BEL ZE VOORDAT U NAAR HET HOTEL GAAT OM TE BEVESTIGEN. Boeking was niet bevestigd volgens de receptie. Toen ik incheckte kreeg ik te horen dat de boeking niet bevestigd was op het systeem van Zuri Management. Blijkbaar kwamen deze problemen terug, aangezien ik ook nog eens 3-4 andere reizigers tegenkwam die hetzelfde ervaarden. Deze mensen boekten via Agoda, Booking en ik boekte via Trip. Het leek erop dat het Zuri-management hun overboekingsproblemen niet aankan. Het is maar goed dat ze nog een kamer voor ons beschikbaar hebben. Ze lieten me echter opnieuw betalen, ondanks dat er al kosten in rekening waren gebracht. Iemand zou de verantwoordelijkheid voor deze kwestie moeten nemen. Het is echter jammer dat sommige reizigers dit gedoe hebben meegemaakt en sommigen hebben zelfs een PWD en senior bij zich.

My stay was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the ideal location, which made it easy to access local attractions. The culinary experience was a highlight—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Combined with the beautiful property and attentive staff, it made for a truly memorable and delightful visit. I will definitely be returning.

Ik heb genoten van mijn verblijf in Henann Regency Resort and Spa. De service van de luchthaven naar het hotel verliep probleemloos. De medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het buffet was ook erg goed. Ik kan dit hotel van harte aanbevelen voor een bezoek aan Boracay. Tot ziens in januari 2026!

Courteous staffs. Check in and check out is fast. The room is clean and with new sets of white towels and bed sheets. The room size is enough for 2 person. The location is good as it is near the food establishments and coffee shops. The only missing is it would be nice to have a facial tissue in the room.

My experience at the Henann Garden Resort in Boracay was simply spectacular! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and contagious friendliness from the entire staff. The service is, without a doubt, one of the hotel's highlights – everyone is incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. The hotel is extremely clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably tidied up daily. Cleanliness is taken very seriously, which gives guests a huge sense of confidence and tranquility. The location is also fantastic – right in the heart of Station 2, close to everything, yet with a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The pools are wonderful and very well-kept, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Breakfast is another highlight: very varied, with delicious options for every taste – from Asian to Western dishes, all fresh and flavorful. It really makes you want to enjoy every morning there. Without a doubt, an excellent stay! I highly recommend Henann Garden to anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and top-notch service. I will definitely return.

Small good if you want just sea and sleep perfect.food is nice. We also requested extra bedsheets, pillows, and a blanket, and they asked for an additional charge. This was not pleasant. While most places charge around 500 pesos, they asked for 1,500 pesos, which we believe is absolutely not worth it. Overall, the room, sleep quality, breakfast area, the sea, and the pool are nice. The pool is mainly suitable for diving activities, and there are constant training sessions taking place. In general, the hotel is acceptable, but it does not justify the extra charges.

We arrived at the hotel at 12nn expecting to have to wait 2-3 more hours before we can check-in. But as we processed our arrival with the receptionist, we were already given our key cards to check-in. This added great convenience to our stay (do not expect that this would always be the case but it is good to note they allow early check-in if available). The room we booked was very comfortable, I have nothing to complain about. We requested to be put on a corner room which was obliged. All the staff was exceptionally accommodating and approachable. The hotel was conveniently located at a walking distance to Festive Walk Mall and all must-visit spots of Megaworld. Overall, we had a great stay! I will definitely be booking again should I be back to visit Iloilo.

Het was een geweldige ervaring om in dit hotel te verblijven. Het personeel is vriendelijk en zeer meegaand. De volgende keer dat ik Boracay bezoek, zal ik hier weer verblijven. Bedankt!

Very professional from the moment I asked from reservations team Shyla, she really answered all our questions and inquiries. Detailed information about the airport transfer service which made it easier for us to decide.  Everyone is proactively attentive with genuine smiles from their faces which made our stay more meaningful.  The hotel is beautiful we booked the suite room and stayed at rm316. Although I want to experience the Suite w plunge pool unfortunately unavailable when I did the booking. Great massages, can also order food by the pool, love the Carbonara and soft to chew calamari.  They also have a beautiful gym with the view of the Lagoon Pool. Walking to the beach is around 5-8min. Most of the time we will ride their tricycle to D mall. Php 100 for private or Php20 if joiners.  If you’re a traveler who likes to walk a lot. This Henann Lagoon is a perfect choice for you.  Overall I love my unforgettable experience. I will surely comeback again.  Ryan

We willen daar blijven, de zee is slechts 2 stappen van het hotel,het eten is heerlijk,de kamer is gezellig en mooi,het spul is vriendelijk,iedereen is zeer helpend.Het restaurant’s eten in het hotel is betaalbare en smaakvol.Ik vind deze plek, je voelt je als thuis, Elke detail is awesome.They welkom met het dansen, het handdoek, een drank en een armband.Ik adviseer dit hotel voor uw vakantie !!! zie je snel
