The room is very nice, modern and well furnished. The breakfast is not as good as one could have expected. You can find similar hotels in China with way better breakfasts. The buffet had a decent size, but the food's quality was not high. I am also very disappointed by the hotel's gym which was only open until 6 pm due to the lack of staff (as reported by the hotel's reception) which is way too early when you perform a business trip and that you go back at the hotel after 8 pm.

Overall a good hotel with views, but location is not very good if you want to explore the city. Beds could be more comfortable. Swimming Pool not very cosy and people from houses nearby can look directly into the pool area of the hotel.

De locatie is uitstekend, het is een luxe kantoorappartement, de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is prima, het uitzicht is weids, het landschap is prachtig, de hoek van de kamer is echt fantastisch, je kunt er veel mooie foto's maken, het is schoon en hygiënisch, de faciliteiten binnen zijn uitgerust met multifunctionele mahjongtafels, zelfbedieningstafels en fitnessapparatuur. Het belangrijkste in de zomer is de airconditioning. De kamer is de hele dag koel. Het leven is erg comfortabel. Afhaalmaaltijden kunnen aan de deur van de kamer worden bezorgd. Het winkelcentrum ernaast kan ook aan uw behoeften op het gebied van eten en winkelen voldoen. Het is allemaal geschikt. Een echte aanrader.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel—the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious. What really made my experience special was the excellent service. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. A big shout-out to the 11th-floor housekeeping team —they were incredibly thoughtful，paying attention to small details that made my stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

It was really an amazing experience the food the front desk staff was really good it was an amazing experience for me and my family my child enjoy the play area for kids. He also loved the robot that brings you your delivery to the door of your room. The food at the morning breakfast was really amazing so many varieties the stuff also give you some options to satisfy your needs. It was really an amazing experience. I will gladly recommend this hotel to anyone

I stayed many times at this hotel as I frequently travel to Wuhan and it saddens me to say this hotel service is only worsen every time I stay there. It is the ONLY 5 stars hotel in China where no one assist you with your luggage when you arrive or go. No one greet you, you receive nothing from the management, no fruits at your room, really nothing is welcoming you to stay there even tough I always take the largest room. Breakfast (especially the famous Wuhan hot noodles) was not good in the first two days, don't know what happened that it changed after. no consistency no service really nothing special in the room. Starting next time I will stay at one of the Marriot hotels in the city.

Awesome stay! Yummy breakfast! Close to East Railway! Great kids play space although it did need a little clean and attention on the equipment, some had broken. I would stay again!!

The hotel lobby was absolutely stunning—grand and beautifully designed, creating a luxurious first impression. It truly set the tone for a high-end experience.  However, the dining options at both the lunch and dinner restaurants felt somewhat limited. While the food quality was good, the menus could benefit from more variety to cater to different tastes and preferences.  Overall, the stay was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was top-notch. With a few more dining options, this hotel would be perfect! Highly recommend for a luxurious getaway.

酒店地理位置優越，交通便捷，周圍環境優美。房間設施齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，睡眠質量好。整體而言，是一家性價比很高的酒店，強烈推薦給需要出差或旅遊的朋友們表揚一下小周。小劉/小向 免費升級還送小禮品 以上是優點。 以下是可以改進的地方：1 入住當天在酒店門口停車卸行李，門口工作人員非但不幫忙拿行李車，反而催促我們趕快把車開走。2 入住時詢問前台可否升級房間，拒絕得很生硬。 3 房間淋浴間內沒有可以放置東西的枱麪，其實多少都會有點自己的洗浴用品，但是在淋浴間內卻無處安放。 4 酒店明明有AB牙刷可供區分，我的房間內給的都是同一個顏色。 作為利川最好的酒店，感覺管理上還需要更進一步，比如向華住會的酒店學習一下管理經驗，給客人提供更好的入住體驗。

I enjoyed my stay here with New Century Hotel. Its location is handy, only taking around 12 minutes by taxi from Wuhan High Speed Railway Station and costing merely CNY17.00. The staff are very friendly and welcoming at the hotel reception and kindly booked a free drop-off service to the railway station. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which provides a variety of freshly made dishes to choose from, including many authentic Wuhan snacks.
