"Hotel is near Tai An high speed railway! About 10mins drive away. Very convenient.
The exact location of the hotel is in a building inside a service area at Level 28, but their reception is at level 1. A nice eatery and convenient store just beside reception. Because of the elevation and luck, managed to catch sunrise and Mount tai from the room! A bonus!
Reception was kind enough for me to check in earlier. Free self service laundry at L28 too.
All are good and the xiao du robot was a great help, everything was automated with just a command.
But on a little down side, the duvet cover has a big tear and a cigarette butt in the washroom."

"Stayed at hotel 3x times over 2 weeks. Room # 3609 has obvious water seepage issue on the bedroom wall, from the shower water most likely, so do expect some wear and tear, seeing hotel has been around for couple of years already .. Also wish the main toilet was better thought out, with counter space and also space to hang used towels, etc..
Other than that, we are truly happy with hardworking front desk and house-keeping staff who took very good care of us and make the shortfall in the hardware aspect more bearable."

"De incheckervaring is erg goed. Het hotel ligt op een goede locatie en is goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Er zijn veel bezienswaardigheden in de buurt, waardoor u tijd bespaart met taxi's en files. Een standaard vijfsterrenhotel met complete faciliteiten, goed onderhouden en unieke accenten. Deze keer verbleven we in een kamer aan de noordkant met uitzicht op het Damingmeer in de verte. Het uitzicht was heel weids en maakte ons blij. Het is ook de moeite waard om te vermelden dat de service van het hotel geweldig is. De receptie is zeer efficiënt, de kamer wordt snel beantwoord en de kwaliteitsmanager Connie is hartelijk en gastvrij, waardoor mensen zich op hun gemak voelen en zorgzaam zijn. The only drawback was the presence of a cigarette smell in the elevators and hallways because the hotel is not 100% smoke-free.

"De locatie van het hotel is absoluut perfect en de faciliteiten behoren tot de beste in Yantai. De service was ook ongelooflijk hartelijk en professioneel.
We hadden een bijzondere ervaring tijdens ons verblijf: mijn zoon liet per ongeluk een van zijn schoenen in een DiDi-taxi liggen en we konden de chauffeur moeilijk bereiken vanwege de taalbarrière. Gelukkig deed medewerker Dragon Xu er alles aan om ons te helpen. Hij communiceerde met de chauffeur, regelde dat de schoen werd opgehaald en regelde zelfs alle bijbehorende details en kosten met grote zorg.

"We came as a group of several families, and the rooms were absolutely fantastic! They are situated right across from the sea, and when the tide comes in, lying in bed feels like you're floating directly in the ocean. The two twin rooms are located upstairs, while the two double rooms are downstairs. The downstairs rooms feature sliding doors that open onto a terrace, providing direct access to the sea. They are also equipped with large windows, some of which function as doors, whereas the two upstairs rooms come with expansive windows. The next day, after the tide came in, we went sea foraging. The guesthouse thoughtfully provided buckets and tools, and we managed to find small snails and limpets, ending up with a bountiful harvest!"

"Het grootste probleem met dit hotel is dat het water warm en koud is tijdens het douchen. Het water is warm, maar verandert vaak in puur heet water en verbrandt mensen. Ik hoop dat dit in de toekomst zal verbeteren. Het hotel ligt op ongeveer 500 meter afstand van het metrostation. De instructies zijn niet erg duidelijk. Het algehele serviceniveau van het hotel is relatief hoog, vergelijkbaar met dat van een vijfsterrenhotel. Bijna al het servicepersoneel is relatief goed, maar toen ik contact met hen opnam, had één persoon een groot probleem. Maar later nam het hotel ook enkele overeenkomstige maatregelen om de mensen tevreden te stellen. Een ander ding is dat de ramen van het hotel erg vies zijn, waardoor je het landschap moeilijk kunt zien, omdat ze inderdaad bedekt zijn met moddervlekken na de regen. Het lijkt erop dat de meeste hotels hier in Qingdao zo zijn, maar deze voelt meer... Om het nog ernstiger te stellen: je kunt het landschap eigenlijk helemaal niet zien. Kortom, als je het landschap wilt zien, is dat echt niet mogelijk. Dat ik hier vooral voor het uitzicht blijf, kan gezegd worden dat ik enorm teleurgesteld ben. "I have no complaints about the hotel. We liked the interruption at your place. Very friendly, kind staff. The rooms are clean and everything is functional. You even asked during the cleaning of the room, usually in other hotels the cleaning comes by itself and knocks on the door, while the guests sleep. Your hotel respects the rest of guests and it's nice! Lunch tea and other bonuses for guests are also pleasant. We put the fruit in the room and changed the refrigerator on time. There were queues in the canteen in the morning, but now there are holidays and there are a lot of people in the hotel, it's understandable. There is a lot of food in the dining room, in most cases it is Chinese, but foreigners can also find something to eat for themselves. Thank you for your care and good rest🙏🏻💞"

Anonymous UserThe hotel has a great ambiance; the lobby is simple yet elegant, and as soon as you walk in, you feel very comfortable. The room decor is simple and cozy, and the cleanliness is exceptional – the floors and surfaces are spotless. The bedding feels high-quality, and it's very relaxing to lie on. The soundproofing is excellent; I barely heard any outside noise at night and slept soundly until morning.
There was plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were well-stocked. The facilities are well-maintained. Della🍓 provided thoughtful service, handled the check-in process quickly, and was very friendly, patiently answering all our questions. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby.
I'd also like to specially thank Della and the hotel for the thoughtful arrangements they made for my husband's birthday. The room decorations and cake were a wonderful surprise!

The indoor pool is spacious and well-lit, with depths ranging from 0.8 to 1.3 meters, which is great for families and those learning to swim. The beach is a mere 3-minute walk away. It's a public beach, not a private one, so swimming isn't recommended. However, it's fantastic for clam digging, playing in the sand, and wading in the water in the mornings and evenings. It offers a more private beach experience compared to the crowded public swimming beaches, making it an ideal compromise. There are also water sports facilities operated by third parties on the beach, offering additional options.
The hotel features a resident band performance in the evenings, which can be enjoyed directly from the outdoor terrace dining area. I recommend booking a room with a terrace so you can dine and drink while listening to the music. Alternatively, a sea-view room with a balcony also offers a good view. The hotel also has an outdoor mini zoo with cute animals like miniature horses, which is a fun attraction for both adults and children.
The breakfast is decent, meeting the standard for a five-star hotel. This room type offers excellent value for money, so remember to book in advance during peak season.
By the way, a little heads-up: Qingdao is under a fishing ban throughout July and August, so there's no such thing as ”freshly caught seafood” during this time. Most seafood is frozen or imported from other regions. Friends, be wary of false advertising from some seafood stalls.

The condition of the room was absolutely dreadful and dilapidated, with mould on walls and in the bathroom, multiple stains on the walls which looks like mud/blood/killed bugs, and the bathroom smelled really badly. We were given a room with blood stained duvet cover and bedsheets, which was promptly changed after we pointed it out. The only reason that I'm not leaving a one star review is because the receptionist was very kind and professional and he tried the best to sort out the bedsheet situation. We did not request a room change since even the corridors were messy and the courtyard was full of rubbish, so we assumed that the whole place would look like the room we were assigned, especially that we mentioned in our booking that we are on a honeymoon, so we expected to see some effort on hotel's side.
The positives: kind staff, beautiful architecture (but the place is not cleaned often enough), central location so you don't have to climb more stairs as opposed to other hotels, free water and toiletries in the room (although I refused to shower in that bathroom), a beautiful location for the morning sunrise watching and a polite tour guide. I didn't have high expectations since I was keeping in mind that it's a place that's difficult to access, and I rarely leave bad reviews for any accommodation, but I think that it's needed to point out to the property what needs improving so they don't go out of business. I have no idea how on earth they have a 4* ranking. Perhaps we were given a low standard room, however, we went for one of the cheapest options and I was still more expensive than staying in a 5* hotel in Shanghai (that's where we were before)

The staff were polite and efficient, responding instantly to any requests. The breakfast offered a complete spread of both Western and Chinese options with fresh ingredients, and all the facilities were top-notch. I felt right at home. Five-star recommendation! The location is superb, close to the subway and shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room cleanliness was meticulous, even in the corners, and the amenities were high quality. The service was genuinely warm and thoughtful, without being overbearing. The hardware, environment, dining, and service were all impeccable. This hotel is now my top choice!

Guest UserI got to experience sailing on a yacht... I was a bit worried I'd get seasick, but then I saw the beautiful ocean view right in front of me and forgot all my worries. The hotel stay was incredibly comfortable and spacious, and the kids had a blast. The hotel's location is fantastic; it's so convenient for going to the mall, eating out, and shopping. The hotel itself was clean, hygienic, and tidy.

The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and it is convenient to travel. There are many parking spaces in the parking lot at the door. There is light music at the front desk, which is very nice. I highly recommend Ni's Haitai! The location is superb, directly facing the sea, making it very convenient for walks and watching the sunset. The rooms are meticulously cleaned, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring stay. The service is attentive and polite, with prompt responses to any requests. The resort grounds are extensive with beautiful scenery and excellent facilities, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The views of Yuan Lake are fantastic, and you can even spot the high-speed train. My partner and I were very impressed with the Chinese restaurant's dishes. The 'Old Chef Cabbage' brought back childhood memories of home-cooked meals, and the 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork) was quite authentic, though the batter was a bit thick. The sour radish and tripe dish was a great appetizer.
The only minor drawback was that during the May Day holiday, there were a lot of families with children. The hotel's soundproofing isn't great, and the kids upstairs were running and jumping until past 10 PM. Plus, there was a persistent metallic noise coming from the ceiling.

This hotel is perfect for family trips. We considered several options, but ultimately decided on the Ocean View. Upon arrival, a dedicated staff member escorted us to our room. We soon realized the hotel's layout is quite complex; it would have been difficult to find our room without assistance. After dropping off our luggage, we started signing our child up for various themed activities. From crafts to storytelling, and even making cream cookies, we tried everything. Our child had an amazing time! The basement floor is filled with all sorts of children's play facilities, and the outdoor pool kept our child thoroughly entertained. The service, as always, was excellent. Even after we checked out, we received follow-up calls from the butler service, which was a thoughtful touch.
