"Ample parking. Sheffield is a bit misleading it's a 30min drive. It's southbound but only a short drive to turn onto northbound. Reception helpful and friendly 24hr. Free parking, rooms clean and beds comfy. Shower and bath work well. A decent place for a night stopover."

"Nice clean hotel, spacious room, comfortable bed, everything you need. I had an issue with the radiator on the first night as it just wouldn't turn off, this was quickly sorted once I told a member of staff. On my last night I couldn't get into my room with the keycard, it was already gone midnight so I was tired and just wanted to go to sleep, It took 2 trip's to reception from the top floor before this was resolved which left me quite annoyed. On my last morning I paid for breakfast, It was a little disappointing, very basic selection on the continental side and the sausages were very poor quality and couldn't eat. There is however a Toby carvery across the road where I had breakfast the day before at a cheaper price, I would recommend going there instead"

"De hotelprijs is erg laag voor Britse begrippen. De kamer en het bed waren over het algemeen comfortabel en de locatie was goed. De bushalte vlakbij was handig om naar Darcy Estate te gaan; je kunt Google Maps raadplegen voor meer informatie. De kamer had ook een badkuip, maar de waterdruk leek wat laag. De airconditioning en afzuigventilator waren zo ingesteld dat ze energiezuinig waren. De kamer was waarschijnlijk de helft van een suite met twee slaapkamers, met een afsluitbare deur in het midden, dus de geluidsisolatie was niet geweldig. Gelukkig kwamen de buitenlanders in de kamer ernaast 's avonds terug, kletsten even en gingen toen slapen, dus het was niet al te lawaaierig."

"The fabric of the building was a little worn and tired. All staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. Didn’t eat in so can’t comment on that. Great variety of food available in the Wool Market, 3 minutes walk away."

"WE HAD A FRIDGE The toilet sit had some soap smudge on it and initially thought is something else but if foamed when tried to clean it (I always have sanitizer with me as is only human to miss a spot and do a mistake. Didn't kill me cleaning that myself. Housekeeping job ain't easy. Bless you all. Just keep a better eye to avoid Karen type❤️) The receptionists were all friendly and happy to assist me with both check in and check out. We absolutely loved our room and the view was magnificent. The dawn was heavenly seen from our window❤️ What I loved the most was the fact that in the room we had a FRIDGE. Many hotels don't have that anymore and imagine having a room without a fridge with this heatwave going on 🥵 I will attach a photo with our beautiful view🤩 This hotel will be my top choice whenever I'll need a room around the area. Clean room, clean hallway, clean reception area. Please keep an eye for the accessible rooms. Read all description and detail before booking as they have special rooms for people with a health condition and the room will have some things at a low level to the ground. Will be your fault for not choosing the right room not the hotel's as you need to read description always. Don't take it out to the staff for your own mistake😊 Seen a lot complaining about that, as I've seen also about the rooms accessible and didn't understand the term initially, until I went through the details. After reading the details I knew exactly what room I need to book and what would not be convenient for me🙌 Bless you all and hope this review will be of help to some of you at least 😊"

"This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. We were very impressed with the service provided by the friendly & professional staff. The hotel building is beautiful, stylish and well maintained. Breakfast was lovely but be warned the breakfast room is quite snug when there is a busy period. We would definitely recommend a stay here."

"The hotel is about a mile or so from the City centre and on a side road. I found it was very clean and the room was comfortable. There was a good shower and tea and coffee to drink. The staff there do an excellent job and go out of the way to make you feel comfortable. I would visit again for sure."
