"Ik was zeer tevreden met mijn verblijf in Bundchen Hotel tijdens deze reis. Omdat de reservering te laat was, heb ik per ongeluk het Bangchen Hotel gevonden. De prijs is betaalbaar. Hoewel het op enige afstand van Qingdao ligt, is het vervoer erg handig. Na een verblijf van vier nachten vond ik de hotelomgeving erg goed, het sanitaire werk was erg goed en de service was bijzonder goed! Vooral het gastenservicecentrum en de conciërge hielpen ons heel snel met de vragen die we stelden en de vragen waarmee we hulp nodig hadden. Vooral op de dag voordat we vertrokken, omdat we te laat terugkwamen uit de stad, hielpen ze ons snel met het nemen van We hadden onze bagage op tijd klaar. We werden naar het overdrachtsgebied gestuurd en mochten onze terugvlucht halen. Ik was echt ontroerd en dankbaar. De service van de obers in de ontbijtzaal was ook zeer attent, en mijn dochter vond het erg leuk. Ik zal mijn vrienden zeker aanbevelen om in uw hotel te verblijven als ik de kans heb. Het duurt slechts minder dan tien minuten om naar de luchthaven te gaan, wat zo handig is."

"I have no complaints about the hotel. We liked the interruption at your place. Very friendly, kind staff. The rooms are clean and everything is functional. You even asked during the cleaning of the room, usually in other hotels the cleaning comes by itself and knocks on the door, while the guests sleep. Your hotel respects the rest of guests and it's nice! Lunch tea and other bonuses for guests are also pleasant. We put the fruit in the room and changed the refrigerator on time. There were queues in the canteen in the morning, but now there are holidays and there are a lot of people in the hotel, it's understandable. "The Pullman Weifang is always my hotel of choice in Weifang, The European menu in the Cafe is a life saver serving anything from German sausages to burger or pizza to steaks. The buffet is equally good in the main restaurant where I enjoyed great lamb chops and drinks are included in the price which is a welcome relief. The hotel is located next door to a nice shopping mall and the rooms are large and spacious. The gym is extremely well kitted and the pool is amazing."

"Ver boven verwachting! De kamer, de service, de omgeving. Vooral de knappe man bij de ingang van de lobby was van hoge kwaliteit, enthousiast en attent bij aankomst en tijdens het wachten op een taxi. Hij gaf gedetailleerde informatie over het hotel en lokale toeristische attracties, en hielp ons met het regelen van taxi's tijdens het Chinese Nieuwjaar. Het fotoshootpakket van het hotel was ook geweldig en het proberen waard. De make-upartiest, fotograaf en retoucher waren allemaal professioneel en enthousiast, en ze namen alle tijd voor ons. Dit heeft zeker bijgedragen aan een nog betere sfeer tijdens het Chinese Nieuwjaar. De Chinese stijl van dit Marriott in Qufu is zeer smaakvol ontworpen."

"De incheckervaring is erg goed. Het hotel ligt op een goede locatie en is goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Er zijn veel bezienswaardigheden in de buurt, waardoor u tijd bespaart met taxi's en files. Een standaard vijfsterrenhotel met complete faciliteiten, goed onderhouden en unieke accenten. Deze keer verbleven we in een kamer aan de noordkant met uitzicht op het Damingmeer in de verte. Het uitzicht was heel weids en maakte ons blij. Het is ook de moeite waard om te vermelden dat de service van het hotel geweldig is. De receptie is zeer efficiënt, de kamer wordt snel beantwoord en de kwaliteitsmanager Connie is hartelijk en gastvrij, waardoor mensen zich op hun gemak voelen en zorgzaam zijn. Als ik in de toekomst naar Jinan kom, zal ik nog steeds voor Jinan Luneng Guihe InterContinental Hotel kiezen"

"I found what looked like an engorged tick or bedbug crawling up my bed. The hotel is pretty and I booked it for 1 night as a luxury treat so I could get a good rest for my layover stop to another destination. My room smelt like stale smoke unfortunately, though I had asked for non-smoking. I paid extra on my booking for breakfast and had to wake up at 6am, eat breakfast at 6.30am and go to the airport at 7.20am. My room had a bathtub so I took a bath before bedtime and went to bed at midnight, I got up to go switch the lamp off at 1am and found this bug crawling up the side of my bed going towards me. I think it's either a tick or a bed bug, the body was full of blood. It had 6 or 8 legs, difficult to see but I took a video which doesn't allow me to upload. I don't have any problems with normal bugs such as spiders, but if it is a tick or bedbug it is a big problem. I was really worried there were more hiding inside the bed, I called reception for help and they looked at the bug which I caught in a glass cup. They apologised deeply and changed my room, so I had to move at 1.30am. I explained I was already tired and have to wake up early. In the new room I was unable to sleep as I kept worrying about bed bugs. I got up multiple times to check my bed. And there was a noisy couple next door talking loudly until very late so I couldn't sleep. For a luxury hotel you should not need to loose a whole night's sleep because you are worried about bedbugs or ticks biting you. Nor should be able to hear noise from other guests through the wall. I was extremely exhausted the next day and did not have any appetite. I asked if they could refund the extra I paid for breakfast because I couldn't eat it, but they said it wasn't possible. So I forced myself to try eat 1 egg and some small rice porridge but couldn't finish it. Really expensive to pay for breakfast and hardly eat, it's a shame they couldn't refund the breakfast considering I had no sleep. For a 5* hotel, I would like to have good rest and peaceful sleep. But it was not like that. The staff were very kind and helpful, but it's not so easy to travel here alone. It was not easy to book a taxi for the following morning to the airport and it took 40 minutes of assistance, the man was very kind and helpful, but the hotel should make an easier system for foreign guests to book taxi. When I first arrived in Jinan airport, I had no idea how to get to the hotel. There is no ATM inside the hotel so you cannot withdraw cash, and you cannot pay with foreign card to book a taxi. The shangri-la website did not provide any details for public transport. It simply said bus transfer was available but did not say which number bus. I would give the details here but I have forgotten the route name and bus number now as it was hectic and I was very tired, sorry. I had to waste a lot of time trying to ask for help at the airport as the staff did not speak English. Luckily someone helped me. The bus will cost 20yuan and take you into the centre where you will see the intercontinental hotel and a large shopping mall on the left side of the bus, get off at that stop, it takes 1 hour. From there it's only 5 minutes walk to shangri-la. For a big hotel they should provide easy instructions on the website to guests. The staff apologised deeply for the bug on the bed, and offered 10% reduction of the room rate. Although when I checked out no refund was given and they didn't mention anything about it, I think they just charged full price. Personally I think 10% is not enough anyway. Nobody wants to change rooms at 1.30am because of bugs crawling on the bed. I didn't get any sleep at all and felt itchy because I kept thinking about bugs and couldn't eat the breakfast. I was absolutely exhausted the following day so I was unable to do anything at my next destination and had to waste 1 day more to rest. Unfortunately not an easy experience at the shangri-la."

"(RU) Здравствуйте! Хотел поделиться опытом пребывания в отеле с 1 по 3 декабря в номере 317 (двухэтажный с заявленным видом на гору). Вид частично на гору, но в основном на внутренний двор, не совсем то, что ожидали (фото прилагаю). Плюсы: • Очень отзывчивый персонал, несмотря на небольшое количество сотрудников, всегда помогут чем смогут. • Красивые и стильные номера. • Удобное расположение для восхождения: близко ко входу на тропу, бесплатный трансфер до входа и бесплатные трекинговые палки. • В отеле есть традиционные китайские костюмы (ханфу), в которых можно бесплатно сфотографироваться. • Отель pet-friendly: можно проживать с домашними животными, что очень удобно и приятно. Минусы: • Очень холодно в общественных зонах (ресепшен-зона завтраков), нормального отопления нет, только один кондиционер на обогрев. На первом этаже номера тоже прохладно, без куртки не посидишь и не посмотришь ТВ например. • Мало персонала, из-за этого иногда долго ждать кофе или другие напитки. • Завтрак довольно скудный: всего два варианта на выбор (китайский и псевдо-европейский). На наш взгляд, соотношение цена-качество не совсем соответствует ожиданиям, за такую стоимость хотелось бы большего комфорта. (EN) Hello! I’d like to share my experience staying at the hotel from December 1 to 3 in room 317 (two-story room with advertised mountain view). The view is partially of the mountain, but mostly of the inner courtyard — not quite what we expected (photos attached). Pros: • Very responsive and helpful staff, even though there aren’t many of them — they always do their best to assist. • Beautiful and stylish rooms. • Great location for hiking: close to the trail entrance, free shuttle to the entrance, and free trekking poles. • The hotel provides traditional Chinese costumes (hanfu) for guests to wear and take photos in for free — a nice touch for memorable pictures. • Pet-friendly: you can stay with your pets, which is very convenient and welcoming. Cons: • Very cold in the public areas (reception/breakfast zone) — no proper heating, just one air conditioner set to heat. The ground floor of the room was also chilly; you can’t really relax without a jacket, e.g., watch TV. • Limited staff, so sometimes you have to wait a while for coffee or other drinks. • Breakfast is quite basic: only two options (Chinese style and a pseudo-European one). In our opinion, the price-to-quality ratio doesn’t fully match expectations — for this cost, we would have liked more comfort, (CN) 您好！想分享一下12月1日至3日在酒店317房间（两层楼、宣传有山景）的入住体验。 房间的景色部分能看到山，但主要是内院景观，不是我们预期的那样（附上照片）。 优点： • 工作人员非常热心，虽然人手不多，但有求必应，尽力帮忙。 • 房间设计美观、很有格调。 • 登山位置很方便：离上山入口近，有免费接送车到入口，还提供免费登山杖。 • 酒店提供传统汉服，可以免费穿上拍照，拍出来的照片特别有氛围。 • 支持携带宠物入住，非常贴心和友好。 缺点： • 公共区域（前台兼早餐区）很冷，没有正常供暖，只有一个空调在制热。房间一楼也很凉，不穿外套根本坐不住，比如看电视都不舒服。 • 人手不足，所以点咖啡或其他饮料有时要等挺久。 • 早餐比较简单，只有两种选择（中式和伪西式）。 我们觉得性价比不算特别匹配——这个价格本来希望在供暖和早餐丰富度上能更舒适一些。"
