Een zeer schoon hotel. Het bedienend personeel is erg enthousiast over het introduceren van lokale activiteiten. Er is een activiteitenruimte waar u tv kunt kijken. Het ligt een beetje ver van de stad en vereist een tijdje wandelen.

Wonderful atmosphere and very comfortable. Terrific breakfast! Very attentive and hospitable staff who answered all of my questions and happily helped with anything I needed. Extremely comfortable and warm beds. Room was clean and spacious. The atmosphere was so great that even on stormy days, I had a fulfilling time just sitting in the lobby and enjoying the ambience and refreshments. There were only a couple areas for improvement: - the shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap had a very powerful scent. I have suggested the staff offer unscented options, and they made a note of it. - one of the USB charging ports in the room didn’t work well, and the placement of some outlets were a little inconvenient. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely cost this hotel again. とても雰囲気が良く、非常に快適でした。朝食も素晴らしかったです。スタッフの皆さんはとても気配りが行き届いていて親切で、私の質問にもすべて丁寧に答えてくださり、必要なことがあれば喜んで対応してくれました。ベッドはとても暖かく、寝心地も抜群でした。客室は清潔で、広さも十分でした。 雰囲気が本当に素晴らしく、嵐の日でさえ、ロビーに座って雰囲気や軽食・ドリンクを楽しむだけで、充実した時間を過ごすことができました。 改善点を挙げるとすれば、ほんの少しだけあります。 ・シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、ハンドソープの香りがかなり強かった点です。無香料の選択肢があると良いのではないかとスタッフに提案したところ、メモを取ってくださいました。 ・客室内のUSB充電ポートのうち1つがうまく作動せず、また一部のコンセントの配置がやや使いにくく感じました。 総合的には、とても素晴らしい滞在でした。またぜひこのホテルを利用したいと思います。

Prima verblijf voor longyearbyen. Ligt klein stukje lopen uit het centrum maar is hierdoor veel goedkoper. Ze hebben diverse kamers. Ik had een 1 persoons kamer prima met gedeelde badkamer wc . Er waren genoeg douches en wc's en ook schoon

the staff was super helpful. the room was spacious and clean; with generous heating to boot! the floor of the bathroom was heated, which i thought was a nice touch. the breakfast was tasty with variety of foods to choose from. i especially enjoyed the scrambled eggs. the location is superb, too. it’s the first drop off and pick up point of the airport shuttle bus. the bed was comfortable and the duvet was clean, crisp, and super warm. one thing i missed was maybe a refrigerator, but you don’t necessarily need one, so not a big deal anyway. overall a pleasant stay!

Great location, facilities, staff and breakfast buffet. Lobby fireplace and good wifi 

房屋很好，屋裡很温暖，識別度也能高，位置離小鎮的超市購物基本上也就10分鐘步行，酒店早餐也很不錯，吃的很好。

定了一卧室 結果是有兩個房間 特別驚喜 客廳空間很大 可以簡單做一些飯 浴室也很寬敞 房間暖氣很足 重點是位置很方便 樓下就是超市！

這個是個露營地木屋，整體的氛圍很不錯。這個酒店還包括了早餐，整體來説我們是很滿意的。屋子很大還有廚房，我們煮飯都很方便。值得推薦

Ik verbleef hier twee dagen en de locatie is erg goed. Als je niet genoeg budget hebt, hoef je hier niet te verblijven. Hotels verder weg liggen op slechts enkele tientallen minuten lopen van het stadscentrum. Het ontbijt was goed voorbereid en de badkamer was een beetje onrein, maar dit was een kwestie van kwaliteit van andere gasten en het hotelpersoneel werkte ook hard. De hotelplattegrond is heel duidelijk, wat geweldig is voor mensen die snel verdwalen! Ik was erg blij om de speelkamer te zien, in de veronderstelling dat er minstens één computer zou zijn waar ik over zou kunnen werken, maar het bleek gewoon een plek te zijn waar luidruchtige jonge mensen rondhangen. Misschien heb ik een ander begrip van dit woord dan westerlingen.
