Incredible stay at this beautiful hotel! From the moment we checked in the service was impecable. Lena made us feel at home and took care of every detail to make our stay pleasant. Our children enjoyed the pool and play area. The suite was very comfortable and the staff left some sweets, toiletries and slippers for the kids. Lena helped us with our dinner options and even helped us with translation at the restaurant. She was there for our checkout as well and even accompanied us to our taxi. We were very impressed with the customer service and will certainly be back. Thank you!

Lovely experience. The staff were helpful, I arrived early and they managed to give me a room. The breakfast spread is amazing! It’s right in front of the subway station and I could walk to the theatre opposite, which worked out really well as I was there to attend a concert. There was even a little rooftop garden at the restaurant level. Didn’t have time to use the amazing fitness facilities. Would love to stay again.

It was an amazing hotel with high level of luxury. Friendly staff. Location is excellent next to the most luxurious mall in Shenyang, Mixc, which can be accessible from the hotel through underground. Youth park is across the street from the hotel and it's a good place for a walk. Hotel is located in a very nice and safe area.

We had a wonderful stay recently. The reception staff was very helpful and even took the trouble to use her phone to check the direction to Xita from the hotel. She even led us for part of the way to ensure that we got the direction right. We booked a 2 bedroom but was given only 2 breakfast and the staff was kind to add on free breakfast for all 4 of us. We really appreciated the kind gesture. Staff at the breakfast place was also friendly and helpful. The apartment had a washing machine which was the main reason why we booked it and it really came in handy. Washing powder was also provided. However, the dryer function could be improved as it took a long time for the clothes to dry since the machine is a 2 in 1.

Location is good, many shops and restaurants at a walking distance. Room was spacious and nice. Temperature was OK. Breakfast was mostly Local Chinese , almost nothing like a western style. Generally the staff was nice even if they speak a very little English but they try to manage it.

Located in downtown, living up to the excellence of the Hyatt brand, it doesn’t fail to deliver at anywhere. Linked to a luxury mall, Mix; you can indulge in luxury brand shopping (do note that it’s pricier in China than in Europe however) or the good restaurants it boasts. The mall even have some Singaporean brands, and its internal layout resembles MBS lol. Will return when I’m in Shenyang again.

The breakfast was super delicious and mouth watering. 4.The staffs are super kind and speaks English really well. 5.The lobby is very fantastic. 6.The spa was fantastic and worth to try. 7. I chose this room at the Xiyue International Hotel during my business trip to Tieling, and overall, I had a very good experience. Here are my honest impressions: The room has a very common minimalist modern style, with wood paneling and light colors, making it clean, refreshing, and not at all cramped. The space was much larger than I expected; there was plenty of room for the bed, sofa, and small tea table without feeling crowded. The bedding felt high-quality, and I didn't experience any back pain after a night's sleep, which is quite important for business travelers. The bathroom is semi-open, equipped with double sinks, a large bathtub, and a smart toilet. The facilities are quite new, and the room was very clean. Taking a bath in the evening was quite relaxing. The room also provided complimentary bottled water, tea bags, and coffee, making it convenient to make your own tea. The bathrobes were also very soft. Overall, the facilities, cleanliness, and space were all excellent, making for a very worry-free stay. There were no unpleasant issues, and I would definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Tieling for business.

新開的酒店，地裏位置很好，訂的山景房，直接就能看到首山的烽火台，日落很美，房間也很乾凈，服務人員也非常的熱情，衹要在酒店看到工作人員，就會主動打招呼問候，很親切，樓下很大的免費停車場，前台在七樓，正好趕上平安夜和聖誕節，佈置的很温馨，特別適合打卡，早餐也很豐富，還有很多外國友人用餐，感覺到了國外一樣， 24h自助DIY花式咖啡:，有打印機，辦公的區域，挺合理的設計，每個沙發下面都會有usb插口，這是萬萬沒想到的，出行很方便，出酒店幾百米就會有公交車，如果坐車來，有直接到葫蘆島北站或者興城西站的公交車，興城消費也還可以，特色美食也很多，酒店對面有個渤海船校，有一條美食街，都很好吃，不願意出酒店，外賣也很方便，一樓有個機器人能給送上去，涼了也沒事，房間裏配備了微波爐，還有小冰箱，專門洗水果的水盆，真的很不錯，最主要的是，能帶寵物入住，總之，入住體驗很好，下次來訂個海景房，聽説能看到美麗的日出
