"Останавливались в начале января, отель понравился. Номер с теплым полом в ванной комнате, работает отопление - ночью спали с открытым окном, нам было даже жарко. Посторонних запахов в номере нет. Завтраки отличные, каждый найдет что ему нравится, есть терраса, предположу что в теплое время года там тоже можно позавтракать. Отдельно отмечу сотрудников отеля - очень добродушные, готовы помочь в любой момент."

"We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk manager kindly upgraded our room to a suite in celebration of my wife's upcoming birthday—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our visit. The suite, featuring a separate bedroom and living room, was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of continental options. While I would have appreciated more local dishes, the variety and quality were excellent. Both the reception and dining staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The SPA area and swimming pool were spacious, clean, and designed to offer plenty of privacy, even when other guests were present. Tip: About 100 meters to the left of the hotel, there’s a fantastic local BBQ restaurant with affordable, tasty food. A heartfelt thanks to the hotel management and staff for the upgrade and making our stay truly memorable."

"Although taxis can't pull right up to the hotel entrance, they can get very close, so it's not inconvenient at all. It's about a 5-minute walk to Registan Square, making it a very convenient hotel for sightseeing. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, including some delicious vegetable options like eggplant and cauliflower that I hadn't seen elsewhere."

"This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The breakfast was nourishing, the staff were super friendly and always asked me if I needed anything, the room was beautiful, and there was sufficient heating. I would come back to Samarkand just to stay here."

"Потрясающий отель ! Замечательные хозяева . Угостили чаем / кофе по приезду , огромные ,  чистые номера , с замечательным качественным постельным и белоснежными полотенцами ! Удобное расположение . До рынка и главных достопримечательностей 15 минут пешком . В свободном доступе микроволновка и стиральная машина . В номерах есть ВСЕ для комфортного проживания ! Если буду в Самарканде ещё раз , обязательно остановлюсь там же.  Позже заселились в отель в Бухаре классом выше . И скучали по отелю в Самарканде . Он был простой снаружи ,нет собственной территории  и ресепшен , но номера сделаны для людей. Хозяева добрые , отзывчивые  и гостеприимные. 100 из 10 ! Спасибо , за то , что вы делаете !"

"Wir bereisten Usbekistan mit dem Zug und dieses Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof. Um in die Stadt zu fahren, nimmt man eine Taxi App. Das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal freundlich. Der Pool ist gerade im Juli absolut notwendig und schön erfrischend. Dort gibt es auch Musik und kühle Getränke an der Bar (faire Preise). Anders als bei Trip angegebenen gibt es auch schnelles WiFi im Gästehaus. Unbedingt sollte man auch das ägyptische Restaurant mit der Dachterrasse ausprobieren, wir hatten dort eine schöne Zeit."

"We hebben een paar dagen in dit hotel gebleven en hebben een aangename ervaring. Het hotel is nieuw, modern en comfortabel. Although it’s located a bit outside the city center (about 15 minutes by taxi, costing about 30 000 UZS), the area around it is quite charming – a newly developed park zone with music fountains, restaurants, photo spots, a water park, and channels. Het personeel was altijd vriendelijk en handig, en het ontbijt was verscheiden en aangenaam. Over het algemeen, een mooie en comfortabele plek om te blijven."

The front desk team is incredibly professional and genuinely helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfasts are a real highlight, with a great selection and a restaurant team that speaks fluent English and Chinese, which makes the experience even smoother for international guests. And the cherry on top? Each room comes with a private balcony offering a stunning view of the nearby canal, such a peaceful spot to start or end the day. I would absolutely recommend this property for families, groups of friends, or business travelers. It’s a gem!"

"We verbleven twee nachten in het hotel, drie kamers, alles is schoon, netjes, een heel fijn hotel, een mooi zwembad, volledige service bij het zwembad, cocktails, fruit en een handdoek. Het ontbijt is erg goed, rode vis, rode kaviaar, een ruime keuze aan desserts, vers fruit, goede koffie. Het is 25 minuten lopen naar het Registanplein, 1 euro met de taxi. Er zijn verschillende restaurants in de buurt van het hotel. Ik raad het aan, alles zal comfortabel zijn. Het personeel is beleefd en hoffelijk. De jongens zijn geweldig! P.S. Het hotel verkoopt geen alcohol of bier. (Maar er is een restaurant genaamd Old City tegenover het hotel, dat raden we aan.)"

"Excellent location, generous service, and authentic charm near Registan. We stayed at Shahram Plus SH for one night, with a short extension, and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent. It is in a quiet local neighborhood, just a short walking distance from Registan Square, the mausoleums, and the nearby bazaar. It feels peaceful and authentic while still being very convenient for sightseeing. The courtyard is beautiful and traditional, with a charming and authentic design that reflects the local culture. Our room was very large and spacious, easily accommodating three guests. It was beautifully decorated, well heated, and also equipped with air conditioning. There were plenty of outlets for charging devices, which is always appreciated while traveling. The bathroom was spacious and included a large bathtub and a western-style toilet. Free drinking water is available in the basement kitchen area, though guests need to bring their own bottles or cups. One thing we especially appreciated was the generosity of the staff. We explained that we had booked a night train departing after midnight and asked if a later check-out would be possible. They kindly offered us a much later check-out so we could relax and freshen up before heading to the station. We truly appreciated this flexibility. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly throughout our stay and treated us like part of their family. Breakfast was also very good. The dishes were local, freshly made, filling, and delicious. A couple small notes for future guests: the toilet paper may not meet Western European standards, so you may wish to be prepared. Also, the beds are quite firm. If you are a side sleeper, the firmness may take some adjustment. Aside from these minor points, the rest of our stay was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel for its location, authentic atmosphere, and the incredible service from the entire staff."
