Het hele verblijf was zorgeloos. De butler stuurde van tevoren reisgidsen, beantwoordde vragen direct, je kon snel het park in bij de ingang, en er was een portier om te helpen met de bagage. "I stayed at this hotel for a business trip and had a very pleasant overall experience. It perfectly met all my business travel needs. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a commercial district and a main road, making it very convenient for taxis and getting around, ensuring high commuting efficiency. The front desk check-in and check-out processes were simple and efficient, and the staff were very responsive. When I needed drinking water or a charger at short notice, room service delivered them within minutes – very quick and efficient. The guest room was spacious, equipped with a large desk and an eye-friendly lamp, which was perfectly adequate for work. The high-speed WiFi was stable throughout my stay, with no lag during online meetings or file transfers. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; I could barely hear any noise from the corridor, ensuring a quiet night's sleep and not affecting my work the next day. The cleanliness of the entire room was impeccable; the desktop, floor, and even the corners of the bathroom were spotless. The bedding was clean and soft, and the toiletries were complete. The air conditioning maintained a stable temperature, and hot water was supplied continuously. The hardware facilities were well-maintained with almost no malfunctions. The hotel's self-service laundry room and elevators are well-equipped, which is very friendly for those on long business trips. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including both Chinese and Western options, with porridge, pastries, and coffee all available, allowing for a quick meal. The entire hotel is well-managed, with professional and attentive service. It's quiet and tidy, making it an excellent choice for business travel. I will definitely book it again for future business trips."

"Ik wilde al heel lang naar Wangxian Valley en eindelijk had ik de tijd om deze sprookjesachtige plek te bezoeken. Het hotel ligt in het schilderachtige gebied, en na het inchecken waren we snel bij de kern van het景区. De kamer die we boekten was van alle gemakken voorzien, de kinderen vonden het geweldig en mijn vrouw was zeer tevreden. "What a wonderful place! The room was beautifully decorated and full of all comforts, with a beautiful view on the manicured hillside lush with greens and trees, a joy for the eyes. All minibar items were included with a delicious plate of fruit fresh everyday. We were given two coupons per night of stay to use at their restaurant and hence we didn’t spend anything for food on our first day. Delicious food at great price. Nice bar where to have a drink after dinner with good cocktails and vibes. All the staff went beyond their efforts to give us the best experience with a smile and finding all the solutions we needed. You can rent a scooter for 40 RMB a day to go explore the area around. Great pool, beautiful gardens for walks, all was superb will definitely recommend it and return asap. Thank you!"

"Gorgeously restored ancient building. 2 levels with an absolutely stunning 2nd floor that was huge. Comfortable bathtub & lovely bed. Perfectly located within 篁岭 - perfect to explore the beautiful & charming town. Tons of photo opportunities throughout the town. Our room had a very nice view of the town. Disappointed with the breakfast buffet provided as way too crowded & the food was mediocre. Hotel staff were helpful in transporting our luggage through the cobbled streets. One of our more expansive hotel stays but worth it. Wish we could stay another night."

"This place is located in the village mountain where we can explore the village conveniently especially during early morning and evening where almost all people have already gone down the mountain which is quite peaceful and less crowded. Guests can also go up the mountain by cable car for free and get to the lobby by a small coach service. Hotel staff are helpful and always share useful information via WeChat. Just one advice, more various vegetables for breakfast should be added to make the meal more appealing."

"I was completely ‘WOW’ by the services and the cleanliness of my rooms during my stay at Shangri La Nanchang. The cleaners who cleaned my rooms were consistent in maintaining clean and sparkling surface top of my rooms. We were given connecting rooms (2713 & 2714) which made it easier for me to walk over to my children without stepping out of my room in my pyjamas. Manager Mr Hank Zhang ensured my stay was pleasant, convenient and enjoyable for me as he knew that I was staying there for 5D4N with my 3 children. Counter staff Ms Ava Li was friendly and professional in handling my request with thoughtful act and professionalism. Thank you to all the staff in Shangri La Nanchang for making my last lap of the China trip a pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable stay from 21 to 25 December 2024.
