Hotels met spa in Shaanxi, China

The hotel looked very good and clean, the receptionists were super nice, and I cannot rate it less than 5 stars! Though, the area where the hotel is located doesn't look very good because it's populated by poor people. There is a nice and big mall at 10 minutes by walk and the metro station is not too far either.

Ik heb veel hotels bekeken voordat ik erheen ging en uiteindelijk voor Nanshan gekozen vanwege de schaalgrootte. Sterke algehele sterkte! Het ligt op 10 minuten lopen van het bezoekerscentrum van Huashan. Het hotel biedt een uitgebreid ontbijt. Nadat je de berg hebt beklommen, kun je heerlijk ontspannen in de warmwaterbronnen. Ik ben vergeten een foto te maken, dus ik voeg een foto bij van het prachtige landschap van de Huashan-berg.

Really nice hotel, sky lobby has really good views. Breakfast is also where the lobby is and shares the magnificent views. Location is slightly out of city center however there is metro within 10 min walk. It is also right next to a big shopping centre with many food options. Bathroom is magnificent, all veined marble, shower has a bench in it and the bathtub is a great place to relax at the end of a day. Hotel staff were also able to accomodate by giving us latex pillows tho I think they are getting a bit old and need to be replaced. The pool is opened till very late 11pm, staff advised it was to allow customers to be able to go out for dinner and still come back to enjoy ammenities, I think thats very thoughtful. Gym is also big and has great views, 24 hours access. Monica helpful on WeChat, able to accomodate more personal requests such as changing linen daily and extra bottled water etc. The only thing I will say is a bit annoying is that you need to take elevator up to 38th floor lobby, switch elevators then take it down to rooms. I believe rooms are levels 25-30 something. Aircon was a bit stuffy as no windows open and wifi was a bit glitchy. Was a nice stay overall.

We booked a 3-bedroom family room. The first floor was spacious, the second floor a bit smaller, suitable for 4 adults and 1 child, or a family of five. The room was in the apartment building, not the main building. They gave us some snacks, and a cake for my father's birthday. It was quieter than the main building, although there were many people outside the window, it was still a bit noisy. The location is excellent, right outside is the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and there are all kinds of shops. The traffic control was a bit annoying; to get a taxi, we had to walk a few tens of meters from the intersection of Ci'en Road, in front of the High School Affiliated to Shaanxi Normal University. The facilities were a bit old but acceptable, and the hygiene was good. The price was reasonable for weekdays, but too expensive during holidays. The breakfast selection was a bit limited and not very special. The lounge could serve as dinner, saving us a meal cost.

Huaqing Palace resort service staff quality is excellent. The front desk staff provided excellent service as she provided her personal WeChat number to us as we do not have a domestic China mobile number in case we need any help during our stay. She also help us to book the appointment for the free photo shoot experience as we are unable to book due to the domestic mobile number issue. The resort also provided a free birthday cake for us as my wife’s birthday falls on the same day as the resort stay. The janitor staff, transport, restaurant, and other service staff are also courteous and provided excellent service and advice. We truly enjoy our magical stay there. Additional point just for further improvement is to explain the procedures for the guests to use the public hot spring bath as some guests are first time users.

De service van de persoonlijke butler Tongtong was niet klaar toen ik daarheen ging. Ze hielp me bij het aanvragen van de kamerkaart en bracht me op de hoogte van het inchecken kamer Het was een beetje koud in de kamer 's nachts. Contact opgenomen en een luchtverwarmer gestuurd. Er zijn te veel mensen in de warmwaterbron en de ervaring is gemiddeld. Er geldt een vergoeding voor het schattige huisdierenparadijs. Er geldt een toeslag van 138/2 voor het voeren, wat een beetje duur is. Er zijn ook pony's in het hotel en de kinderen vonden het geweldig om erop te rijden. Ik heb de voorstelling ook bekeken. Over het algemeen heb ik een prettige reis gehad en mijn kinderen vonden het geweldig💕

De kamers en gemeenschappelijke ruimtes van het Dashu Art Hotel worden zeer schoon gehouden en dagelijks schoongemaakt. Hoewel het niet in het meest centrale, bruisende gebied ligt, is het vervoer redelijk handig; de reistijd naar de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden en winkelcentra is acceptabel, dus het dagelijkse reizen is niet al te ingewikkeld. Van de lobby tot de kamers zie je overal zorgvuldig geplaatste kunstwerken en designelementen. Foto's maken en de esthetiek van de ruimte ervaren is een waar genoegen, zeer geschikt voor reizigers die van een artistieke sfeer houden. Er zijn niet veel eetgelegenheden beneden in het hotel; voor een volledige maaltijd of late-night snack moet je een stukje lopen, wat een beetje ongemakkelijk kan zijn voor gasten die niet ver willen gaan. Het hotel heeft een wasserette, maar het beheer van de droger is niet goed geregeld. Ik heb meegemaakt dat iemand mijn kleding er halverwege uithaalde, waardoor het niet helemaal droog was. Deze situatie van 'gedeelde apparatuur die willekeurig wordt onderbroken' heeft echt invloed op de ervaring. Ik raad het hotel aan om de gebruiksaanwijzingen te verbeteren of een aparte ophaalruimte in te richten. Het hotel heeft geen traditionele verwarming, maar vloerverwarming. Bij aankomst was het vrij koud, en daarna werd het gemakkelijk te warm, waardoor de kamertemperatuur alleen door het openen van de ramen kon worden geregeld. Het comfortgevoel was onvoldoende, en gasten die gevoelig zijn voor temperatuur moeten hier rekening mee houden. Hoewel er ruimte is voor verbetering in het beheer van de wasserette en de temperatuurregeling, verdient de toewijding van het Dashu Art Hotel aan hygiëne, artistieke sfeer en de algehele omgeving nog steeds lof. Als je waarde hecht aan een schone en nette leefomgeving en een unieke esthetische ervaring, en je kunt de bovengenoemde kleine onvolkomenheden accepteren, dan is dit nog steeds een geweldige plek die inspiratie en ontspanning kan bieden. Ik hoop dat het hotel de detailmanagement blijft optimaliseren, zodat de schoonheid van de kunst en de attente service echt samengaan. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Vier en een halve ster, een potentiële kandidaat voor vijf sterren)

Everything met my expectations for comfort and good service. The room was nicely furnished, very spacious, and felt peaceful and private. The hotel's location is convenient, and the whole atmosphere is pleasant and well-kept. I was especially impressed by the staff. The front desk team was very professional and took care of everything we needed. The housekeeping was also excellent—they kept the room spotlessly clean without ever being intrusive. The whole stay felt smooth and relaxed, which is exactly what you want. It’s the kind of consistent, quality experience that makes me definitely want to stay here again when I'm back in Xi'an.

We are very happy with the stay at Shuhe hotel.  Staffs are very helpful and friendly. There are 3 hotels in the similar area, this one doesn’t have address clearly state on trip.com, so the taxi driver dropped us off at Dayanta location, luckily they have a shuttle car take us to the other hotel. There is no fridge in the room, however you can take your food and drink to reception and ask them put in their fridge.  Overall I am happy with my stay.

Traveling to Xi'an with three generations of my family, a total of six people, we stumbled upon this guesthouse nestled on the ruins of the Tang Dynasty Imperial Secretariat, and it was such a delightful surprise! We were completely immersed in the culture of the glorious Tang Dynasty Chang'an throughout our stay. It was comfortable and rich in heritage – definitely a full 10/10! They offer a wide variety of room types, including ancient-style themes like Qin-Han, Tang, Song, and traditional folk, each with its own unique flair. Some rooms even feature private hot springs, making for an incredibly atmospheric bathing experience. We booked a two-bedroom, one-living room, two-bathroom layout, perfectly suited for large families. With two 2.1-meter king beds plus a children's bunk bed (1.35m top bunk, 1.5m bottom bunk), our family of six had plenty of space to spread out, and there would have been ample room for an additional two or three relatives. The hardware configuration completely matches that of a high-end hotel. The entire house is fitted with Kohler bathroom fixtures, with a three-zone wet and dry separation and smart toilets – clean and luxurious. The bedding features 80-thread count high-density fabric, and the down comforters and pillows are so soft; after a day of traveling, lying down instantly melts away fatigue. With a whole-house fresh air system and central air conditioning, the temperature is constant and never stuffy year-round. The owner also provides unlimited mineral water, Xi'an Bingfeng soda, and various afternoon tea snacks throughout the day, allowing us to taste local specialties at any time, which was a very thoughtful touch. The decor is the biggest highlight. The entire building is built upon the cultural and historical heritage of the Tang Dynasty Imperial Secretariat, featuring a wealth of old timber and vintage wood carvings. The walls all have unique textures hand-polished by art academy teachers and students; every room, bathroom, and living room boasts different patterns, showing how much thought and effort went into it. Every step reveals a glimpse of Chang'an's millennia-old cultural lineage, and it's incredibly photogenic. The配套 services (amenities and services) were truly generous. There's a hearty complimentary breakfast every day, and they can even arrange complimentary lunch or dinner if needed. The location is absolutely superb, right within the city walls in the core area between the Bell and Drum Towers, very close to Xiaonanmen and the Muslim Quarter. It's just a few steps to hail a taxi, and the subway is a fifty-meter walk away. The owner also provides free parking, making shopping, transfers, and getting around incredibly convenient and worry-free. Next time I visit Xi'an, I will definitely stay here again. I'd love to try the Tang Dynasty-themed room with a private hot spring. I genuinely recommend it to families traveling together!
