"The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. The curtains, lights and air - conditioner are linked to Xiaodu smart devices, which is very convenient. The super king size (2 - meter - wide) big bed is really cozy. An adult and two kids can sleep comfortably on it, offering a great experience. We arrived at 1 a.m. Parking was convenient and free. After shopping at Pangdonglai Supermarket, you can push the trolley straight to the hotel elevator. It's worth recommending. As there was a long queue at Pangdonglai Supermarket, I called the hotel's customer service. The hotel kindly gave us a free late check - out until 2 p.m. It's really nice and definitely worth a recommendation. 房间很舒适，超级大，很干净，窗帘灯光空调都链接小度智能设备,很方便. 2米的大床超级舒适，一个大人两个孩子一起睡的很舒服，体验非常好！我们是凌晨2点到的，停车很方便而且是免费的，胖东来超市购物出来直接就能把推车推到酒店电梯口. 因为胖东来排队太久，给客服打了个电话，酒店给免费延迟到2点退房，非常赞！值得推荐."

"The position is perfect, just a walk away from wu Zetian palace and mingtang tiantang palace area. The hotel spaces are elegant and modern but the spa aerea and dining room we saw are really dark. also our room had no natural light, there was a wall right outside the window. in the room everything was fine but the lights are a bit weird, each time it was difficult to find the right switch to turn on or off, too many options. the pool was really relaxing, there was no one other than us at 1 pm although times to access it weren't clear. we only received one room card but being a couple of friends 2 cards would have been better. the staff was really kind to us and helped with everything (shootout to the staff member for bringing me back my spoon forgot in the dining room, still thank you so much)."

"We booked this hotel for 2 nights because it is new and next to the Luoshenfu performance next door. Excellent hotel. So beautiful and spacious rooms with separate bathroom and toilet. Way beyond our expectations. Nice bath tub, shower room, projector TV, coffee machine with complimentary cookies and fruits and complimentary drinks in mini-bar. Robot delivering bottled water when requested. Absolutely love the hotel and wish we stayed longer. We will book this hotel again if we visit Luoyang. Chinese Restaurant had tremendous value. Delicious 9 course dinner including steam fish and lobster, taste really good. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant on both nights. The first night we were thoroughly impressed with the private dining room with ensuite toilet. Breakfast with good international selection of Chinese and Western options. Definitely the best hotel of our 2 weeks stay in China. Now we have a great impression of Luoyang because of the hotel. Only feedback is that it will be good if the toilet and bathroom lights can be separate so that at night when sleeping, guests can just switch on the toilet light and leave the rest of the room dark. Current dim light switch leaves bathroom still quite bright and glaring when sleeping. Other than this minor point, this hotel really wonderful and definitely a great hotel to stay in Luoyang!"

"The cleaning staff in our courtyard were lovely and very helpful and the man at reception we dealt with too. It was obvious the staff work hard to do their best considering the condition of the hotel and spa. But the hotel and spa are tired and both locations need facelifts. For example, the basin and surround in our room was all discoloured, as was the wall at the door, and there were loose wires visible and the courtyard plants were all dying. The hotel communal areas away from reception were unkempt. The spa pool had broken and discoloured tiles, with lots of leaves in the water and the flumes were closed. Both could be great with investment."

It rained at night, and I could clearly hear raindrops on the roof. I hope the soundproofing can be improved. The hotel management team would understand this clearly if they stayed a night during the rain. The phone on the desk in the room was out of order, but the one by the bed worked, so it didn't cause any major issues, but it was still a poor experience. I checked in at 12:50 PM, but there were no high-floor rooms available. The front desk staff kindly offered bell service. After dining on the 39th floor, I returned to the front desk at 2:00 PM to get my room card. After entering the room, my luggage didn't arrive for nearly 40 minutes. My child's medicine was in the luggage, so I couldn't administer it. When I tried to call to inquire, I found the phone was faulty. When I finally got through on another phone, I was told the luggage wasn't on the 1st floor and I had to go to the 1st and 38th floors myself to find it. This was quite frustrating. Also, I suggest providing a trash can in the washroom area. It's inconvenient not to have a place to easily discard disposable items like toothbrushes. Overall, I'm satisfied, but I hope for improvements in these details. Good review.

The room was clean and the bathroom facilities were well-equipped. It was relatively quiet in the evenings. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it's also very close to the Tianbing Cold Drink Factory store. After we used up the two complimentary bottles of water on the first night, the staff proactively replenished an extra bottle the next day. Excellent service!

The overall environment is pretty good, and the breakfast at 68 is reasonably priced. The room had water and 4 complimentary drinks. The room itself was quite nice, and the staff were friendly. However, because the hotel is so large, finding the elevators was confusing. The map provided wasn't very clear. There should be more recognizable signs on the walls indicating room numbers and elevator directions. A concerning incident was when I couldn't find an elevator after walking around for a long time, so I decided to take the stairs down. To my surprise, the door on the first floor was locked. I had to go back up to the second floor to find an elevator. For safety, how can the bottom door of a fire escape be locked?

My stay in an executive king room at the Luoyang International Hotel was exceptional. The executive benefits were extensive and satisfying, with the executive lounge offering afternoon tea, evening snacks, and cocktails – great value for money. From the warm welcome at the entrance, the efficient check-in process, and the thoughtful explanations, to the room service, breakfast buffet, and executive lounge, the service was consistently meticulous and attentive, making me feel right at home. Doormen proactively opened car doors when I entered or exited the hotel, and the restaurant and lounge staff were quick to seat guests and clear dishes, demonstrating excellent service awareness. Breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection. There were six or seven egg options alone, including boiled eggs, tea eggs, fried eggs, eggs Benedict, English scrambled eggs, omelets, and poached eggs. The spread featured both Western and Chinese dishes, along with local Luoyang specialties, providing a wide range of choices. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to taxis and the subway. The surroundings were quiet at night, which was a huge plus for light sleepers. My only minor suggestion would be for the lounge to add a signature cocktail with a local Luoyang flair; that would elevate the experience even further. Overall, my stay was very comfortable and pleasant, and I highly recommend this hotel.

I LOVE the zen vibes and decor of this hotel. The amenities from the book bar to the mini theatre were excellent and perfect for a relaxing chilled staycation. The hotel went above and beyond to take care of our needs and comfort. The hotel staff were all friendly and professional. We were extremely impressed by their attentiveness, especially by Hon, the chief concierge. He prepared water for us before a sightseeing trip and gave us good advice on which exit to get to, time spent etc. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good!! We love Cantonese food and even more so when it is done WELL. A fancy hotel is easy to come by if one pays for it but a great service that goes beyond your expectations is very hard to come by. Great value overall, comfortable, extremely relaxing and impressionable stay.

Summary: This hotel was chosen blindly. Aside from its good location and friendly staff, all other facilities were subpar. Pros: The location was decent, close to several attractions and surrounded by cosmetic shops. While the view from the window wasn't great, the room was relatively large. Cons: The soundproofing was terrible. I could hear the TV and conversations from next door; it was extremely poorly soundproofed. I was also unlucky; the first night, a bunch of inconsiderate people next door played cards all night, making it feel like I was sleeping in a card room, which meant I didn't sleep a wink. Also, the shower in the room had very low water pressure and weak flow, making it impossible to wash my hair. It was repaired once but never fixed. For a hotel with a bathhouse, the shower facilities were extremely inadequate. I originally booked for three nights, but after two nights, I couldn't stand it anymore and switched hotels.

The hotel was great, very close to the East Station. I couldn't book the shuttle service that was included in the package, but it was only a five-minute walk anyway. I stayed for two nights and got upgraded to a 40+ sqm room, which was spacious and bright. The hotel is quite new and well-maintained. On weekends, breakfast runs until 10:30 AM and is plentiful, complete, and delicious. The ingredients are fresh, and the drinks are excellent. It was perfect to wake up naturally, enjoy a brunch, then take the kids out for a stroll or let them have fun at the pool. Other services were pretty much 'anything you ask for'. The only minor issue was that laundry services required a fee; I glanced at the price list and decided it wasn't for me. I usually stay at Quanji hotels when I travel, so I'm not quite used to paying for laundry. 😂

The Hilton is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Zhengzhou. I'd say I've stayed there over 80% of the time, whether for business or leisure. Being an international chain, you can always count on their facilities and service. The lobby has a great vibe, the rooms are spacious, and the bedding and toiletries are top-notch. The pool is 1.3 meters deep and there's also a hot tub, so it's enjoyable whether you can swim or not.
