Beste plek ik ooit gebleven! In de jungle heeft kano's om de rivier te neer te zetten, complimentaire vogels kijken tours, wandelpaden, en kamers zijn prachtig! Perfect als je een gateway in de jungle wilt!

This place is really beautiful. The operation is smooth, professional and friendly. The food is delicious, the drinks are good and the view is amazing from the pool to the restaurant deck. The rooms are clean and comfortable. My wife and I had a very nice stay, it would be good for small groups and friends too!

Bon hôtel mais un peu éloigné de la ville et un peu trop près de la route. Évitez les chambres de première catégorie qui ne sont pas terrible par contre les chambres de catégorie supérieure sont formidables. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré. Le service est bon en général. En conclusion je recommande cet hôtel 😃😃🙂😃

Met een verblijf bij Carmelita River Cabins in San Ignacio bevind je je op een kwartiertje rijden van Belize River en Masewal Forest Garden Medicinal Trail. Deze bed & breakfast ligt op 22 km van Maya-ruïnes van Xunantunich en op 12 km van Branch Mouth.
Laat jezelf verwennen met massages en gezichtsbehandelingen. Deze bed & breakfast bevat ook gratis wifi, conciërgeservices en een picknickplaats.

We loved our stay at Maya Mountai Lodge. It was so quiet and chilled, we could properly wind down at the end of a day spent seeing all the Maya sites ATM caves etc. It's a fab location, close to town for the markets and along the route for so many of the best stops and supermarkets. We had a car and onsite parking was never a problem. Staff were super friendly and ready to help.
The kitchen was incredible and had everything we needed for home-made meals! A full size fridge freezer with ice ready for us, as well as an oven, blender, microwave etc. Even having salt, pepper, oil, tea and coffee facilities and bottled water was really appreciated.
The room had a super comfy bed and table and chairs to eat at. It was a little on the dark side as all windows were covered but we didn't spend much time in there.
We came in January and found the mornings and evenings cool, in amongst the canopy, so make sure to bring so longer sleeves/trousers so you can sit outside in your hammock or walk one of the nature trails. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place for those looking for a rustic-chic place in the jungle.
