Lugar com boa localização, recepção bem informada, e tirou nossas dúvidas. Lugar aconchegante. Só não gostei do anfitrião incomunicável, deixou um contato, porém não respondia nada. Quando cheguei tive que entrar em contato com um número que o recepcionista me deu para autorizar a entrada e informar os nomes dos hóspedes, pois não estávamos no sistema. Falei com ele antes, justamente para informar os hóspedes e dar todas informações, mas não respondia, a mensagem chegava mas não era visualizada. Isso foi o que deixou muito a desejar, horrível. Mas o flat e a localização são bons.

FFabricio ZanattaThe hotel is very comfortable and comfortable, and it is very expensive for the same choice that is nearby in Tambaú with more affordable options. Only a buy-in reserve that indicates the seafront and check in has been offered a normal in the corridor, a kind of expertise that does not lead to anything and only amazes a tourist, but it fulfils what it promises, perhaps it would even indicate but would not stay again.

AAnonymous UserThe house is clean and modern, also the facilities in the building are great. It’s located around 15 mins walk to the beach. The value for the money is really great.
One thing to notice:
🚨It’s a very local business. The reception doesn’t speak English. At check in you need to pay the remaining fees. If you don’t have PIX could be an issue. Luckily the office is close by, you can pay at the office.

LLorne M.Although TRIP gives Kastel Jamp just 2 stars, it's actually a 3.5 or 4 star boutique hotel. The staff is exceptional; friendly, helpful and always cheerful. The room was spacious with a large Smart TV. The hotel offers chairs for the beach plus towels at no charge, plus bicycles to use. Breakfast was good. Located nearby is a new shopping mall.

EEdson MFHotel muito bem localizado. É o ponto forte. Quarto amplo com cama confortável e sempre limpo (destaque para a Rose). Bom café da manhã (ficamos oito dias e poderia variar um pouco mais). Destaque para a tapioca feita pela Vitória e atendimento da Karine. Boa piscina para relaxar quando retornar da praia (Precisa arrumar o chuveiro da área da piscina e instalar um lava pés para retirar a areia). Em frente a praia, ao lado de bons restaurantes e de quiosques de praia.

GGuest UserHotel with good location; leisure area with bar and a fantastic pool with infinite edge, super complete breakfast, excellent. We were placed in the fourth floor, we refused the room because already in the corridor the smell of mopho is unacceptable, then we were taken to the second floor with the same problem, there we went to the fifth floor that is younger and we had no problems. The request for a room exchange was made without questioning and with the great support of the staff.

JJussara Almeida De SouzaHotel muito bom. Super bem localizado, estrutura muito boa. O wifi as vezes oscilava mas deu pra usar. O banheiro da recepção estava sujo quando fui usar. O café da manhã é excelente. Sem dúvidas foi um dos melhores hotéis que já fui.
