Very nice hotel, very clean, the room I stayed in had a mini kitchen. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. Excellent room indeed. However the room smelled a bit fishy literally. And somehow I couldn’t find an electrical outlet in the bathroom or near the closet mirror so it was hard drying my hair far from the mirror. Aside from that and the fishy smelly room, everything was excellent.

Choose Ascott Gurney due to the rooftop infinity pool, and it doesn't disappoint, good size with great views. Room also has one of the best views in Gurney. Amenities will be perfect if only have sauna and jacuzzi/onsen. Location is walkable from the malls in Gurney, but on hot days it can be quite tough, through wide road and not too covered sidewalks. Breakfast buffet is quite huge, but I feel taste can still be improved for certain items. Bath amenities: shower gel, shampoo, smells really good and nice. Park in front of the hotel just recently opened and it adds an attraction to Gurney's visitors and also traffic, especially on weekends/public holidays.

Really nice and spacious rooms with a good location. HOWEVER, service staff at the check in was horrendous. Promised us a check in at 3:30 for our 3 rooms on the same floor but rooms were not even ready at 4:30. The front desk staff was also extremely rude and sarcastic when telling us that our rooms weren’t ready. Ruined our experience at the hotel to be honest.

Our experience at the hotel was extremely disappointing. We encountered bedbugs in our room, leading to bites. When I brought this up at the front desk, the attendant simply changed the sheets and, only upon my insistence, moved us to another room. Moreover, she denied the hotel's responsibility for the bedbugs. In our new room, we were dismayed to find hairs of various types on the bed. Exhausted, I refrained from requesting another change of rooms. I expected a meaningful resolution from the supervisor, but the following morning, all they offered was a complimentary lunch for two, with no genuine apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience and discomfort we experienced. The service was remarkably poor and unaccommodating.

The Ascot Gurney is a new, nice hotel, the room was spacious and clean
We got nice view, it would be great once the park ready for walks
Though can be a bit inconvenient to go around but they provide shuttle for many places
Overall we will come back to stay here

Very nice hotel for family with kids, my kids enjoyed to stay in hotel, and that swimming pool is so suitable for children, 10min walking to gurney plaza and Paragon.
