Empfang war nicht so gut. Mit offenem Mund Kaugummi kauende Junge Empfangsfrau quälte sich ein Hallo heraus und hat dann die Zimmerkarte ohne Erklärung übergeben. Wurden schon freundlicher empfangen.
Frühstück gut.
Zimmer sauber.
Die Treppenhäuser dürfen nicht genutzt werden außer das an der Rezeption. Daher sehr weite Wege.

Wunderbar! Mein letzter Aufenthalt ist bereits viiiiiele Jahre her, dem Hotel sieht man es aber nicht an. Besonders ist das freundliche, aufmerksame aber unaufdringliche Personal zu erwähnen. Man erkennt, Jedem hier liegt es am Herzen, dass man sich als Gast wohlfühlt, entspannt genießen kann und gern wieder kommt. Nach dem aktuellen Aufenthalt frage ich mich tatsächlich warum es so lange gebraucht hat, dass ich wieder da war, obwohl ich gerade im Winter viele Wochenenden in Hotels mit Spa genieße.
Gibts was zu verbessern? Einige Saunen sind je nach Besucherzahl etwas klein und es könnte mehr Duschen geben. Wichtig ist aber das Alles funktioniert hat und es keinen Wartungsstau gab.
Ich komme gern wieder, sogar bald.

Sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter am Empfang, die auch am Telefon helfen! So bekam ich z. B. auf Anfrage einen Wasserkocher und die Auskünfte, die ich brauchte. Da ich in der Gegend zu tun hatte, war für mich die Lage ideal. Freie Parkplätze gibt es um das Hotel herum wenig, daher ist es besser, dort einen Parkplatz, ggfs. in der Tiefgarage, zu buchen.

The hotel is conveniently close to the BER T1 entrance hall.
We arrive by train for the night to catch a flight next early morning. Walking distance is below 5 min.
Out room was exceptionally clean, looks very modern and had - to my surprise - excellent soundproofing.
Also the bathroom and shower were very clean.
From the noise of the airplanes is very few to hear. We

It's a mixed sauna and open til 22:00.
Restaurant is in the hotel, a 24/7 Rewe supermarket in the BER entrance hall.
Great stay for one night.

Dieses Hotel ist wundervoll! In einer tollen Landschaft mit vielen Optionen für Außenaktivitäten bitet es eine wundervollle Saunalsndschaft! Das Essen ist hervorragend (tolles Frühstücksbüffet und Abendessen und auch der Italiener ist spitze!

Despite the 10mins long walk on main road to the hotel (they do provide sign to guide you), I really enjoyed my stay that is away from the city. The front desk staffs are very friendly in helping me in renting a bicycle and using their sauna.
A great place to unwind and relax with long cycling path. The breakfast is acceptable and filled with choices.
The front desk staffs also informed me that they do sell pizza when I come back late one night as everywhere nearby was closed

War wieder sehr schön und erlebnisreich.
Leider waren einige Attraktionen defekt oder die Cola Automaten leer, dies muss besser werden.
Wasserkocher im Zimmer war leider auch defekt.

Wanneer je verblijft bij Kur- & Wellness Haus Spree Balance in Burg bevind je je aan de plaatselijke rivier, op 10 min. lopen van Spreewald-Therme en Burg im Spreewald - Toeristisch informatiecentrum. Dit hotel in luxe stijl ligt op 0,8 km van Kirche Burg (Spreewald) en op 1 km van Heimatstube Burg.
Verwen jezelf met massages, lichaamsbehandelingen en gezichtsbehandelingen wanneer je de spa bezoekt. Andere kenmerken van dit hotel zijn gratis wifi, huwelijksservices en hulp bij uitstapjes/tickets.

De locatie van het hotel is wat afgelegen, maar erg rustig. Het heeft een eigen parkeerplaats, die geschikt is voor mensen die auto's huren. De oude man bij de receptie is erg aardig. Het ontbijt bestaat uit een standaard vierdelig ontbijt. De obers werken zoals altijd en praten niet veel 🙂

I stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Cottbus and, unfortunately, my experience did not match the hotel’s supposed four-star standard. The staff at the restaurant and reception were genuinely friendly and helpful (5*)— that’s the only reason my rating isn’t lower. However, the room condition was disappointing: wallpaper peeling off, visible stains on the carpet, and even some exposed wiring near the ceiling where a lamp used to be. The overall cleanliness and maintenance felt neglected. You could sense that the place once had class, but now it’s in need of serious renovation. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the chef clearly cares about quality — but it’s hard to enjoy a nice meal when your room feels worn out and tired. In my opinion, this hotel currently feels closer to a three-star level at best. I sincerely hope management will invest in proper maintenance to bring the place back to the standard that the name “Radisson Blu” promises.

Very big hotel, good dinner, delicious and not expensive, less than 100 euros for four people. The sauna and swimming pool are very good, although not big, the experience is very good. recommend!

It's a very clean and nice place. I camped in a tent and it was very comfortable; it's also a safe place. I hadn't locked the locker where I kept 450 euros and my passport, so for our safety, they took the money and passport from the open locker and returned them to me at the security office.

Great hotel with a great location. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel and the city centre is easily accessible. The breakfast was quite nice with a wide variety of options and the spa area is quiet and prefect for relaxation. A decent choice for a weekend getaway in Potsdam!

Wonderful! My last stay was many, many years ago, but you wouldn't notice it in the hotel. The friendly, attentive, yet unobtrusive staff deserves special mention. You can see that everyone here cares about making guests feel comfortable, relaxed, and happy to return. After my current stay, I'm actually wondering why it took me so long to return, even though I enjoy many weekends in hotels with spas, especially in winter. Is there anything that could be improved? Some saunas are a bit small depending on the number of guests, and there could be more showers. The important thing, however, is that everything worked and there wasn't a backlog of maintenance. I'd be happy to return, even soon.

Located in the Drewitz district, it's conveniently close to the motorway and offers excellent tram connections (trams run every 10 minutes). The rooms are very spacious, even if they aren't the most contemporary in style. Daily housekeeping is still provided here. Breakfast is excellent and offers everything you could wish for. The service is also very good. The restaurant 'Journal' is highly recommended for dinner.
