"Very good services with excellent and friendly front desk staffs, mainly the young lady LuLu. The room is very clean with very comfortable bed. 10~15 minutes walking distance and very convenient to Wuyuan train station. In general speaking, the hotel does match the Sheraton and Marriott standards. I will definitely stay in the same hotel , if I will come back to the same area. I will recommended to my other friend to stay in this hotel. Hope they will keep the same qualities."

"Itinerary: 3 days and 2 nites in Nanchang (hotel will be provided) Location: Close to attractions (you can walk to places like Wisteria Pavilion, Wanshou Palace, Frog Street Nite Market, and Dasi Courtyard), which saves on transportation costs. Food: There is a whole row of food behind the hotel. Mainly, it's too cold in February, but there are restaurants near the hotel, making it convenient to walk 5 minutes to enjoy the food. Breakfast: Baofa Gan Cuisine Restaurant, their prices are reasonable. Dinner: Gan Liu Ji. Jiangxi stir-fry. Of course, the hotel also offers delicious food, but I didn't get a chance to try it. Service: Since I arrived at the hotel at 11 PM with a reservation, the hotel staff gave my room to someone else. However, the next day they upgraded me to a room by the window facing the street. I didn't sleep well, so it's better not to do that, even tho I could see the outside scenery. "I was completely ‘WOW’ by the services and the cleanliness of my rooms during my stay at Shangri La Nanchang. The cleaners who cleaned my rooms were consistent in maintaining clean and sparkling surface top of my rooms. We were given connecting rooms (2713 & 2714) which made it easier for me to walk over to my children without stepping out of my room in my pyjamas. Manager Mr Hank Zhang ensured my stay was pleasant, convenient and enjoyable for me as he knew that I was staying there for 5D4N with my 3 children. Counter staff Ms Ava Li was friendly and professional in handling my request with thoughtful act and professionalism. Thank you to all the staff in Shangri La Nanchang for making my last lap of the China trip a pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable stay from 21 to 25 December 2024. "I booked a twin room for my trip to Jingdezhen, and overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was spotlessly clean and bright (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎), and both beds were spacious with soft, skin-friendly bedding, so it didn't feel cramped for two people. The bathroom was well-maintained, with hot water coming out quickly, making for a great experience. The soundproofing in the room was good, allowing us to rest peacefully after visiting Taoxichuan and Taoyangli. The location is excellent, making it convenient for taking taxis and finding local restaurants. The front desk was efficient with check-in and check-out, and their service was friendly and responsive. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I'd recommend it to friends traveling together."

"De duplexkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden en hangende stoel in Xianxiu in Wangxiang Valley was geweldig! Perfect voor een gezin van drie, je verblijft midden in de geheime vallei, wat de ervaring onvergetelijk maakt ✨ De duplexindeling is super gelaagd, en de hangende stoel beneden is de kers op de taart. I really loved the simple and elegant decor of the room. The owner, an auntie, was incredibly warm and friendly! I'd give her a perfect 100! I stayed in the 'Xiao Man' room, which was newly renovated and really nice, plus it had smart home features throughout. The cleanliness was spotless, making my stay incredibly reassuring. The air conditioning was cool, and I slept soundly all night. The next day when we were leaving, we forgot something, and the auntie actually reminded us herself. I'll definitely choose this guesthouse again next time!!! This area is also a lot of fun, I highly recommend everyone to come and visit!!

Over the past few years, I've enjoyed coming to Yichun for the selenium-rich hot spring waters. A friend recommended this hotel to me. Although it's an older property, the staff are quite prompt in resolving issues. I stayed in a room with a private hot spring tub, which was great for immediate soaking and relaxation – a really thoughtful design. The bathroom even had amenities like body lotion. It's peak season now, and the hotel is almost fully booked. The hotel's location is excellent, right on the edge of Wentang Town and quite close to the Tourist Service Center. I'll definitely keep this place in mind for future stays.

The lobster restaurant and barbecue restaurant next to it are both very good, and it's also right next to Dream Mall, which is really great. I recommend staying here. The front desk is also very quick to resolve issues without delay. The restaurant next to it is also very good, and the Gan Canteen is quite good. The fresh meat pie on this street is absolutely amazing, very delicious, highly recommended.

The environment was decent, and breakfast offered a good variety. Overall, the service was okay. However, the main drawback, likely due to management issues, was the poor elevator experience. Not only were there cigarette butts, but the long bench inside was covered in thick dust, as were other parts of the elevator. Upon entering the restroom, a strong smell of urine hit me. Since the room's door closer was faulty, and it was late, I decided to just deal with it and go to sleep. Around 5 AM, I was woken up by the noisy street outside. The room phone was useless, so I eventually had to call the front desk to get engineering to come fix it, which took over ten minutes. At breakfast, I had to look through more than ten cups, all of which were chipped. It was truly a very disappointing experience.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the hotel. It's very close to the guesthouse reception center, probably about a 5-minute walk. Getting to the scenic area takes a little over ten minutes. The room size was quite good, not the 20 square meters that Ctrip stated – I guess there are varying sizes. The complimentary snacks, something like sour plums, were nice. Breakfast met the expected standard for this price point. They offer free luggage assistance to your room or near the guesthouse center. It's also very close to the bus stop for the high-speed train station. If you're sick and need medication, the hotel provides a complimentary car service to a nearby clinic, which is about a 5-6 minute drive.

I didn't notice the invoice problem when I booked it, but the front desk manager Shi was very professional and patient to help us solve it when I checked out. We were very welcomed by the boss here in this place! The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is delicious. They provide free shuttle to the valley and also serve dinner and lunch for a very good price. We had dinner there when we arrived and the food was very tasty. The boss and her family are very nice and friendly. They also help us get a shared car back to the train station. I highly recommend this place!
