Dit is een hotelgroep. Er zijn drie of vier hotels gecombineerd. Sommige zijn geschikt voor gezinnen en sommige zijn alleen toegankelijk voor volwassenen. Het hotel is erg groot en je moet een sightseeingbus nemen om heen en weer te gaan naar verschillende plaatsen Verschillende hotellobby's, restaurants en diverse faciliteiten Ze kunnen met elkaar worden gebruikt en de activiteiten zijn zeer rijk.Er is een butler beneden in elk gebouw om te zorgen voor alle behoeften van de klanten in dit gebouw! De service was uitstekend! Elke ochtend na 8.00 uur stuurt de butler het activiteitenschema voor de hele dag, de openingstijden van het restaurant en verschillende concerten en activiteitentijden naar iedereen, wat erg attent is! Ook zijn er elke dag tal van activiteiten! Er zijn 20 verschillende restaurants om uit te kiezen in de hotelgroep, all inclusive, erg attent! Er zijn ook elke avond veel activiteiten, muziekoptredens, verschillende feesten! Regelingen zijn de klok rond van kracht! De kustlijn is ook erg lang en er zijn meren in het binnenland die kriskras door elkaar lopen, het landschap is erg goed! Geweldig voor een familievakantie!

I recently celebrated my seven-year wedding anniversary with a 5-night stay at TRS Yucatan hotel, and it exceeded all expectations. The staff's exceptional treatment made our experience truly memorable. Special kudos to the remarkable team at El Gaucho—Amayde Cruz, Ingrid Martinez, and our outstanding waiter, who we unfortunately did not get the name of, along with Fernanda Pichardo. Rosa from Villa 70 treated us to 5 star treatment, cleaning our room and doing turn down service everyday with the highest quality. Our butlers (Emilio, Estefanía and Daniel) were also really phenomenal! The resort surprised us with a lavish dinner on our last evening, making us feel like royalty. The tranquil and peaceful atmosphere added to the perfection of our stay. Highly recommend for a special occasion or a luxurious getaway! Thank you to the whole TRS team for the most spectacular time and making us feel like royalty every single day!

We loved our stay here! Beautiful, expansive property with lots of greenery, wildlife, pools, and beach options. Tons of variety for food and entertainment. We especially enjoyed the spa and padel courts. Highly recommend!

위치는 공항에서 1시간 20분 정도 걸리는 듯 하고, 시설이 조금 노후화 되어 있어요. 그래도 식당들 음식이 맛잇습니다.

Very nice resort. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great food options, ala carte breakfast and lunch options included. Heated pools. A lot of entertainment, a lot of live music(breakfast, lunch, dinner, pool)

We had an absolute amazing time at TRS for our 10 year anniversary! The staff went above & beyond for our stay!!! Our favorite restaurants were La Tentazione & Helios. The managers, the staff sure made us feel special. The food was delicious as were the drinks. I can't wait to go back! Thank you to each of you! Also a shout out to our butlers at 66 villa! Can't wait to see you all again!

The best restaurant was El gaucho was excellent , our favorite bar tender was Saria outside bar by the lobby, she made great drinks and created a drink that my wife loved that multiple people were getting once they saw it, they should add it to the menu.
