然而，我在入住期間遇到了一些問題。首先，入住當天(約10am)我向前台查詢能否享用早餐（app上原本應不包含），前台職員表示可以，但沒有提及需要額外收費以及費用金額。直到退房時，我才被告知需要支付早餐費用，這讓我感到非常無奈。我不介意付費，但希望前台能提前清楚說明費用詳情，以避免誤解。
其次，房務清潔方面也有待改進。入住第二天早上9點，房務人員敲門準備清潔房間，但當時我尚未外出，於是告知他們兩小時後再來清潔，並在門口掛上要求清潔的門牌。然而，當我晚上回到房間時，發現房間完全沒有被清潔，這點讓我有些失望。
總體而言，酒店的設施和餐廳服務令人滿意，但前台的溝通和房務的執行需要加強。希望酒店能改善這些問題，提供更順暢的入住體驗。

位置很好，距離火車站和巴士中心步行約8分鐘，小鎮各景點都是步行範圍內。

這酒店衹能説是個典型的民宿，這地方真是深山裡頭，開車到了p1停好再換接駁車，但這地方麻雀雖小五臟俱全，不要期待有啥服務，到了是位亞洲女孩接待，把該告訴你的設施設備告訴你一遍，也幫你拎些行李，這路上開車三個半小時到酒店夠累的，突然見到個亞州臉孔瞬間也感到親切，要主動問她暖爐咋開，否則晚上清早特別低温，哪怕是10月初的奧地利！

GGuest UserThis hotel can only be said to be a typical B&B. This place is really deep in the mountains. We drove to P1 and parked before changing to the shuttle bus. However, although this place is small and well-equipped, don’t expect any service. When we arrived, we were greeted by an Asian girl. I will tell you about the facilities and equipment that I should tell you about, and I will also help you carry some luggage. It is tiring to drive three and a half hours to the hotel, but when you suddenly see an Asian face, you feel friendly instantly. You have to take the initiative to ask her how to turn on the heater. , otherwise it will be extremely cold at night and early in the morning, even in Austria in early October!

JjierongSpacious place with a working kettle and complimentary tea and instant coffee. Enough plugs to go around and toilet amenities were all great, although the water would splash and form a puddle below the toilet bowl. Floor, toilet, beds, pillows and comforters were all comfortable and clean. TV has decent channels and the cupboard had sufficient hangers. Also good amount of surface spaces to place our things and luggages. Great place with amazing value and very accessible with a tram station right outside the entrance! Service staff were very helpful and friendly, and fluent in English. Superb place!

Ssusan xiaoWe had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Three nights. Staff are professional, helpful and nice. When the sink got blocked, they immediately resolved the issue. The location of the hotel is perfect. Next to the old town where you can have cafés,restaurants, shops and a grocery store. The hotel gave us free bottled water whenever we need. The room withThe breakfast place is next to the lake where you can eat breakfast while enjoying a panoramic view of the lake. The hotel is also opposite the bus station if you go to Salzburg or Bad Ischl.

GGuest UserEverything was perfect except that we had check-in at another hotel which is about 5 mins drive from where we booked. It would be nice to give us an information beforehand not surprise us by a little note on the property and told us to follow the location. There was no parking spot at all at the hotel we had to check-in. Good thing that I wasn't a solo traveller. I can't imagine how I could check-in since the check-in location is far from walking distance and there wasn't a spot to park at the check-in location.

VVCQThe hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The property is clean, and the facilities are of excellent quality. The breakfast was lovely, and I appreciated the availability of refillable drinking water at the pantry. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the train and bus stations, with the old town right around the corner. I would definitely stay here again!

Facilities: The hotel is very new, the facilities are relatively complete, the kettle coffee machine is all available, the toiletries are an organic brand, very good smell. There is a bottle of water, European hotels are like this, but fortunately, the supermarket can buy it in the town. The hotel has a spa pool and sauna, which should be free for accommodation. But the hot spring temperature is not high, I can't feel the temperature...
Hygienic: very clean
Environment: A little distance from the station, walk for ten minutes, will pass through the town commercial street. But also quiet, not far from the concert hall.

ZzhudoudouIf you have the budget, ignore this review. I recommend staying during good weather, but if the weather is bad, like when it rained during my stay, the value for money is extremely low. Here's why: 1. The hotel's real advantage is the lake view and the hotel's lakeside facilities. If it rains, you can't enjoy these resources; after rain, the lakeside is shrouded in fog, visibility is extremely low, and you can't see anything. 2. The much-praised breakfast only wins in terms of presentation and photogenic appeal; it's actually very ordinary, with limited variety and not even reaching the standard of a typical hotel. Although there are made-to-order main dishes, the taste is also very average. 3. The rooms and bathrooms are relatively small and not very comfortable.
