As I sit in this room, imbued with an undeniable oriental charm, my heart is filled not only with inexpressible emotion but also with profound awe. Walking through your property feels like stepping into a magnificent Tang Dynasty painting that has been passed down through a thousand years – truly, 'every step is a beautiful scene, every corner is a wonder'! Each pavilion, every bridge and flowing stream is breathtakingly beautiful, leaving us spellbound and enchanted. The joy and pleasure we feel within are simply beyond words. Your hotel's exceptional service, transcending perfection, combined with these exquisite imperial gardens, has utterly captivated us and made our dream of experiencing Chinese culture come true! As a professional tea ceremony artist in Russia dedicated to spreading oriental tea culture, seeing the exquisitely prepared tea set in the room immediately filled my heart with warmth. While I typically use traditional wooden tea trays, I was genuinely amazed to find that your room was equipped with a remarkably beautiful and incredibly rare metal (iron) miniature tea tray! I have never seen such an ingeniously crafted material in Russia. This metal tea tray is perfect for brewing tea; there's no need to worry about it cracking or deforming from prolonged tea soaking, as wooden trays often do. The user experience is incredibly comfortable and elegant. Moreover, its size is designed with exceptional precision, perfectly accommodating two precious pairs of tea cups (including tasting cups and aroma-sniffing cups). To be able to personally brew a pot of fragrant tea with such a sophisticated tea set, which combines modern practicality with classical grandeur, after a tiring journey, truly touched the soul of an international tea connoisseur with your utmost respect for the details of tea ceremony and your impeccable taste. What moved our entire family even more deeply and will remain unforgettable are the unparalleled human touches and care you all provided in every small detail: 1. What truly astonished and delighted us was that your hotel meticulously selected and reserved prime, central VIP seats for us to watch 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' live Tang Dynasty dance drama! Our seats were perfectly aligned with the central axis of the stage, offering a grand and unobstructed view. Tonight, we were able to fully appreciate the awe and romance of this magnificent spectacle from the most perfect and esteemed vantage point. Our hearts were stirred for a long time afterward; it was an unparalleled artistic enjoyment! 2. Upon hearing that my son's sunglasses were accidentally damaged, your team not only showed no hesitation but proactively and incredibly patiently helped him repair them with glue. The summer sun in Xi'an is scorching, and my son is extremely sensitive to light. What you repaired with your own hands was not just a pair of glasses, but you saved his most beautiful, clear memories of this ancient city! 3. Whether it was my request for ice or any other small request, all the staff members responded perfectly every single time with the quickest speed and the most gentle, respectful smiles. 4. When we returned to our room, a little tired after a fulfilling day of intangible cultural heritage experiences, we were greeted by a steaming hot, incredibly delicious bowl of white mushroom imperial porridge. At that moment, a warmth transcending borders struck our hearts, and the fatigue of the journey instantly vanished, replaced by a heart full of warmth. Today, we had the privilege of experiencing two flowing and profoundly rich intangible cultural heritage master classes, truly fulfilling my son's and my dream of experiencing Tang Dynasty culture. Please accept our sincerest and highest gratitude as mother and son! Very satisfied! Facilities: All the fixtures are brand new. The shower pressure is great and very comfortable. There's no old or worn-out feeling as some negative reviews mentioned, only understated luxury. Cleanliness: It's cleaned very well every day, and they even noticed we had a child and thoughtfully left two extra bottles of water, which was very attentive and considerate. Ambiance: The antique-style decor is in keeping with the age of the hotel, and both the kids and elders really enjoyed this style. Since we're in a thousand-year-old capital, of course, we want to stay in a hotel with historical charm! There's a bronze carriage in the lobby and Tang Sancai pottery in the room, giving a feeling of traveling back 5000 years. My child even said our hotel is like a museum! Service: From check-in to check-out, every staff member we encountered was smiling and had an excellent attitude.

Love love love this hotel!!! I stayed with my friend in a 2 bed 2 bath room for 8 nights and it was extremely spacious and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the beds super super super comfy ( I could sleep it in all day but my itinerary was super full). The photos online are quite true to the actual room. They had extremely good service too, starting from the airport pickup, where they were on time and the car was spacious and luxurious! We did the 5 seater sedan at RMB100, the price is comparable to a didi premium but the difference is that they would track your flight and made sure to you were taken care of. The hotel even had Butler service and was very attentive, I could even get them to help store my friend's birthday cake sent from the local cake shop and send it up to us when we were back. The laundry service was handy for a long stay, it was easy to use (and we were on the same floor so it felt like home to just go to and from our room to the laundry room). They even had special prices for popular shows, easily saving more than 50% of the listed price. Thanks for being a home away from home! PS the cats on the 2nd floor is super cute!

Having stayed at many resorts, I can confidently say that the Angsana Xi'an Lintong offers an excellent all-around experience. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive and meticulously maintained. Be sure to explore the courtyard; it's absolutely beautiful and full of ancient charm, perfect for a leisurely stroll. The butler service was warm, responsible, and incredibly thoughtful, proactively checking in on our needs from check-in to departure, which made us feel very welcome. They were also very quick to help us find a lost item. I highly recommend this place to everyone! The pace here is relaxed and utterly rejuvenating, making it ideal for a short family getaway. It's definitely a family-friendly hotel, perfect for those traveling with children.

Our stay at the W Hotel Xi'an coincided with my child's birthday, and I'm especially grateful to the front desk and housekeeping staff for their thoughtful help in decorating the room. When we opened the door, it was filled with a birthday atmosphere, which surprised and delighted my child. The hotel facilities are trendy and exquisite, and the room experience was excellent. The staff were warm and attentive, creating a sense of occasion with great care, and the details were particularly heartwarming. It was a truly unforgettable stay, highly recommended for families traveling with children. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Xi'an!

Just checked out on July 11th, and I absolutely have to give this hotel a big shout-out! Xi'an has been scorching hot lately, like a steaming basket, but the moment you step into the lobby, a blast of cool air instantly revives you. The hotel is located in the Gaoxin CBD, and the Zhangba Yilu Station of Metro Line 6 is just a few minutes' walk downstairs. A taxi ride to the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City takes only about ten to twenty minutes. Although it's a bit further from the Bell Tower, this area is quiet, with skyscrapers all around. They look especially beautiful when lit up at night, making for great photo opportunities. Parking is also a breeze. We drove here, and the hotel has a public underground parking lot, which is free to use and even has EV charging spots, making it very friendly for electric car owners – no need to hunt for chargers when you go out. Food is definitely not an issue – directly opposite is Yitian Holiday Plaza, just cross the street. We had a Shaanxi meal at Chang'an Grand Theater (Gaoxin Yitian store), complete with Gourd Chicken and Brush Pastry. For convenience, we also tried Wei Family Liangpi downstairs, which was filling for around 20+ RMB per person. If you want something nicer, there's Haidilao, Xu Ji Seafood, and Xiaoxiang Pavilion all in the mall, with so many options you'll be spoilt for choice. The hotel's own breakfast is also highly recommended; the Roujiamo (meat burger) is freshly made, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and they also have oil-splashed noodles – eating them makes you sweat and feels incredibly refreshing. Indeed, the room is spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer an unbeatable view. The most thoughtful part is the powerful air conditioning; we even had to use the duvet at night because it wasn't hot at all. The amenities smell great, and they provided plenty of bottled water, which was super practical in this heat. The bed was really comfortable, and the soundproofing was good too; I slept soundly until morning. I originally wanted to go for a swim to cool off but didn't get the chance; I'll definitely make up for it next time. The service was also impeccable; they quickly helped us call a taxi when we left. For this price, to stay in such quality, it's truly worth it. Highly recommended!

It's been a while since I last visited Xi'an, and I was looking for a hotel not too far from the high-speed train station but also conveniently located for sightseeing. I found the Novotel. I was very satisfied with this hotel; the facilities are new, and the room even has an air purifier. The staff were all very warm and polite. The mini-bar had soda water, and the breakfast especially deserves praise. On the first day, I got to try roujiamo, although I only managed to snag the last one, haha! On the second day, there was zenggao, which was absolutely amazing! They also had delicious saozi noodles. I will definitely stay here again next time!

Beautiful large hotel. Only problem - airconditioning not functioning. Metro a short walk. Bus stop outside. Good location. Quiet area. Seafood downstairs, did not eat there. Chinese next door, we did eat at was excellent ( esp the aubergine). Fruit and snacks from vendors outside. Pool is an adequate size for a short dip in the evening to help relax.

I stayed for 4 nights to celebrate my birthday while traveling in Xi'an. I asked the hotel if they could arrange a birthday cake, and they readily agreed! Not only was the cake large, but it was also delicious – even better than ones you buy outside. I'm so grateful to the hotel for that. The breakfast was also very substantial. From the front desk to room service to the breakfast staff, everyone provided wonderfully comfortable and thoughtful service. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an. The only minor drawback was that the swimming pool had some floating lint when I checked in back in April, but it cleared up by the third day of my stay.

The overall environment is quite good, and the service is attentive and responsive to all requests. We received complimentary welcome fruit, and breakfast for our child was waived. The room style is modern Chinese, which I really liked. Although the location is on Keji Road, there's a mall downstairs, so it doesn't feel too out of the way. Taking a taxi to tourist attractions is also very convenient.
