We zijn heel goed ontvangen geweest door de heer Lin Feng. Zeer vriendelijke bediening en altijd hulpvaardig. De locatie van het hotel is perfect. Juist buiten de drukke straten.

De man bij de receptie was attent en attent. Hij zette de airconditioner van tevoren voor ons aan en bracht onze bagage enthousiast naar onze kamer. We hadden een auto om ons op te halen bij Disneyland, wat erg handig was ook snel geleverd. De tuin is enorm en het is een openbare plek. De entertainmentfaciliteiten zijn compleet en er is voor zowel kinderen als volwassenen iets te spelen. Naast de kinderglijbaan maken mijn kinderen hier ook graag foto's en video's. De kinderen zijn zeer tevreden. Ook vind ik dat de B&B die ik dit keer heb gekozen zeer comfortabel is! Ik denk dat deze man het nog leuker zal vinden als hij hier in de zomer komt. Het kind zei dat ik door zo'n groot zwembad zin krijg om nog eens te komen tijdens de zomervakantie. Ik raad het ten zeerste aan!

Het hotel bevindt zich op een toplocatie. De bedden zijn zeer comfortabel en de hygiëne is uitstekend. Het ontbijt is lekker, goed verzorgd en gevarieerd. Het enige minpunt is het uitzicht aan de achterkant, dat eigenlijk uitkijkt op een koker. Dit was niet ideaal, aangezien mensen beneden tot laat in de nacht luidruchtig aan het praten waren en de ruimte zeer akoestisch was.

De kamer was schoon en netjes en werd elke dag schoongemaakt. De receptiedame beneden was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, vijf sterren! De locatie is ook erg handig, op loopafstand van de winkelstraat en met makkelijke toegang tot bezorgservices.

De service van medewerker Ding aan de receptie was hartelijk en behulpzaam. Dit verblijf overtrof mijn verwachtingen en was een aangename verrassing tijdens deze reis. De locatie is uitstekend met gemakkelijke toegang tot populaire bezienswaardigheden zoals de Waibaidubrug, The Bund en de Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. De populaire Oriental Pearl Tower is bijvoorbeeld slechts 10 minuten lopen, wat betekent dat je je geen zorgen hoeft te maken over vervoer. Het was erg handig om 's avonds je telefoon op te laden. De badkamer heeft een gescheiden nat en droog gedeelte, het warme water was constant en heet genoeg, waardoor je het na het wassen of douchen geen moment koud had. De service was bovendien onberispelijk. Toen ik 's avonds een föhn nodig had, bracht medewerker Ding er binnen enkele minuten een naar mijn kamer met een bijzonder vriendelijke houding. Het ontbijt was ook zeer uitgebreid, met onder andere gestoomde broodjes (baozi), eieren, congee en vers bereide, heerlijk verwarmende wontons. Of je nu met het gezin reist of alleen, dit hotel is een absolute aanrader. Bij het uitchecken hielp het personeel ook met de bagage en het soepel regelen van het vertrek. Over het algemeen was mijn ervaring met het hotel zeer positief, en ik zal hier zeker de volgende keer weer verblijven.

Zeer goede ervaring! Vijf sterren lof! Het voelt alsof het hotel over het algemeen relatief nieuw is, omdat we van tevoren een speciale prijs hebben geboekt, en ze onze auto hebben geüpgraded voor het ophalen van de retour en ons kamertype hebben geüpgraded! ! Ik heb beide kamertypes gezien en ze voelen allebei erg goed. In de winter heb ik vooraf mijn aankomsttijd bevestigd en de airconditioning van tevoren aangezet! Het is echt attent voor meisjes. De airconditioner zit vol warmte! Er zijn niet veel soorten ontbijt, maar de smaak is oké. Er staan echte Disney-poppen aan de deur. Ik werd er verliefd op en kreeg korting ~ ik ben blij! Over het algemeen geweldig! Ik heb het oprecht geprezen en heb het al aan mijn goede vrienden aanbevolen om hier de volgende keer te komen!

Bij het kiezen van een hotel voor mijn reis naar Shanghai was dit echt de slimste zet. De locatie is perfect, ik hoefde me geen zorgen te maken over de reisroutes, echt een uitkomst voor wie van gemak houdt! [Coffee]
Het hotel ligt in het absolute centrum, omringd door populaire winkelgebieden. De Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street is gemakkelijk te voet bereikbaar, wat superhandig is om te winkelen, lokale Shanghai-snacks te proeven en populaire 'influencer'-plekken te bezoeken, allemaal zonder de metro te hoeven nemen of een taxi te hoeven regelen. Gewoon rustig wandelen. Ook het People's Square voor een wandeling en foto's, of winkelen bij Suhewan MixC World en Joy City Jing'an, ligt bijzonder dichtbij. Of je nu overdag wilt winkelen of 's avonds de nachtscène van Shanghai wilt ervaren, het is allemaal uitzonderlijk gemakkelijk. Dit bespaart veel reistijd, waardoor je ontspannen en comfortabel kunt genieten.
Wat ik het meest tevredenstellend vond, was het vervoer. Binnen 300 meter lopen bereik je een overstapstation van metrolijnen 2 en 10. Met deze dubbele metrolijnen was reizen absoluut zorgeloos. Of je nu naar het Hongqiao treinstation moest voor een hogesnelheidstrein of van en naar Pudong International Airport moest, de metro bracht je er rechtstreeks, zonder overstappen of omwegen. Geen zorgen meer over files of vertragingen, wat zowel voor toeristen als zakelijke reizigers ideaal is.
De voorzieningen in de omgeving van het hotel zijn ook uitstekend. Gemakswinkels en eetgelegenheden zijn overal te vinden, dus de dagelijkse behoeften zijn direct buiten de deur te vervullen. Over het algemeen was de verblijfservaring fantastisch. De belangrijkste voordelen zijn de uitstekende locatie en het handige vervoer, wat veel reisgedoe bespaarde. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is top. Volgende keer dat ik in Shanghai ben, kies ik zeker weer voor dit hotel. Ik beveel het van harte aan aan iedereen die Shanghai bezoekt!

Als er een kamer vrij is, kun je vroeg inchecken. Zo niet, dan kun je je bagage alvast opslaan.
Als je activiteiten hebt in de omgeving tussen de metrostations People's Square en Laoximen, is dit hotel een uitstekende optie. Denk hierbij bijvoorbeeld aan theaterliefhebbers die een toneelstuk of musical bezoeken.
De Superior Tweepersoonskamers hebben ramen van verschillende groottes. De kamers aan de straatzijde hebben grote ramen, terwijl kamers die op een ander gebouw uitkijken, een belemmerd uitzicht hebben. De kamers zijn niet erg groot; het wordt dan ook afgeraden om er met twee of meer personen te verblijven, zeker als je veel of grote bagage hebt.
Naast het hotel is er een 24-uurs FamilyMart en aan de overkant van de straat een Luckin Coffee (open van 8.00 tot 18.00 uur). Dit is erg praktisch voor wie weinig tijd heeft of geen hoge eisen stelt aan maaltijden.

GGuest UserIn a word, the Banyan Tree hotel did not disappoint us. We stayed there for eight consecutive days, enjoying the high-quality service of a luxury hotel every single day. Although we had to wait about 20 minutes to check in, it was because my wife is sensitive to all hair, so they specially treated our room. By the time we opened the door to our room, our luggage was already there. The room design was impeccable, with huge windows offering a perfect view of the boats cruising on the Huangpu River and the Shanghai skyline.
Not only was the breakfast abundant, but it was also served for an exceptionally long time, until 12 PM. The restaurant staff were incredibly diligent and responsible. On one occasion, my wife left her sun hat near the hotel restaurant and thought it was lost outside, but they actually found it the next day. Furthermore, the lobby manager and concierge were very responsible; they proactively helped us track every package we ordered online and had delivered to the hotel. Our private butler was also very attentive, always resolving our issues quickly and perfectly, and proactively asking if we needed any further assistance. Many small details like these made us truly love this hotel.
Of course, only praising the hotel would seem a bit unrealistic. We feel that the area most in need of improvement is the room's hardware facilities. Some details in the room showed cracks in the flooring, peeling cement and broken bricks on the walls, and the drainage system wasn't perfect. We hope the hotel will undertake renovations and improvements when the opportunity arises. It's understandable for a hotel that's over ten years old; maintaining it to this extent is already quite an achievement.

It was packed with animated elements, and we got to take home bath towels, luggage tags, and pillowcases, plus there were other complimentary gifts like sticky notes. Most importantly, the room was very clean and definitely worth staying in. Breakfast was better than we expected, really tasty, and the restaurant wasn't crowded when we went around 10 AM. After eating, we even made some fridge magnet crafts. Staying at the Toy Story Hotel made everything so convenient; after checking in in the morning, we didn't have to worry about a thing – our luggage was already in our room when we returned in the afternoon. The lobby and room service staff were all very welcoming. We'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserI've been wanting to visit this hotel for ages, and I finally got to arrange a stay. When I arrived, I noticed a really long queue, which just goes to show how popular this parent-child hotel is with families. Most guests seemed to be from the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai area, bringing their kids to burn off some energy. The backyard has plenty of play facilities, but the beach was definitely the highlight. The sand was so soft; it felt amazing to walk on barefoot. This season is perfect for a visit – not too cold and not too hot – but you definitely need to pick a day with good weather. It's not open during the rainy season. You'll need to bring your own beach toys, which is understandable for public hygiene and safety. Bob provided excellent service during our stay, responding quickly and helping us with many things. Parking at the hotel is also free.

While the immediate area isn't super convenient, ordering food delivery was easy, and the robot delivery was quick. The environment is absolutely lovely – surrounded by lush greenery, and the entire complex is very quiet. It was a fantastic staycation. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast could be better, and you have to pay upfront if you want to add it, you can't charge it to your room, which isn't very convenient. Finally, a big thank you to the hotel for the room upgrade, which really helped with accommodating my older child.

Eleni, one of the front desk ladies at the Executive Lounge, provided attentive and patient service, and another kind young man enthusiastically helped deliver the room key. Many thanks to both of them. Breakfast on the 56th floor is lavish, and the window seats are delightful, letting you enjoy the scenery while you eat. A perfect holiday experience!

The staff personally escorted us to our room and thoroughly explained all the facilities. The complimentary laundry service, which even included drying, was a huge plus for us travelers – they even delivered our clothes back to the room! Breakfast was another delightful surprise; the presentation alone was appetizing, and there was a wide variety of options. The hotel facilities are quite new, not an old-fashioned style, but rather modern and minimalist. The bathroom isn't large but it's clean, and the automatic toilet is a nice touch. The sink and toilet are also separate, which is great for two people traveling together as you don't get in each other's way.
The bed was comfortable. It rained a lot during my stay, but there was no musty smell in the room. The room facilities are also quite new, making it a good choice for solo travelers. The front desk service was excellent; any small issues were quickly addressed and resolved. The breakfast buffet is conveniently located on the ground floor, right by the front desk. First, let's talk about the most crucial aspect: its location and shuttle service. This is truly a godsend for Disney visitors! The hotel is only about a 20-minute drive from Disneyland, and best of all, they offer a complimentary dedicated Disney shuttle service. We checked in the day before and reserved the 7:30 AM shuttle with the front desk. The next morning, it departed promptly, taking us right to the park entrance. No rushing for the subway, no hassle with taxis, and we even had time for breakfast before heading out – perfectly suited for the relaxed pace of a honeymoon. After watching the spectacular fireworks show at night, there was no squeezing through crowds or worrying about finding a taxi; we simply took the hotel's return shuttle back. It was effortless and reassuring the entire time, making it incredibly convenient for honeymooning couples.
Next, I have to praise the hotel environment and room experience – it was romantic and elegant, perfectly capturing the honeymoon vibe! Walking into the hotel, the common areas were tidy and tasteful, with refined details that made for great photo opportunities. Our room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bedding, changed for each guest, was soft and skin-friendly; lying on it, our fatigue instantly melted away. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, stable water pressure, and plenty of hot water – a hot shower after a long day at the park was incredibly therapeutic.
