A Last-Minute Getaway That Turned Out So Well! 🥰 We booked a Deluxe King Room for 3 days 2 nights at the last minute, and honestly, we didn’t even bring any clothes or prepare anything! 😂 Luckily, there were still some malls open, so we managed to shop for everything we needed there. The best part? 🥹 When we arrived at Thistle, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Thistle Suite! What a blessing. ❤️ This was actually our second stay at Thistle, mainly because our little one absolutely loves swimming in the pool. 🏊🏻♀️ The hotel is also great because it has easy access to the beach, making it perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The breakfast was delicious, and there are also plenty of food options around the hotel. For lunch, we tried Dapo Cikgu, and the food was really good! For dinner, we went to Dusun Pakdin. It’s a little further in, but the place was beautiful and the food was definitely worth the drive. 🌿🍽️ Overall, this turned out to be such a wonderful and spontaneous vacation. Sometimes the best trips are the ones you don’t plan too much! ✨ Definitely a memorable family stay, and we’ll be back again! ❤️ #Tripcom #TripcomReview #ThistlePortDickson #PortDickson #FamilyGetaway #MalaysiaTravel #TravelWithKids #Staycation #TravelCreator

Far from being a 5 star hotel. Staff were excellent, and location good. However the rooms are run down and dated. Paint flaking off the walls, rotten timber windows frames and doors that dont close properly, and decor thats seen better days. Having just stayed in another 5 star hotel the difference was very noticeable. This is more like a good 3 star and definitely not a five star

I check-in with my husband on 24/10 for a 4 days 3 nights staycation to celebrate our 43rd wedding anniversary. To our surprised We were given a free upgrade to a premium petals pool view room. It's because we are celebrating our wedding anniversary. The moment we step in we are surrounded by friendly and helpful resort staff. That warm and friendly atmosphere. Buggy is within 5mins deploy to your room and 24hr. F&B is great especially the morning breakfast. Special mention to the japanese restaurant UMi. Quality of food is great. We ate at the restaurant everyday. Great food and friendly staff. We was given a complimentary piece of cake to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you UMI

A perfect stay, highly suitable for family vacations! • Service and Hygiene: The staff are incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and tidy. • Kids' Paradise: The private pool in the room has clean water, and the kids absolutely loved playing in it! • Culinary Feast: The restaurant's dishes are exquisite and delicious, featuring local specialties. The breakfast selection is also very rich. • Convenient Transportation: Although it's a bit far from the city center, private car transfers can be arranged. If you want to explore the city, calling a Grab car is also very easy, making trip planning hassle-free.

We stayed in this hotel many times. It is in a good location and beautiful looking. However, during this visit we first checked into the Executive Room and it was not satisfactory. There was a smell in the room and aircon wasn't working well. Air con was dirty and lacking gas air, the maintenance had to clean and pump gas. Shower was rain shower type, we were not comfortable to use that. Design of the room was old fashioned too. Staff of the hotel were very friendly, polite and helpful. They helped us shift to Superior Room where we had stayed before. It was much better. We can see that some of the furniture especially the chairs and sofa was a bit worn out. The liquid bath soap in the bathroom had finished, and I had to use my own liquid. We strongly feel that hotel should ensure regular and proper maintenance, and if possible invest in some newer furniture. Overall we were happy with the environment, the staff, car park facilities and had good fun at the Sailor's Drink Shop.

We had a wonderful stay at Avillion Admiral Cove PD. The booking through Trip.com and arrangements by AirPlan Management were smooth, easy, and well organized. The room was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything our family of four needed. AirPlan Management was also very responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions during our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience. We highly recommend it and look forward to coming back again with our children in the future.

Everything else was satisfactory, but the cleanliness of the bathroom was a bit disappointing. Same goes for the plates and cups; we had to pick through several to find clean ones. Also, it would be great if the hotel could add more hooks in the bathroom for hanging wet clothes after swimming, as we noticed some rooms have clothes hanging on the balcony which spoils the hotel's view. The pool was great, but the kids' pool water was cloudy and smelled like feces. The slides weren't maintained. The shower was very powerful, which was good. The mattress and pillows were fine. We stayed in rooms 101 and 206, and they were comfortable. The cafe staff were friendly. The air conditioning was an older style but could be turned off if it was too cold. There was a good variety of food for breakfast. Toothbrushes were not provided in either room; we had to call and request them from the hotel.

Very beautiful place, but more suitable for students who go camping... but sadly there are toilets near the outside, I thought twice about going there at night... there are lots of conveniences, there is a place to eat, no need to drive... just walk... less than 1 km... just in front of the hotel there is a food stall
