Otelin yerləşməsi mükəmməldir, xüsusilə Meydan, Forum alış-veriş mərkəzinə, Ayasofya Trabzon məscidinə, dəniz sahilinə piyada rahatlıqla getmək olur. Otaqlar çox təmiz, rahat və zövqlə dizayn olunmuşdu. Xüsusilə dam terrasından görünən Trabzon mənzərəsi unudulmaz idi. Personal hər zaman gülərüzlü və yardımsevər davranırdı. Trabzonun mərkəzində həm rahat, həm də sakit bir istirahət üçün əla seçimdir. Məsləhət görürəm ki, resepsiondan uzun göl və hamsiköy turlarına biıet almaq üçün müraciət edin, birbaşa oteldən alıb, tur sonrası otelə qaytarırlar. Yenidən gəlsəm əgər, mütləq bu oteli seçərəm!

Çift kişilik yatagin tek kişilik yatakları birleştirip yapılması hayal kırıklığına uğrattı. En üst katta olduğumuz için yağmur sesi yoğundu ancak bundan rahatsız olmadık.  
Bunların dışında her şey çok güzeldi.

Гостиница расположена в красивом месте, с потрясающими видами. Мы бронировали номер люкс с видом на горы. А по факту нас заселили в номер где был вид из гостиной на море, а две спальни утыкались видом в бетонную стену до которой было около метра. Диван и кресло грязные, прожженные сигаретами.

Trabzon 明顯感覺像是國內的地級市，在這種地方，酒店有這樣的衞生和服務已經是非常滿意了。各方面都不錯，唯一缺點是當室外温度低時，酒店會統一關閉冷氣，儘管室內其實還是比較悶熱。

The stay was wonderful,
Located in the middle of the city away from the traffic
We investigated all the reviews before booking, we had some worries mostly by the noise of the nearby airport..
It came out that it was part of the fun
The noises are not that horrible especially if you close the sound proof windows..
However the air traffic wasn't that heavy and the kids enjoyed the observation of the planes,
The hotel was perfectly clean, breakfast was very rich and variant and reflect the Turkish heritage with Int'l components..
Staff were very nice and supportive, with very polite approach, the whole atmosphere in trabzon was very amicable and welcoming
Definitely will stay there again

We verbleven hier voor een reis met mijn gezin. Als arts voldeed het aan mijn belangrijke criteria. (Schoonmaak, hygiëne, enz.) Wat me het meest opviel, was de zeer attente service van het hotelpersoneel. Dank jullie wel. Ze deden er alles aan om onze tevredenheid te garanderen. Ook het feit dat het een familiehotel is, was een voordeel. Je kunt er veilig met je gezin verblijven. Het ontbijt was ook goed en voldoende.

What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect.
Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant.
If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

GGuest UserVery nice and conveniently located to the centre of markets and shopping. I was very disappointed in the breakfast - unimaginative and very limiting. Instant coffee - no Turkish or decent coffee. In the restaurant a family was having a loud Skype session with their young child. No other patrons were considered and the waiter did nothing to quiten this intrusive communication.
Staff is very friendly and supportive. Rooms have a few bad knocks from travellers coming and going.

GGuest UserThe room is quite clean. The housekeepers are helpful and courteous. However, the front office refused to cooperate with us when we brought to their attention that we booked a bigger room. We even evidenced it by showing them the details of the online booking. However, they kept gaslighting us and trying to make us believe that we were in a 22m2 room when it was clearly a 15m2 room. Don’t be in the hospitality sector if you don’t like to help your guests.

GGuest UserWe were extremely pleased with our stay at the Maritimo Hotel. The hotel is four-star, located on the main road, and its proximity to the airport makes it very easy to get around. The open-air restaurant downstairs is a great advantage. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The breakfast room was spacious, and the breakfast selection was quite rich and delicious. In addition to all these positive aspects, the attentiveness and friendly demeanor of Mr. Sina at the reception made our stay even more enjoyable. He is an extremely polite, helpful, and attentive employee. Overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel in terms of cleanliness, comfort, location, and service quality. It has become one of our preferred choices for future stays.
