"Dit hotel heeft een redelijk acceptabele prijs, de locatie is centraal en zeer goed om te winkelen of eten. Het vervoer is gevarieerd en de kosten van taxi's zijn acceptabel in vergelijking met de hotelzone (waar de taxichauffeurs als beledigend werden beschouwd). Klantenservice is goed. Ik zou terugkeren?"

"Everything was great. We especially loved the pool in the late afternoon when the sun was blocked by the building — it wasn’t too hot. The food was better than we expected. Loved the kids club, and all the activities were really fun. The only downside was that the beach wasn’t as good and gentle as the northern ones, and when it was windy, umbrellas weren’t allowed. The buffet restaurant was also quite hot and stuffy."

"Initially our room was not very nice- damp bed, broken toilet handle, intermittent hot water and generally tired. However the management did address the issues by moving us to another room. The maids did a lovely job at creating new animals out of the blankets and added flowers on arrival. Unfortunately the first evening meal was a disaster. One main meal was overcooked and served before starter (which was incorrect) and the 2nd main meal was served incorrectly twice. Finally, the front desk resolved some of the issues but no ‘compensation/ token, for the errors was offered.  The following days were better, the breakfast was good and the staff made an effort to make our stay better. Although the hotel needs some renovations it was a chill and pleasant stay. Small beach but sunsets were beautiful."

"This will be the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel and I will say that it's getting old. The resort has five pools that were all hot. The surrounding beach in the area is 20 ft deep and seaweed and you can't enter the water. Also if you can imagine the hotel makes you check out at 10:00 a.m. which screwed up my sleeping pattern for the day of checkout. What hotel makes you check out at 10:00 a.m.? By the way check in time isn't until 4:00. So if you're staying for one day you only get 18 hours of hotel. Some of the rooms are redone and some of the rooms have got the original flooring from when I stay there the first time around 25 years ago. My room had the original flooring. The first room that reception gave me was on the first floor at the absolute end of the resort. The room was run down and the floor looked like it was buckling a little . The second room reception gave me had a foul odor. Food and drinks at this hotel are extremely expensive. I want to say that a margarita is around 13 to 17 US dollars give me a break. Do not order an a la carte breakfast there because they pick it off the buffet and it's going to be cold. I want to say breakfast is 550 pesos a person. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. They don't offer cappuccino or lattes as a courtesy for breakfast. By the way it takes reception around 15 minutes per customer to check you in. I have stayed at this resort a total of four times and I would not go back. The beach is infested with seaweed farther than the eye can see there's no place swimmable by this resort. I would say it was quite disappointing. By the way they have a little market in the resort and a $6 bottle of champagne in Los Angeles cost $53 in their ghastly overpriced market. Very bad value for money. My third room was acceptable. I do have to say I think the rooms are big and the gentleman that checked me on did give me an upgrade to a balcony on the lagoon side so that was something. I paid a round $140 USD a night with tax and really it was a 85 US dollar hotel at best. It doesn't meet Westin standards. There was also an area with a little chip paint in my room but I'm probably being somewhat nitpicky. The light in the room is also not very bright and made it somewhat hard to read."

"Ik woonde onlangs bij de City Express Junior door Marriott in Cancun, en over het algemeen was ik zeer verheugd over mijn ervaring. Het hotel was schoon en goed onderhouden, waardoor mijn verblijf vanaf het begin comfortabel werd. Ik vond het ook leuk hoe comfortabel het was 37413; 27214; slechts een korte afstand van de winkelcentra en populaire attracties, waardoor het gemakkelijk om het gebied te ontdekken. De dienst stond ook uit, de personeelsleden waren vriendelijk en altijd bereid om mede te helpen met begeleiding of aanbevelingen. Hoewel de kamers aan de kleinere kant waren, hadden ze alles wat ik nodig had voor een kort verblijf. De voorzieningen, waaronder het ontbijtgebied en de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes, werden goed onderhouden en gemaakt voor een aangename omgeving om te ontspannen. Mijn enige kleine klacht was dat de muren een beetje dun zagen, dus ik hoorde soms geluid van de hal. Maar het was niet genoeg om mijn verblijf aanzienlijk te beïnvloeden. Over het algemeen zou ik City Express Junior door Marriott Cancun aan reizigers die op zoek zijn naar een schone, comfortabele en budgetvriendelijke optie in de stad. Ik kijk uit naar mijn volgende reis naar Cancun!"

"位置很棒，停車場就在酒店對過，房間離海灘步行2分鐘，沙灘寬闊遊人很少，看到了最美日出。大陽台綠植環繞，很適合曬太陽。晚上比其他酒店安靜，雙淋浴可以同時洗澡。酒店貼心準備了三大瓶可飲用純凈水，和外出的編制包……喜歡圖盧姆從酒店開始。"

"Het inchecken verliep prima, de man bij de receptie was vriendelijk en het leek een perfecte vakantie te worden, maar later gebeurden er twee dingen... 1. Ik liet een deel van mijn geld in een tas zitten, en iemand haalde er nog 100 dollar uit, waarschijnlijk denkend: die ”gringo” moet dat niet uitrekenen... Slechts één dag voordat ik meedeed, wisselde ik daar en de volgende dag na middernacht was er 1 bankbiljet minder. Natuurlijk kon ik het niet bewijzen, dus het heeft geen zin om erover te vertellen. 2. Ook stal iemand 1 chocolaatje (dat is geen 100 dollar, maar dat was een cadeau, dat hij uit een ander land had meegenomen - als een cadeau van de reis)... 3. En tot slot was er een incident waarbij drie personeelsleden in onze afwezigheid in onze kamer rondneusden. En we zijn te vroeg teruggekomen. Ze kwamen met smoesjes dat ze zich zorgen maakten over de veiligheid. Mijn vriendin had haar jas in de kluis laten liggen. Maar dat is geen excuus voor het feit dat ze onze ruimte binnendringen en onze deur open laten staan zodat iedereen het kan zien. De schoonmaaksters hebben onze kamer min of meer goed schoongemaakt (soms vergeten we het balkon 😅) en ze hebben ons beddengoed nooit verschoond, maar we hebben er wel 17 nachten doorgebracht... De goede locatie, het strand en de touroperator in het hotel compenseren dat enigszins, maar niet genoeg om je veilig en comfortabel te vullen."
