Located 10 minutes from the airport, CASA GLORIA is a newly constructed, beautifully appointed apartment. We are centrally located in Exuma just minutes from the airport in a quiet neighborhood. Just 3-5 minutes stroll will take you to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Located nearby is a waterfront restaurant; you can choose to dine out or cook your meals in our fully equipped kitchen. Restaurants, liquor and grocery store are all located nearby, within five minutes.The spaceLocated approximately 10 minutes from the airport in the settlement of Mount Thompson. This Villa has all the comforts of home including a Smart TV, wifi throughout and Netflix for a cozy night in after beaching it up all day!It’s a lovely apartment for 2-4 people with two full bedrooms with queen-sized beds. Also, each of our apartments has a lovely outdoor space with patio furniture so that you can enjoy the outdoors, as well. Only a five minute walk to an absolutely gorgeous beach (Three Sisters Beach located in the settlement of Mount Thompson). We have beach chairs and towels that you can take with you. We’re also within walking distance of a lovely bar/restaurant serving food and drinks all day, every day and even a karaoke night!A perfect spot to relax in comfort!!You will absolutely need a car rental as things are spread out all over the island.Since you’ve come all the way you’re going to want to explore the island and visit it’s many beautiful sights! Casita Exuma is located on Great Exuma and in the Village at Hooper's Bay, about a 10-minute drive from both the Exuma International Airport and George Town. 2-story, 2-bedroom townhouse for 4 people. The Village is a secure and private complex with 6-villas, on-site management and staff that can assist you during your stay. Wi-Fi and parking are included. First floor: The 2 bedrooms, each one with ensuite bathrooms, are on the ground floor along with a walk-in closet and a laundry room (which is available for your use). The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have access to a screened porch. The first floor also has a deck . Second floor: The open concept kitchen, living and dining room is on the second floor along with a powder room. The property is cleverly separated into 2 buildings which are about 10 metres apart. Building A has 4 bedrooms and building B houses the club area for recreation, kitchen and laundry. Because of the strategic separation the late risers will not be disturbed by those who wish for an early start and at night the party people will not have to feel guilty of disturbing those who need all the rest possible. Building A is 2 levels. Each level has 2 well appointed bedrooms. Each room has an a/c unit with ceiling fans. (Standing fans are available on request). Each room contains a queen as well as a double bed. The bathrooms each have a shower, toilet and double faucets.Building B. The club house has a large recreational space with a powder room attached. The kitchen is large with stove and oven, along with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, crockery and utensils. The laundry has a commercial sized washer and dryer. Because of the elevation of the property with the large verandas/patios, whether in the bedrooms or club house you will be blessed with amazing views. There is a swimming pool available.
