De duplexkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden en hangende stoel in Xianxiu in Wangxiang Valley was geweldig! Perfect voor een gezin van drie, je verblijft midden in de geheime vallei, wat de ervaring onvergetelijk maakt ✨ De duplexindeling is super gelaagd, en de hangende stoel beneden is de kers op de taart. Heerlijk om daar weg te kruipen en van het prachtige uitzicht buiten te genieten, pure ontspanning. De twee eenpersoonsbedden zijn breed en comfortabel, het beddengoed is zacht voor de huid, zodat iedereen ongestoord kan rusten met veel privacy. De kamer in houtstijl past perfect bij de bergen en het water. De kamertemperatuur is comfortabel, zelfs in de winter voelde het niet koud aan – er is veel aandacht besteed aan details. Het hele verblijf was zorgeloos. De butler stuurde van tevoren reisgidsen, beantwoordde vragen direct, je kon snel het park in bij de ingang, en er was een portier om te helpen met de bagage. Inclusief toegangskaartjes en ontbijt. Na het bekijken van het avondlandschap loop je zo terug naar je kamer. 's Ochtends geniet je nog van de rustige vallei, en je loopt zo naar de populaire bezienswaardigheden. Onbeperkte toegang tot het park is super handig. Als je met vrienden reist, boek dan deze plek zonder twijfel. De volgende keer verblijf ik hier weer!

Itinerary: 3 days and 2 nites in Nanchang (hotel will be provided) Location: Close to attractions (you can walk to places like Wisteria Pavilion, Wanshou Palace, Frog Street Nite Market, and Dasi Courtyard), which saves on transportation costs. Food: There is a whole row of food behind the hotel. Mainly, it's too cold in February, but there are restaurants near the hotel, making it convenient to walk 5 minutes to enjoy the food. Breakfast: Baofa Gan Cuisine Restaurant, their prices are reasonable. Dinner: Gan Liu Ji. Jiangxi stir-fry. Of course, the hotel also offers delicious food, but I didn't get a chance to try it. Service: Since I arrived at the hotel at 11 PM with a reservation, the hotel staff gave my room to someone else. However, the next day they upgraded me to a room by the window facing the street. I didn't sleep well, so it's better not to do that, even tho I could see the outside scenery. Finally, when checking out, with the hotel's permission, I took the conditioner, shampoo, and body wash because I really liked their subtle fragrance. 行程：南昌3天2夜(酒店会提供) 位置：靠近景点(走路都可以到藤王阁，万寿宫，蛤蟆街夜市和大士院等) ，这样少付一些交通费用。 美食：酒店后面有一整排美食。主要2月份太冷，在酒店附近有餐馆，方便走5分钟就可以享用美食。 早餐：宝发赣菜馆，他们店价钱合理。 晚餐：赣六记. 江西小炒。 当然酒店也会提供美食，只是没有去品尝。 服务：由于我预定房间11pm抵达酒店，酒店服务员提供给别人，但第二天升级靠窗和马路上，但睡眠不好，最好还是不要，虽然可以看到外面风景。最后退房，经过酒店同意，带走护发素，洗发露和沐浴露，因味道香淡，我满喜欢的。

Ik wilde al heel lang naar Wangxian Valley en eindelijk had ik de tijd om deze sprookjesachtige plek te bezoeken. Het hotel ligt in het schilderachtige gebied, en na het inchecken waren we snel bij de kern van het景区. De kamer die we boekten was van alle gemakken voorzien, de kinderen vonden het geweldig en mijn vrouw was zeer tevreden. Vanuit de kamer kon ik direct uit het raam kijken en genieten van het sprookjesachtige uitzicht, wat ik persoonlijk ook erg fijn vond. We kwamen tijdens het Lentefestival, en er waren op verschillende tijden prachtige voorstellingen, wat zorgde voor een geweldige feestelijke sfeer. Ons hele gezin heeft een heerlijke vakantie gehad. We komen zeker terug!

Het landschap is prachtig en indrukwekkend, en het uitzicht 's nachts is de moeite waard. Maar! De weg van Shanghai naar hier loopt via een deel van de nationale snelweg, en dat is erg druk! Het kostte me drie uur om 20 kilometer te rijden. Er was een stoplicht op de nationale snelweg en het groene licht duurde maar tien seconden. Het verkeer stond vast en ik kon er niet doorheen. Het was zo erg! Het was al 21:00 uur toen we aankwamen. We moesten een paar trappen op om in te checken. De kamerfaciliteiten waren wat oud. Het ontbijt was erg chaotisch. Er waren veel lege borden en niemand vulde ze bij. Het afval op tafel werd niet opgeruimd. Het management was karig. Ik ga er niet meer heen. Eén ervaring is genoeg.

此次廬山之旅，行程舒心順暢，尤其住宿體驗遠超預期，必須認真好評推薦。酒店地理位置優越，出入方便，周邊環境清幽雅緻，依山傍水，空氣清新，很符合廬山這座文化名山的靜謐氛圍，整體裝修簡約大氣，乾淨整潔，公共區域佈置温馨，一進門就讓人感覺放鬆舒適。 我們帶孩子出行，原本衹是普通房型，酒店貼心周到，主動為我們免費升級成寬敞明亮的家庭房，空間足夠大，佈局合理，居住舒適度大幅提升，帶娃出行瞬間輕鬆很多，這份用心特別讓人感動。房間內配備全屋智能系統，燈光、窗簾等操控便捷，現代化程度很高，體驗感非常棒；尤其是智能馬桶，功能齊全、乾淨衞生，舒適度和品質完全不輸五星級酒店，細節之處盡顯用心。 整個入住期間，服務人員態度都很温和有禮，有求必應，溝通順暢。特別感謝3月28日值班的前台小姐姐，全程熱情耐心、細心周到，不管是諮詢路線還是入住辦理，都非常專業貼心，讓人如沐春風。臨走時酒店還特意贈送了當地特色茶葉，給小朋友準備了精緻小玩具，雖是小禮物，卻格外暖心，能看出酒店真正在用心對待每一位客人。 這次住宿真正做到了環境好、設施好、服務好、性價比高，對親子家庭尤其友好，住得安心、舒心、放心。廬山之行本就收穫滿滿，無論是自然風光還是歷史人文都讓人心胸開闊，再加上這麼優質的住宿體驗，更是錦上添花。下次再來廬山，一定會首選這家酒店，也真心推薦給所有計劃來廬山旅遊的朋友，值得信賴、值得選擇！

We stayed here for a week to take a ceramics class in the city. The hotel and staff were wonderful and very communicative during the entire stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that the room was located right next to the cleaning supply closet for and so early in the mornings we'd hear the staff go in and out the room to gather their cleaning supplies. Unfortunately, it wasn't very soundproof so we heard everything but other than that the stay was really nice.

I was completely ‘WOW’ by the services and the cleanliness of my rooms during my stay at Shangri La Nanchang. The cleaners who cleaned my rooms were consistent in maintaining clean and sparkling surface top of my rooms. We were given connecting rooms (2713 & 2714) which made it easier for me to walk over to my children without stepping out of my room in my pyjamas. Manager Mr Hank Zhang ensured my stay was pleasant, convenient and enjoyable for me as he knew that I was staying there for 5D4N with my 3 children. Counter staff Ms Ava Li was friendly and professional in handling my request with thoughtful act and professionalism. Thank you to all the staff in Shangri La Nanchang for making my last lap of the China trip a pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable stay from 21 to 25 December 2024. I would strongly recommending EVERYONE to stay at Shangri La Nanchang. Lastly, the bell boy and traffic control staff were always helpful and friendly in treating every guest with respect. The hotel lobby is very stylish, there is a breakfast room, laundry room, gym, and robot service on the first floor, complete facilities, good lighting in the room, soft beds, clean and hygienic. The staff service attitude is particularly good. The hotel has free parking, there is a large shopping mall on the left, it is very convenient to eat and shop, and it is also very close to the scenic ancient city of Xiangao. Very good hotel, I will come to Wuyuan to play in the future.

性價比還行，就是我訂的含早餐，辦入住忘記給我早餐劵，我微信問前台吃早餐是否憑房卡，前台回覆我不是，説我房間不含早餐，這是烏龍啊，房間需要定期驅蟲，有螞蟻，半夜12點説給我們換房間，我覺得很麻煩，東西又多，又晚，我們都洗了睡覺了，所以拒絕了，怎麼説呢，主動服務還是需要加強培訓的，如果是酒店文化，就當我沒説

This was our second stay at this hotel, and everything was still perfect. We want to express our appreciation for one of the staff members at check-in, Yuki. She remembered us—perhaps because of our limited Mandarin skills (haaaa....haaa.....)—and went out of her way to ensure we understood everything we needed to know. Yuki also reminded us to reach out to her or her colleagues if we needed any assistance. Her efforts made our stay even more enjoyable!!
