El hotel está muy bien, es grande y la habitación que nos tocó muy cómoda. El desayuno impresionante de todo y muy rico. Las instalaciones casi que no las usamos por qué el costo del Spa era altísimo y tampoco era muy claro el tema precios y demás. Tampoco es muy clara la entrada al hotel y el estacionamiento, cosas que se mejoran con un par de carteles.

臨時決定從阿姆斯特丹飛馬德里再去託萊多溜溜，在從馬德里去託萊多的大巴車上預訂了這個酒店，當時已經是當地時間晚上十點了，預訂很快，秒確認。後來才知道這叫攜程的閃訂服務。
酒店有 24 小時前台，這比很多小酒店要憑密碼上樓什麼的強太多了。酒店位置極佳，就在大教堂旁邊。整體設計感非常強，乾淨整潔，房間很多。
床和枕頭跟舒服，不是那種軟塌塌的，很新。有浴缸🛁

Ik boekte dit hotel omdat ik op zoek was naar een tussenstop tijdens een lange reis. Het was rustig, schoon en prettig. Het personeel was vriendelijk en, nog belangrijker, de badkamer was ruim en had een bad, wat prettig was. Het was fijn om de reisvermoeidheid te verlichten.

Fabuloso establecimiento, de lujo. Magnífica habitación, trato inmejorable. Hemos estado dos días estupendos, disfrutando del spa, los jardines, el bar restaurante...
El desayuno buffet de los mejores que he visto, super completo, con carta de platos calientes a elegir (los huevos benedictinos riquísimos).

Love this hotel. Definitely will come back for longer stay if ever come to Toledo again. From photos I thought it was nice but when we got there, except check in a bit busy wait for like 15 mins, the room n decor of hotel was stunning! Size of room is huge, free parking. We took a bottle from the minibar n wanted to pay when checking out, the staff said no problem no need to pay, just a little gesture makes an excellent impression.

GGuest UserThe hotel is far from the center and you always depend on the taxi.
The staff seems somewhat inexperienced and although they put effort into it, the lack of experience is noticeable.
The rooms are very spacious and not noisy at all.
The pool is very nice and in general it is a hotel that, although not in the center, is worth visiting.

GGuest UserI made a last-minute decision to fly from Amsterdam to Madrid and then stop by Toledo. I booked this hotel on the bus from Madrid to Toledo; it was already 10 PM local time, and the booking was incredibly fast, confirmed instantly. I later learned this was through Ctrip's instant booking service.
The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, which is much better than many small hotels that require a password to access floors. The hotel has an excellent location, right next to the cathedral. The overall design is very stylish, clean and tidy, and there are many rooms.
The bed and pillows are very comfortable, not the floppy kind, and very new. There's a bathtub 🛁

MMaxi RavidaThe hotel is very good, it is large and the room we had was very comfortable. The breakfast was impressive and very rich. We hardly used the facilities because the cost of the Spa was very high and the issue of prices and so on was not very clear. The entrance to the hotel and the parking lot are also not very clear, things that are improved with a couple of signs.

GGuest UserWe are a couple and, when check-out, the hotel has charged us 80 euros extra for the other person. I told them that no one had informed me of this when I checked in, nor when I used the hotel facilities. My question is: if the hotel is designed for two people, why don't they communicate it from the beginning, either when checking in or using the facilities? If two people are hosted, then only one person's breakfast and rights are included? I asked at the reception and suggested you to improve this, inform your customers in advance next time to avoid misunderstanding. I ask you: is this how Europeans do things? Is it not necessary to inform the customer in advance? The experience, which was very pleasant at first, has now been completely ruined. I will never come again.
