De duplexkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden en hangende stoel in Xianxiu in Wangxiang Valley was geweldig! Perfect voor een gezin van drie, je verblijft midden in de geheime vallei, wat de ervaring onvergetelijk maakt ✨ De duplexindeling is super gelaagd, en de hangende stoel beneden is de kers op de taart. Heerlijk om daar weg te kruipen en van het prachtige uitzicht buiten te genieten, pure ontspanning. De twee eenpersoonsbedden zijn breed en comfortabel, het beddengoed is zacht voor de huid, zodat iedereen ongestoord kan rusten met veel privacy. De kamer in houtstijl past perfect bij de bergen en het water. De kamertemperatuur is comfortabel, zelfs in de winter voelde het niet koud aan – er is veel aandacht besteed aan details. Het hele verblijf was zorgeloos. De butler stuurde van tevoren reisgidsen, beantwoordde vragen direct, je kon snel het park in bij de ingang, en er was een portier om te helpen met de bagage. Inclusief toegangskaartjes en ontbijt. Na het bekijken van het avondlandschap loop je zo terug naar je kamer. 's Ochtends geniet je nog van de rustige vallei, en je loopt zo naar de populaire bezienswaardigheden. Onbeperkte toegang tot het park is super handig. Als je met vrienden reist, boek dan deze plek zonder twijfel. De volgende keer verblijf ik hier weer!

This hotel is really fantastic, and we had an incredibly wonderful time here! The hotel's facilities are top-notch. In particular, the clay (pottery-making) facilities are extremely well-equipped. There's a dedicated pottery studio, and we even have instructors who are masters of intangible cultural heritage to teach us. This allows us to fully unleash our creativity and experience the magic of high-quality kaolin clay coming alive under our fingertips. When it comes to painting colored glazes, it's as if I've transformed into a little painter, using colors to depict the beauty in my heart. The hand-wrapped wontons for breakfast are absolutely delicious. They're not only nourishing but also incredibly tasty. That's why we decided to stay here for three whole days. The environment is also superb. The ”venting bottles” (a special decorative feature) in the backyard have become my go-to spot for taking photos. The pictures I take there have a great ambiance. The koi fish in the pond are so much fun; they actually follow people around. The hotel is very close to the ancient street. It's just an 800-meter walk, and you can get there in a few steps. Wearing the hotel's cheongsams (traditional Chinese dresses) for photos gives off a strong vibe of the Republic of China era. I saw many young ladies wearing them. I'll definitely come back here next time!

I was completely ‘WOW’ by the services and the cleanliness of my rooms during my stay at Shangri La Nanchang. The cleaners who cleaned my rooms were consistent in maintaining clean and sparkling surface top of my rooms. We were given connecting rooms (2713 & 2714) which made it easier for me to walk over to my children without stepping out of my room in my pyjamas. Manager Mr Hank Zhang ensured my stay was pleasant, convenient and enjoyable for me as he knew that I was staying there for 5D4N with my 3 children. Counter staff Ms Ava Li was friendly and professional in handling my request with thoughtful act and professionalism. Thank you to all the staff in Shangri La Nanchang for making my last lap of the China trip a pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable stay from 21 to 25 December 2024. I would strongly recommending EVERYONE to stay at Shangri La Nanchang. Lastly, the bell boy and traffic control staff were always helpful and friendly in treating every guest with respect. Well done Shangri La Nanchang for training all your staff with pride and respect. ❤️💪👍😊 You can watch the fountain dancing every night at 7pm to 7.15 pm and 8pm to 8.15 pm. 🎄

Itinerary: 3 days and 2 nites in Nanchang (hotel will be provided) Location: Close to attractions (you can walk to places like Wisteria Pavilion, Wanshou Palace, Frog Street Nite Market, and Dasi Courtyard), which saves on transportation costs. Food: There is a whole row of food behind the hotel. Mainly, it's too cold in February, but there are restaurants near the hotel, making it convenient to walk 5 minutes to enjoy the food. Breakfast: Baofa Gan Cuisine Restaurant, their prices are reasonable. Dinner: Gan Liu Ji. Jiangxi stir-fry. Of course, the hotel also offers delicious food, but I didn't get a chance to try it. Service: Since I arrived at the hotel at 11 PM with a reservation, the hotel staff gave my room to someone else. However, the next day they upgraded me to a room by the window facing the street. I didn't sleep well, so it's better not to do that, even tho I could see the outside scenery. Finally, when checking out, with the hotel's permission, I took the conditioner, shampoo, and body wash because I really liked their subtle fragrance. 行程：南昌3天2夜(酒店会提供) 位置：靠近景点(走路都可以到藤王阁，万寿宫，蛤蟆街夜市和大士院等) ，这样少付一些交通费用。 美食：酒店后面有一整排美食。主要2月份太冷，在酒店附近有餐馆，方便走5分钟就可以享用美食。 早餐：宝发赣菜馆，他们店价钱合理。 晚餐：赣六记. 江西小炒。 当然酒店也会提供美食，只是没有去品尝。 服务：由于我预定房间11pm抵达酒店，酒店服务员提供给别人，但第二天升级靠窗和马路上，但睡眠不好，最好还是不要，虽然可以看到外面风景。最后退房，经过酒店同意，带走护发素，洗发露和沐浴露，因味道香淡，我满喜欢的。

This was our second stay at this hotel, and everything was still perfect. We want to express our appreciation for one of the staff members at check-in, Yuki. She remembered us—perhaps because of our limited Mandarin skills (haaaa....haaa.....)—and went out of her way to ensure we understood everything we needed to know. Yuki also reminded us to reach out to her or her colleagues if we needed any assistance. Her efforts made our stay even more enjoyable!!

This place is located in the village mountain where we can explore the village conveniently especially during early morning and evening where almost all people have already gone down the mountain which is quite peaceful and less crowded. Guests can also go up the mountain by cable car for free and get to the lobby by a small coach service. Hotel staff are helpful and always share useful information via WeChat. Just one advice, more various vegetables for breakfast should be added to make the meal more appealing.

Everything is perfect in this hotel. Built around very old trees, the green open space and the industry chic building style and interior blend beautifully together. Service, breakfast were all top notch. We also really loved the location. As it is within the Taoxichuan art and culture space, we could walk to some nice restaurants and check out the artist markets very conveniently. Highly recommend and will stay again when we return next time.

The hotel is nice and a comfortable environment. It's location is a bit out of the way, but not too bad. The rooms are a bit small, particularly compared to similarly priced hotels in bigger cities. (e.g. I came from Shanghai and spent a similar price for a room that was easily 50% larger. Given Shanghai prices, it should have been the other way around.) The breakfast was very underwhelming. Poorly cooked ”western” food that only vaguely looked like what it was supposed to be, and tasted nothing like it. Small selection of lukewarm Chinese breakfast items. Tiny bottles of yoghurt. Very watered down juice.

Voor het eerst in Kaiyuan Guantang verblijven was de meest bevredigende ervaring van de afgelopen twee jaar. We kwamen rond 11 uur 's avonds aan bij het inchecken. We brachten onze hond mee en ze hebben ons gratis opgewaardeerd naar een kamer aan de binnenplaats De hygiëne van het hotel is erg goed, en de eerste verdieping is ook niet vochtig. De omgeving buiten de hotelkamer is zeer groot voor het maken van foto's. De service is ook erg goed. De sightseeingbus naar de gate is ook erg snel. Het enige spijt is dat het weer niet goed is tijdens de Dragon Boat Festival-vakantie maak zelfs foto's. Het is jammer. Als het mooi weer was, zouden de honden meer plezier hebben in de tuin. Als het die avond niet regende, werden de honden gek en waren ze zo blij. De volgende keer dat je naar Shangrao komt, ben jij moet nog twee dagen blijven😆

The room was very spacious, clean, there is a 3 seater sofa and also an enclosed open air small yard where I could enjoy tea and relax.. The streets to the right are lined with restaurants, shops and there is a minimart just a few stores away. There is a small mall with a cinema about 5 mins walk away. There is also a small night market about 3 streets away which I visited on a Saturday night. The staff are extremely helpful; brought me an iron for my clothes, a travel adapter and helped flagged a taxi for me to get to the train station. The only thing I dislike is though its a non-smoking hotel, guests still smoke in their rooms so I could smell smoke every day. It is only a 15 mins walk to the Taoxichuan Arts Avenue (shop around for the best prices as stores near the entrance display higher prices for the same items).
