Got stranded at Bogata due to airline issues. Trip.com was very helpful to ensure i got a room in a timely fashion. The hotel is near the airport in a safe neighbourhood. Room was spacious but bathtub could be cleaner. Breakfast was pretty decent.
They have free shuttle buses to/from the airport

The place is a grey, dull matchbox. Security staff were unkind or plainly rude. Breakfast options were very limited, as were the portions. Would not recommend.

Buenos empleados de recepción y portería son excelentes, no muy buenos con la limpieza en las habitaciones. Por lo menos son honestos .. se me quedó una prenda la guardaron en la caja fuerte, me confirmaron y me la devolvieron .. Gracias por eso.

位置絕佳，距離公園很近，附近飯店，酒吧等場所很多，距離大商場也很近，可以步行。酒店最討厭的點是：每天上午服務員會敲至少三次門，問你要不要洗衣服，檢查餐吧，打掃衞生。為什麼不能一次性弄完？真的讓人很討厭。

是拉美令人印象深刻的好酒店，尤其在哥倫比亞更是出乎預料。位置好，安靜，方便。房間非常寬敞，設施很新。每天下午五點半的13樓歡樂時光的下午茶也非常豐盛和高質量。游泳池寬敞明亮，健身房設備俱全。別説是在哥倫比亞，就是在美國也是一家極為出色的酒店。滿分五分我給六分。以後衹住這裏了。

Het hotel ligt in een chique buurt van Bogotá, omringd door woongebouwen van zes of zeven verdiepingen.
Op 5-8 minuten loopafstand vindt u een ruime keuze aan restaurants (Vietnamese pho, Koreaans eten, Amerikaanse hamburgers, barbecue).
Het hotel zelf is schoon en netjes. Het enige minpuntje is een aanhoudende, onaangename geur die van de t****e verdieping komt 😭 (ik checkte in op 29 september in een suite op de t****e verdieping, maar besloot vandaag naar een hogere verdieping te verhuizen 😂).
Het schoonmaakpersoneel maakt de kamer graag schoon 🥹.
De receptiemedewerkers zijn gastvrij, proactief en spreken vloeiend Engels.
Hotelontbijt: 85 van de 100, vooral gezien de warme lamssoep 😁.
Ik heb de lunch van het hotel nog niet geprobeerd 😅. Diner (zoals op de foto): Chinese noedels met varkensvlees (teleurstellend qua varkensvleessmaak) met champagne, ongeveer 128.000 pesos ($230).
Ik raad je aan om een wandeling te maken om iets te eten te vinden 😅😆

AAnonymous UserThe most satisfying thing about the hotel is security. This street at the entrance of the hotel leads directly to Bolivarian Square. The street is a street stall. There is no stall at the entrance of the hotel. There are no artists and no homeless people. There are police fences around the alley.
Hotel breakfast is good, there is hot water, in the courtyard of the colonial mark, the atmosphere is good.
The only downside is that the room facilities are a bit old. The decoration style is old-fashioned.
The price is a bit expensive (stay for 3 nights, more than 800 yuan for one night).

SShadow LinThe location is great! There is a bus stop next to the hotel, and the transportation is very convenient. You can go to the supermarket within walking distance. If you have time, you can play in the swimming pool and sauna on the top floor.

MMechy SaldanaI would definitely go back again, it is a 5 star hotel, a luxury in each area and a first class service, the rooms are super comfortable and well equipped, despite having a very pleasant climate I am a somewhat hot person and they provided me a fan to feel more comfortable, the gym area is very good, something else that I do recommend is to include breakfast in your plan, It's excellent, they don't limit you to quantities and the variety is extensive...

HHaniel EllerMinha estadia no Hilton Bogotá foi excelente. O hotel é muito confortável, o atendimento é impecável e a comida do restaurante é realmente ótima — de altíssima qualidade.
No entanto, é importante mencionar que os preços das refeições são bem elevados. Me informaram um valor aproximado de 20 dólares, mas a conversão para pesos colombianos estava com uma taxa muito alta, o que fez o custo final em dólares ficar consideravelmente mais caro do que o esperado.
Outro ponto a considerar é que a rua principal em frente ao hotel fecha aos domingos para a ciclovia, o que pode dificultar um pouco a saída ou o transporte para o aeroporto nesse dia.
No geral, recomendo o hotel pela estrutura e serviço, mas vale planejar o transporte de domingo e ficar atento ao câmbio aplicado no restaurante.

The price/performance ratio of this hotel is slightly higher in comparison, the service is quite good, and the decoration is not bad. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside is that the breakfast is pretty much the same every day (which can't be helped).

GGuest UserDue to metro construction going on, we couldn’t sleep at all. It’s not hotel fault but I wish if construction would stop at night time. Too noisy and stressful - hope hotel provide ear plug or something to avoid this stress. Breakfast was nice.
