De faciliteiten van het hotel zijn gloednieuw en de omgeving is eersteklas. De kamer is voorzien van gratis espressocapsules, waardoor het een geweldige plek is om 's ochtends te genieten van een kopje geurige koffie. Het zwembad is van uitstekende kwaliteit en heeft een perfecte temperatuur, waar de kinderen enorm van genoten. Er is ook een stoombad, een heerlijke manier om te ontspannen na het zwemmen. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en het personeel is zeer proactief en gastvrij, wat zowel ouderen als kinderen erg tevreden stelt.

What an absolute GEM of an experience, a true B&B!! Everything about my stay was wonderful. The sweet elderly couple that runs this B&B was overly helpful, kind, and sweet. Despite our language barrier, they went above and beyond in the hospitality realm. They not only drove me to the Enshi Grand Canyon Visitor Center but also picked me up when I was finished. The breakfasts were amazing and super traditional. The spacious rooms have an unbeatable view!! They gave me free water for my hikes, and even a few beers on the house. If you are looking for a true B&B stay, do yourself a favor and stay here!!

Hotel located opposite the dock and next to Wanda Plaza which saved us the trouble to get a taxi to move around. We took the cruise from Chongqing, needed to stay 1 night and returned to Chongqing by high speed rail the next day. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Got us a 9 seater vehicle to send us to the railway station. The river view bedroom is spacious. Hotel common area has been renovated, lift lobby marble was polished and corridors with new carpets. Bedroom curtains and armchairs are dark brown velvet which i think are old design, replace it with lighter shade of beige will makes it look more modern. The bathroom floor needs polishing & grouting.

Overall a good hotel with views, but location is not very good if you want to explore the city. Beds could be more comfortable. Swimming Pool not very cosy and people from houses nearby can look directly into the pool area of the hotel.

We stayed at East Lake Hotel, Tingtao 2#, for three nights in August 2025, it was great, highly recommend ! East Lake Hotel is known for its beautiful scenery, just as expected, the view was absolutely stunning, but what was better than the view was the best customer service. They assigned a staff member, Ms. Yu, to help us. Ms. Yu gave us her WeChat contact information so we can reach out easily. Ms. Yu was professional and courteous, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, any concern / issue we had, she handled it quickly, including helping out with the laundry! We stayed at other Five Star hotels in Wuhan, Beijing, and Shanghai, but no other hotel provided this level of service. The front desk was also very helpful. Last but not the least, their breakfast buffet was the best among the 6 hotels we stayed for this trip. The environment is fantastic, and the floor-to-ceiling windows are beautiful. Sitting by the window, enjoying the view and eating is truly delightful. It's also very close to the attractions we visited. The room even has a large bathtub, and a washing machine, microwave, and umbrella are all provided. The host's service is exceptional; they respond to messages very quickly. We initially had trouble with the washing machine, and after messaging them, the cleaning lady came over right away. The host also thoughtfully sent us a Wuhan travel guide, which was incredibly considerate!!!

The Tujia style courtyard has a great experience! The courtyard environment is simple and quiet, the Tujia atmosphere is full, and the courtyard is elegant and super healing. Both the room and the yard are very spacious and transparent, the floor is not high, the 3rd floor is still equipped with an elevator. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, the bedding was comfortable, and the sleep was particularly stable. The boss is warm and thoughtful, friendly, the details are attentive, and the location is very convenient. immersive experience of Tujia style, full cost performance, highly recommended, will stay again next time you travel!

Ik verbleef er deze keer twee dagen. Er waren aanzienlijke verschillen in de communicatie over het boekingsproces, maar de daaropvolgende follow-up door het management was prijzenswaardig in het aanpakken en oplossen van de problemen. De kamer was redelijk groot en het nachtelijke uitzicht vanuit het raam was werkelijk indrukwekkend. Het openbaar vervoer in de omgeving is erg handig, hoewel er relatief vaak files zijn. De accommodatie bevindt zich op de 55e verdieping, terwijl de incheckbalie zich op de 56e verdieping bevindt; wie dit erg vindt, kan dit beter overslaan. Voor wie graag een bad neemt, zouden er voor dezelfde prijs andere opties beschikbaar moeten zijn. Afgezien van deze twee punten raad ik dit hotel persoonlijk ten zeerste aan.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel—the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious. What really made my experience special was the excellent service. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. A big shout-out to the 11th-floor housekeeping team —they were incredibly thoughtful，paying attention to small details that made my stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!
