酒店大堂和走廊照片如圖，佈置的很温馨。家庭套房房間大，空調製冷效果好，鑰匙很有特色，旋轉開門。早飯很豐盛，不過要走到古城中。另外，沒有燒水壺。沒有電梯，要自己爬樓。停車在路邊停車場，免費，安全。前台小哥會幫忙搬行李到2樓，贊！早晨起來陽台上風景很好，太陽正好曬到。

Esperienza decisamente eccellente. Lo staff mi ha accolta col sorriso e con grande cordialità, dimostrandosi pronto a consigliarmi luoghi da visitare o in cui assaggiare prodotti tipici del posto. Il personale di sala, sia a colazione che a cena, si è mostrato sempre pronto e attento, oltre al servizio rapido e professionale. Colazione continentale abbondante e variegata, dal dolce al salato ho trovato tutto ottimo! La mia camera era davvero perfetta: calda, pulita, cuscini e materasso davvero confortevoli, bagno munito di tutto il necessario, dagli asciugamani, al bagnoschiuma alle cuffie per la doccia. Pulizia, cura per il cliente, disponibilità è ciò che ho trovato, il tutto in una location ben curata, posta a pochi passi dal centro della città e dal Parco delle Terme, a 10 minuti dalla funicolare per Montecatini Alto e con vari spazi per i parcheggi. Lo consiglio vivamente!

The hotel was nice and Tidy as you'd expect from a five star hotel. Breakfast was great and staff helpful. What I found strange was that you had to pay to use the spa (use of sauna etc.) With hefty price tag of €70 PP on Friday. My mattress was knackered springs broken and one side virtually collapsed. The bathroom door was taty with bits peeling off. Admittedly, I couldn't be bothered to complain and get my room changed after unpacking our stuff and noticing the state of mattress late at night. And parking was €18 per night, which I didn't notice of any mention of their website or Trip.com. They charged me for 2 instead 3 when I mentioned the mattress before checking out. To be honest there has to be some level checking the condition of the beds by the supervisor. The pool on the roof was very small, not worth bothering with except if want to sit beside it for suntanning. I didn'tnotice any offer of drinks or food at the pool. I gave service a four star only because we asked for couple of things to the room which didn't happen.

Over het algemeen was ons verblijf in Villa il Palagio aangenaam. Het appartement van 50 m² dat we boekten was ruim en comfortabel. Hoewel er niet dagelijks werd schoongemaakt, was dit geen groot ongemak, aangezien dit vaker voorkomt in viersterrenhotels. Het ontbijt bood een degelijke selectie, met heerlijke taarten en hartige opties zoals ham en kaas. De locatie, hoewel op 40 minuten rijden van Florence, bood een schilderachtig uitzicht op het platteland, met handige eetgelegenheden op minder dan 5 minuten rijden. Het is vermeldenswaard dat de voorzieningen tijdens ons verblijf eind april gesloten waren, maar we verwachten dat het zwembad in mei zal openen. Een hoogtepunt was de Engelssprekende receptioniste, wat bijdroeg aan de algehele positieve ervaring.

Voilà un hôtel très sympathique où je reviendrai volontiers ! Le petit-déjeuner vaut à lui seul la nuit passée ici 😱🙌 — un vrai service à table et une belle surprise qu’il faut découvrir sur place… L’établissement est bien situé, propre et accueillant. Le personnel a même fait l’effort de parler en français, bravo à lui ! 👏 La chambre est agréable, même si elle n’est pas très grande. Petit bémol : les toilettes se trouvent juste en face de la douche, ce qui rend l’espace un peu étroit.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una notte con colazione inclusa. Camera molto spaziosa, veramente bella e silenziosa nonostante la strada poco distante. Struttura mastodontica e con tantissimo potenziale forse non espresso al massimo. Piscine termali molto valide, peccato per la vasca all’aperto che aveva l’acqua leggermente tiepida e quindi inutilizzabile. Abbiamo usufruito del massaggio rilassante, molto valido! Abbiamo cenato al ristorante, buono ed esaustivo. Colazione molto piacevole. I ragazzi tutti in gamba e giovani. Unica pecca il check-in alle 15, quindi se arrivate in mattinata ci sarà da pagare un supplemento, per usufruire della SPA. Magari sarebbe stato giusto essere trasparenti e dichiararlo sul sito. Nel complesso un’ottima scoperta.

Dit hotel hadden we meteen geboekt en het was een aangename verrassing. Het hele hotel lijkt op een groot landhuis. Het voelt alsof ik terug in de tijd ben gereisd en in een paleis heb gewoond. Aanvankelijk had ik een suite met tuin geboekt, maar omdat de duplex niet praktisch was, heb ik later gekozen voor een villasuite. Ik moest een villasuite boeken, het was zo mooi en anders. Hoewel het wisselen van kamer 100 euro extra kostte, was het absoluut de moeite waard!

Ottima struttura per alloggiare nel mezzo al paesaggio della Val D’Orcia. Montalcino si trova in alto ed ha una bella vista. Molto rilassante. Ottimo servizio sia alla reception che al ristorante per cena e colazione. Suite pulita dotata di tutto il necessario per un alloggio confortevole, è disponibile anche la cucina per cucinare. Abbiamo cenato presso il ristorante della struttura, servizio impeccabile, piatti ricercati, l’unica cosa è il menù. Abbiamo mangiato tutto ma abbiamo trovato un’eccessiva acidità nei piatti. Pensiamo che possa essere utile per bilanciare il gusto dei piatti ma senza eccedere. Quasi tutti i piatti erano molto acidi, se si tratta di un gusto che non piace, il cliente potrebbe non riuscire a mangiare niente. Il mio consiglio è: su 7 portate magari inserire un paio di piatti con questo gusto e altri con gusti diversi

I stayed here for 3 nights. 👍Bus stop is right in front of the hotel. You can go to the city center conveniently. 👍Breakfast is typical American style with a touch of Italian. A few kinds of Italian cakes and pies are offered. 👍there's a pizzeria and a bar nearby this hotel. (7 minutes by walk) 👎Netflix isn't set on the TV. 👎the shower booth in the bathroom was too small. It was a 'double bed' room and I can say that it would be so small for 'single bed' room and even for '5 years old kid'.

피렌체에서 차로 15분 정도 떨어진 곳. 무료 주차가 가능하므로 주차한 후 버스로 시내로 나가면 됩니다. 셔틀은 왕복 4유로 인데 오전 10시가 첫 시간 입니다. 버스 정류장은 15분 정도 도보 거리 인데 걸어가는 길이 상쾌한 시골길이라 산책하기에 좋아요. 그러나 밤에 버스를 타고 걸어 오기에는 너무 어두울듯. 시설 깨끗하고 더운 물 잘 나오고 주차공간 넉넉해요. 주변에 (차로 10분 이내) 대형 마트도 있어서 편리해요. 가격대비 매우 만족이에요.
