"The staff at the front office are excellent. To make specifically, Ms Daniella and Ms Quuena both went out of the way to ensure everything was all right. Infact Ms Queena, accompanied me to the Train station in the hotel car to ensure that I get there right. The extra effort Ms Daniella did to get me a room with AC working was amazing. I can not be that complimentary to the hotelcrooms though. Air-conditioning was hardly working and had to change rooms."

De service was absoluut fantastisch; het personeel was ongelooflijk gastvrij en stond open voor al onze wensen. Het ligt superdicht bij de Shizijie Night Market en de oude stad Luoyi, waardoor het ontzettend handig is om te winkelen, uit eten te gaan en bezienswaardigheden te bekijken. Het metrostation is ook vlakbij! 🚇 Dit is de perfecte keuze voor een familievakantie; ik kan het van harte aanbevelen en kom zeker terug!"

"De kamer was erg schoon en ik voelde me alsof ik thuis was zodra ik binnenkwam. Het was erg warm en comfortabel. De baas was super aardig en mijn oom was ook erg aardig. Hij hielp ons een parkeerplaats te vinden en hielp ons met het dragen van onze parkeerplaats Omdat we een gezin van drie waren, bracht hij zelfs kussens mee voor de kinderen. De locatie is geweldig. Na het uitchecken gaf de hospita me zelfs een geschenk , wat erg attent was. Over het algemeen was ik redelijk tevreden met mijn verblijf."

It is taking only 3km-4km to Zhengzhou Dong Station quite near and other location Longmen Groot, Sui & Tang Dynasty, Laoyi Acient Town with very deliciouse hotpot at exit Gate . "We verbleven hier twee nachten en waren zo blij. Uitstekende locatie naast de oude rivier en als een oase in de oude straat, vlakbij de Lijing-poort, de nachtmarkt in de oude stad en de oude stad Luoyi. De dames in het hotel verwelkomden ons en zorgden met warme gastvrijheid voor ons tijdens ons verblijf, zo dankbaar❣️. Twee katten zijn de ster, zo mooi en vriendelijk. We ontmoetten de eigenaar, een heel aardig persoon die de charme van de plek creëerde. We zullen hier zeker weer verblijven als we Luoyang weer bezoeken✨"

"Kaifu was a lovely hotel. We got a taxi from the airport (about 5 minutes) and were met by a member of staff who helped us into the hotel and took our bags to our room for us. Our room was big and comfortable and the bathroom was great (very good shower!). The staff were so friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant and the food was good. We wanted wine, which was expensive, but it was very good too. I'd recommend this hotel."
