This hotel was perfect for our first visit to Iquique, the staff spoke English and were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with our limited Spanish. The room had a great view and was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were always friendly. The restaurant and bar on the top floor was fantastic and I can’t commend them highly enough, we thoroughly enjoyed their recommendations. The views and sunsets were just amazing.

De receptie vertelde me dat ik een kamerkaart kon kopen in het restaurant van Rolee op de 2D-code van het hotel. De kosten kunnen worden opgenomen in mijn lidmaatschapskaartpunten (Natuurlijk niet Trip.com-kaart). Het is erg handig om te praten, het bier te eten, het restaurant hoeft niet te ondertekenen en ik kan gaan, het vertrouwen tussen elkaar is vol met mondjes!
Het gratis ontbijt van het hotel is rijk! Geef me de hoogste verdieping van een kamer met een draaiende ramen, de zeezicht is onnodig!
Ik ben blij. Ik heb nog een dag gehad.
When we arrived at the Hotel Ibis, we were not given the rooms which we h ad reserved. Both of us couples were given different rooms for which we each paid. When we arrived home I realized that we had paid twice for out rooms. I contacted trips.com and spoke to a gentleman who assured me that I would receive a refund for the $236.60 for the rooms which I had reserved. I have still not received that refund. I would appreciate it if you would send me a refund.

The front desk told me that I could use my room card to eat at the restaurants listed on the hotel's QR code, and the meal fee could be counted into my membership card to earn points (of course not Ctrip card). It was very convenient in practice. After eating the steak, the restaurant didn't even need my signature and I could leave. The mutual trust was full!
The hotel's free breakfast was very rich! I was given a room with a corner glass window on the top floor, with an unobstructed sea view!

GGuest UserWhen we arrived we were told that Trip's reservation was for 2 single beds. When we told them that it was our honeymoon, they not only assigned us a room with a double bed but also with a view of the sea. They always looked after us very well, in a welcoming way. Exquisite food. The only problem is the location, since you have to take an Uber or similar because it is a bit dangerous to walk out (not much of a path). Everything else very good.
