房間夠大，設施還比較新，有窗通風，打掃及時，每天送水果，服務響應快，服務細節上感受到很關注客户體驗，比如，浴室有易滑換鞋提示，房卡和客房有Wi-Fi密碼提示，不用問前台了。大堂寬敞明亮，禮賓，前台，餐廳服務都很主動熱情友善。地下地上都有停車場免費。位置優越，去胖東來時代、天使、博物館，曹魏古城都是起步價。早餐品種還行，需要改進的就是炒菜不夠熱，還有過了8.30飯菜基本不再補充了，感覺在吃剩菜，早餐時間到9.30。

I love the rooms. I love the place but the problem is they promise with the heat and air conditioning. The rooms are too hot. They need to keep a little more maintenance. Keep everything running in good condition. But Got a great atmosphere for the rooms. It’s a you that needs to be BETTER maintained .. could be perfect ..!

The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. The curtains, lights and air - conditioner are linked to Xiaodu smart devices, which is very convenient. The super king size (2 - meter - wide) big bed is really cozy. An adult and two kids can sleep comfortably on it, offering a great experience. We arrived at 1 a.m. Parking was convenient and free. After shopping at Pangdonglai Supermarket, you can push the trolley straight to the hotel elevator. It's worth recommending. As there was a long queue at Pangdonglai Supermarket, I called the hotel's customer service. The hotel kindly gave us a free late check - out until 2 p.m. It's really nice and definitely worth a recommendation. 房间很舒适，超级大，很干净，窗帘灯光空调都链接小度智能设备,很方便. 2米的大床超级舒适，一个大人两个孩子一起睡的很舒服，体验非常好！我们是凌晨2点到的，停车很方便而且是免费的，胖东来超市购物出来直接就能把推车推到酒店电梯口. 因为胖东来排队太久，给客服打了个电话，酒店给免费延迟到2点退房，非常赞！值得推荐.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights because it is new and next to the Luoshenfu performance next door. Excellent hotel. So beautiful and spacious rooms with separate bathroom and toilet. Way beyond our expectations. Nice bath tub, shower room, projector TV, coffee machine with complimentary cookies and fruits and complimentary drinks in mini-bar. Robot delivering bottled water when requested. Absolutely love the hotel and wish we stayed longer. We will book this hotel again if we visit Luoyang. Chinese Restaurant had tremendous value. Delicious 9 course dinner including steam fish and lobster, taste really good. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant on both nights. The first night we were thoroughly impressed with the private dining room with ensuite toilet. Breakfast with good international selection of Chinese and Western options. Definitely the best hotel of our 2 weeks stay in China. Now we have a great impression of Luoyang because of the hotel. Only feedback is that it will be good if the toilet and bathroom lights can be separate so that at night when sleeping, guests can just switch on the toilet light and leave the rest of the room dark. Current dim light switch leaves bathroom still quite bright and glaring when sleeping. Other than this minor point, this hotel really wonderful and definitely a great hotel to stay in Luoyang!

The check-in experience is very good, the front desk service is very warm, the lobby has everything, and there is a leisure area.Moreover, the room is also very clean. The air conditioning in the lobby and room is very warm. There is a rest area on the first floor where you can drink hot tea. Het hotel is onlangs geopend en lijkt op een binnenplaats. De service bij de receptie is erg goed. Ze namen het initiatief om onze bagage bij de deur op te halen en deze naar onze kamer te brengen. Ze stuurden ons ook een reisgids die ze zelf hadden gemaakt. De service is echt goed! 's Avonds foto's maken in het hotel is super fotogeniek! Er is een fontein in de tuin en een wenteltrap. Het bed is ook erg comfortabel en schoon. Het belangrijkste is dat het zich binnen het familiegebied bevindt. Na een dag spelen is het heerlijk rustig om te slapen. Over het algemeen ben ik zeer tevreden. Het was een perfecte reis naar Luoyang

De algehele ervaring was best goed. De locatie was makkelijk te vinden. We namen de metro van station Longmen naar station Citizens' Home, en het hotel lag recht tegenover het station. De lobby van het hotel was erg statig, het personeel was vriendelijk en de servicemedewerker was erg attent. De service was echter relatief matig. De executive kamer informeerde me niet proactief over de wasservice voor twee stukken en de beschikbaarheid van drankjes. Daar kwam ik pas via Ctrip achter. De kamer was voor drie personen en ze boden slechts twee paar slippers aan, die er niet waren. Er zat een krullend haar op de wc-bril toen ik hem omhoog draaide. Maar vergeet het maar, ik heb er niet verder naar gevraagd omdat ik niet thuis was. De executive lounge was vrij armoedig. Er was eigenlijk niets, alleen dezelfde ontbijtproducten als rundvlees en kipfilet, drankjes en wat fruit. Er was 's avonds geen lichte maaltijd. Het ontbijt was behoorlijk uitgebreid en het restaurant was groot met een ruime keuze, inclusief veel specialiteiten.

The room is new, comfortable and luxurious. It is really a great value for money. Staff service was excellent too. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jiaozuo.

房間環境很好，床睡的很舒服，前台小閆服務很好，還提供接送高鐵東站的服務。哈哈，美女經理特斯拉送站。酒店有洗衣房，出差友好。出行很便利，出門就是公交站，去高鐵站和博物院非常方便，酒店後面有超市，往前走走有不錯的餐館，後面還有個中型超市，推薦入住。

設施房間很乾凈，房間很大床也很大，浴缸超級大，燈光很漂亮，位置很方便，距離胖東來很近，，酒店早餐也不錯，電梯很方便，前台小姐姐很温柔，晚上叫客房大媽送東西也很快，而且在跨年房間也沒漲，很好，主要是浴缸很大不錯
