"Hampton Inn in Pawtucket was in a perfect spot for us to stay at for the night on our way home from Acadia National Park. Everything was perfect; it was a clean, comfortable room and we slept well. Breakfast had many choices for my family, the waffles were delicious."

"Great trip, close to ” mansions” and Newport music festival...Staff was very helpful, kind. Room was clean. Plenty of parking. There were certain fees for amenities Etc; I wish they would give US the option as to whether WE WANTED THE ” amenities” and accordingly adjust the bill :) Our access to Internet was non existent for one day...as, apparently, bad weather plays havoc on Internet/ wifi. Also wish they had more options for breakfast....I may have overlooked, but do they have a brochure re local restaurants/ activities. We were there for brothers birthday and concert so additional activities were not a requisite. We' d stay there again but further discuss the ” upcharge” for ” stuff” we were either not going to use ."

"Although not so much these days, I have traveled a lot for work and it's nice to have a place to call home when you're on the road. I'm not a picky person and I really do not have specifications for what I look for when it comes to a hotel but the one thing that I do desire is a feeling of home and safety. The location was perfect and I was in the area that I was familiar with, but even if I wasn't enough familiar place, I still felt safe. The staff was very friendly and it was easy to navigate the building. Honestly loved my room, it had everything I needed and helped to become my temporary office apartment. The bed was incredible, perfect for someone who's been walking and traveling since 4:00 in the morning. The lounge chair in my room was also the most comfiest one I've ever been in and I ended up using that at the desk. They gave you a very nice office desk chair but I'm a very big person and I was afraid of breaking it, so it was a very pleasant surprise to have that alternative option. The gentleman at the front desk gave me a lot of information and suggestions for food based on restaurants in the area, they also gave me a discount coupon for a restaurant chain that I really love! It was honestly a very pleasant experience and I only wish I could have stayed longer, I definitely will go back to that location in the future when I'm working in the area. It was perfect for me and I would honestly recommend others to stay there if you're looking for a place for the night or an extended stay!"

"The hotel location was great although may be better for singles than families since the night life was great! The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The indoor pool looked older and not kept up with an unsteady ladder. The bathrooms looked as if they don't get a good cleaning ever, and there was hair on the bedsheets when we arrived. I honestly expected more from this price range of a hotel."

"Wij hadden 1 kamer geboekt met 2 bedden voor 2 ouders & 1 kind. Bij onze (late) aankomst in het hotel bleek dat wij de allerlaatste kamer kregen die nog over was met 1 bed en 1 slaapbank waarvoor we nog dekens & handdoeken voor moesten vragen en zelf de bank nog op moesten maken). Ontbijt biedt een basis aanbod met papieren bordjes en plastic bestek."

"If location is your number one criteria, this place is perfect. As far as the inn itself, it’s very dirty, outdated, the service was mediocre, beds and pillows were uncomfortable and the walls are so thin you can hear every little thing. Also, upon arrival we were charged $135 destination fee on top of what we already paid. Disappointed overall."
