het hotel er moe uit, de kamers zijn aan vernieuwing toe. Blijkbaar was het in de jaren 2000 ooit supercool. Het ontbijt was niet erg gevarieerd; we hadden meer verwacht van een 5* hotel. Het enige grote pluspunt was dat je gebruik kon maken van het zwembad en de spa. Hartelijk dank voor het late uitchecken.

Het hotel ligt zeer centraal, vlak bij het Kultur Palast. De oude stad kunt u in 20 minuten lopen bereiken. In de buurt vindt u een winkelcentrum en diverse kleine speciaalzaken. Ook een wisselkantoor met goede wisselkoersen vindt u om de hoek. De juniorsuite met extra slaapbank was voldoende groot en schoon. Het ontbijt was erg lekker en goed verzorgd. Het enige wat wij ongebruikelijk vonden, was de reservering voor het zwembad. Helaas is het niet mogelijk om spontaan gebruik te maken van de spa. Ik denk dat deze beperking in een 5-sterrenhotel absoluut niet mag!

Pobyt w hotelu oceniam bardzo pozytywnie. Pokój oraz łazienka były nienagannie czyste, co od razu rzuciło się w oczy. Doceniam też ciszę i ogólny komfort, który pozwolił na pełny relaks. Materac był wygodny i zapewnił świetny sen, choć z mojej perspektywy poduszki mogłyby być nieco wygodniejsze. Mimo tego drobiazgu, hotel zdecydowanie godny polecenia na spokojny odpoczynek. Menu restauracji mogłoby być bardziej ogólnodostępne, np. stronie internetowej bądź Facebooku.

Dit was mijn t****e verblijf in dit hotel, en deze keer moest ik zelf een kamer boeken vanwege een extra collega. Ik weet niet of alleen mijn kamer gerenoveerd was of dat het hele hotel een opknapbeurt had gekregen, maar de badkamer was veel moderner dan in de afgelopen 23 jaar, en het toilet was stijlvoller. De rest van het meubilair en de inrichting waren echter grotendeels onveranderd gebleven en het was er erg schoon. De locatie van het hotel is een beetje een haat-liefdeverhouding; het ligt dicht bij toeristische attracties en een voetgangersgebied, maar is ook een eindje lopen. Scooters zijn een prima optie in de zomer, maar minder geschikt in de winter als het sneeuwt. Het uitgebreide ontbijt was een groot pluspunt, met een ruime keuze aan koude en warme gerechten, kaas, brood en sapjes. De omgeving was ook ruim en comfortabel, maar ik ben vergeten foto's te maken. Al met al was ik zeer tevreden over dit zakenhotel. Er was zelfs genoeg ruimte in de kamer voor mij en mijn collega om te werken en ons voor te bereiden op vergaderingen. Ik hoop de kans te krijgen om hier nog eens te verblijven!

Perfect location for those who are going to take a flight at Warsaw Chopin Airport The room is large enough for 4 people And the restaurant at the lobby was tasty but a bit expensive. Overall I recommend this hotel more than other hotels around the airport
