Nieuw hotel op een toplocatie. Op 2 minuten loopafstand van Vantage Point en iSantoriny, waar u vele leuke restaurants, cafés, massagesalons en schoonheidssalons vindt. Op 2 minuten rijden van Strait Quay en Island 88. Op 20 minuten van Batu Ferringhi. Zeer strategische locatie. De kamer is schoon. Maar het zwembad is erg klein met pilaren in het midden, dus niet geschikt voor kinderen om in te zwemmen - alleen even in het water is voldoende. De fitnessruimte is ruim. Er is geen restaurant aanwezig, alleen een kleine bakkerij die binnenkort gaat sluiten. Het ontbijt bestaat alleen uit koffie en een broodje van de bakker.

Although the photos and reality were different, the window-less rooms were still adequate for comfortable staying. We stayed for 3 nights in a level 4 deluxe double room and level 3 double room, all ensuite with bathrooms. Due to the lack of exhaust fans and windows, the internal bathrooms can cause dampness and a smell but that was ok for us. A pet friendly Guesthouse (many of our neighbours had dogs but they were very quiet and well managed). Now managed by 3 service staffs who do everything. A retro but working games machine at the ground floor was a delight for my kids. Free laundry & dryer and a simple fitness corner are useful amenities. The highlight is actually the location of this guesthouse - within walking distance, there are numerous dim sum outlets, night time street foods, noodles shop, bakery and a sports bar just across the road. Will stay again, anytime, for my next visit.

Stayed at Capri by Fraser Penang and used the rooms for our pre-wedding preparation. Everything was perfect! The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The environment was pleasant, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay, making everything much easier during our busy wedding preparations. A special mention for the delicious Suntory beer and pastries – they were absolutely yummy! The only area for improvement would be the breakfast selection, as I would love to see a wider variety of choices. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately, we were so busy with wedding preparations that we didn’t get the chance to fully enjoy all the facilities and amenities the hotel has to offer. That’s exactly why we will definitely be back again!! I booked 3types of rooms and i love all 3rooms

Er is lawaai, dat onophoudelijk is en een beetje lijkt op het geluid van een wasmachine, van 's ochtends tot middernacht, vanaf drie of vier uur 's middags. Het ontbijt is niet van een vijfsterrenstandaard. Ik ben de volgende dag naar een andere plek verhuisd, die veel beter was. Hoe dan ook, deze prijs is het niet waard.

Excellent location. Bus Hin depot just opposite hotel. Room wise very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good, I like their complimentary coffee and tea. Their shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash smells very nice. Water good pressure . Free drinking water. Overall very good experience, definitely will come back for my next visit.

My family and I had a great stay here, though there is room for improvement.  The place looks and feels a bit dated, which adds to the charm, except for when the air conditioning makes loud noises that disrupt the peace. One of the mattresses in our suite was also a little worn, sinking in every time we sit on it. We have to admit that our suite was big and cosy for all of us, with strong WiFi connection and Netflix.  Moreover, the breakfast could be better. We opted for the stay with breakfast included, and we all were served the same Big Breakfast set. It would have been nicer to have options to choose from.  This place has potential and I might consider staying here again.

Het hotel is erg nieuw en ligt schuin tegenover de grote markt in de Seven Streets van Georgetown. Grab is erg handig voor verbindingen naar verschillende bestemmingen. Het is een rustig toevluchtsoord te midden van de drukte van de stad (afgezien van wat acceptabel lawaai overdag van een winkelrenovatie buiten), en het lijkt een renovatie van traditionele architectuur met moderne voorzieningen. Er is een fitnessruimte en een zwembad binnen, en omdat er niet veel kamers zijn, kunt u na een dagje uit in uw eentje genieten van het koele zwembad. De algehele service was uitstekend, iedereen lachte en begroette ons. Hoewel ik maar één receptioniste tegenkwam die Chinees sprak, zag ik andere gasten geduldig communiceren met behulp van vertaalsoftware. PS: De kwaliteit van het kraanwater in Penang verschilt aanzienlijk van die in China, dus het is aan te raden om uw eigen gefilterde douchekop mee te nemen.

I had a fantastic stay at this place. The room was spacious and clean and owner place is kind . The room was very comfortable with a great view from the window. It was cleaned daily and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, close to all the major attractions.I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city. 5 out of 5 stars.

I booked a stay at Citadines at the very last minute of my holiday, and it turned out to be a highlight of my trip. I opted for the unit with a separate living room, bedroom, and bathroom—the layout was incredibly spacious and offered plenty of room to move around. The facilities were top-notch; having an in-room washing machine and microwave made the stay so much more convenient. My only minor gripe was having to request a dental kit (toothbrush/toothpaste) from the front desk myself. If those were already provided in the room, the experience would have been absolutely perfect. Still, a highly recommended spot for anyone seeking comfort and functionality!
