This location is conveniently located right off the interstate. The room is about what you would expect for a budget hotel except it is in need of serious upgrades. There was a huge hole in the wall of our room and numerous things needed to be fixed and repaired (cosmetic). The bed was clean and comfortable except for the pillows which were too bulky to sleep on. I used a towel for a pillow. Also there was a very loud vehicle running outside (sounded like a generator) until midnight. Not that this is the hotel’s fault but just shows the type of clientele. There weren’t very many vehicles there when we stayed. There are 3 other hotels in the same area (Wyngate, Comfort Inn, and one other that I can’t remember.)

Booked at a discount but still about $250 per night, plus parking. Very disappointing. Room was clean but more at a Motel 6 level. No bedspread or extra blanket, uninspired b/w sketches on the walls, no ”Colonial Williamsburg” ambiance, defective TV remote, cramped bathroom with no tub, carpet that appeared threadbare, and no housekeeping until 3pm. Reasonable if under a hundred a night but at the prices charged? Avoid, avoid, avoid.

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast were absolutely delicious and plenty. The staff are friendly. Highly recommended!

They had limited information about Businesses that delivered food in the area, so we grabbed a couple of the flyers they had. One was Emilio's pizza, which was their only flyer for pizza. We ended up ordering it and they charged an $8 delivery fee, and $25 for a large pizza, and other taxes, ended up being $40 for a pizza that turned out the size of a normal medium pizza and tasted like frozen pizza you buy at the supermarket. It was nasty and we didn't even eat it. Also, we asked to check in an hour and a half early, I am in a wheelchair and I was tired, they wanted to charge us $80, so we declined, being the room was already $128.00.

Lovely stay. A lot of parking lot. Breakfast has a good varity.

I felt very cozy. The content of the meal was very good. The staff was friendly. It is a hotel that can be seen comprehensively.

Front staff were all extremely friendly. There was a weird smell in our room, sort of a chemical odor. The location was very close to downtown so that was convenient.

My stay at Fairfield Inn was excellent. I arrived early and the staff was able to accommodate me by checking me in at noon. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and fresh. I will stay at Fairfield Inn again. Thank you for the great service.

Convenient transportation, excellent location, good breakfast, parking lot, staying at this hotel for the next trip, the hotel is very convenient to watch the performance in the historic attraction area of Williamsburg
