We stayed at East Lake Hotel, Tingtao 2#, for three nights in August 2025, it was great, highly recommend ! East Lake Hotel is known for its beautiful scenery, just as expected, the view was absolutely stunning, but what was better than the view was the best customer service. They assigned a staff member, Ms. Yu, to help us. Ms. Yu gave us her WeChat contact information so we can reach out easily. Ms. Yu was professional and courteous, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, any concern / issue we had, she handled it quickly, including helping out with the laundry! We stayed at other Five Star hotels in Wuhan, Beijing, and Shanghai, but no other hotel provided this level of service. The front desk was also very helpful. Last but not the least, their breakfast buffet was the best among the 6 hotels we stayed for this trip. My favorite was the porridge made of sweet rice wine and sweet rice dumplings. 我们在2025年8月入住了听涛2#东湖酒店三晚，很棒，强烈推荐！东湖饭店以风景秀丽著称，一如所料，景色绝对惊艳，但比景色更好的是最好的客户服务。他们指派了一名工作人员俞女士来帮助我们。俞女士给了我们她的微信联系方式，以便我们轻松联系。 俞女士很专业，很有礼貌，她竭尽全力确保我们的住宿完美，我们遇到的任何疑虑/问题，她都很快处理了，包括帮忙洗衣服！ 我们住过武汉、北京、上海的其他五星级酒店，但没有其他酒店提供这种水平的服务。前台也非常乐于助人。最后但并非最不重要的一点是，他们的自助早餐是我们这次旅行入住的 6 家酒店中最好的。我最喜欢的是甜米酒熬制的粥.

Location is at T2 and If you landed in T3 have to walk 10mins to T2 then cross over the road. Their service was very good, room is very clean and breakfast was great too... Will stay here again if coming to Wuhan again

Met de mentaliteit om hier de eerste dag te blijven en te kijken, bleef ik hier de rest van mijn tijd in Wuhan. De grootte van de kamer is geschikt, de hygiëne is erg goed en de wifi is erg stabiel! Het belangrijkste is dat de locatie van het hotel echt goed is! Je kunt zeggen dat het een hotel is omringd door metrostations en snacks! Omdat de vloer hoog is! Het geluid van late night snacks heeft helemaal geen invloed op de slaap! Mevrouw Chen Ziyi bij de receptie is erg enthousiast! Eventuele vragen worden beantwoord! Sterk aanbevolen! Ik zal hier weer verblijven de volgende keer dat ik naar Wuhan kom!

My boyfriend and I just had the most special stay here. From the moment we arrived, the wonderful team looked after us and helped with everything and anything we could want. We’d wanted to eat dinner upon arrival, and so they provided some of the nicest Chinese food I’ve had to date! My recommendation is the fried eggs and leek. We were obsessed! 🤤 The room and the amenities were really high quality, and I especially enjoyed the incredible view from our bedroom. Daily, we were given snacks and fruits. The food was so good that we ordered again on our second night. Truly, the food was 10/10!! For the room, everything was clean, modern and worked well. All the staff were excellent, too. Yang Yang was especially wonderful (picture of us together!) and made sure we had the best time. She helped with organising our trip, including travel. She is a warm, kind person who made all the difference to our trip. She also introduced us to 土豆 the cat—he was just as delightful! As a foreigner in China, sometimes it can be tricky to navigate how best to travel certain areas. This hotel and the wonderful people here made us feel at home. Thanks so much for this memorable trip, Yang Yang —and also to all the lovely people there! You MUST stay here for the best hotel outside Enshi Grand Canyon!! 💚

這次來宜昌入住亞絡酒店，整體體驗超出預期，從環境、服務到細節都讓人特別滿意，強烈推薦給來本地出差或遊玩的朋友！ 酒店位置很方便，周邊配套齊全，出行、吃飯都很省心。一走進大堂就被簡約乾淨的裝修吸引，暖調燈光讓人特別放鬆，整體環境安靜雅緻，沒有嘈雜感，氛圍感很好。前台工作人員態度温柔又專業，辦理入住速度很快，全程高效不拖沓，有任何疑問都會耐心解答，服務特別貼心周到，待人很真誠。 房間內部設施全新，衞生做得特別到位，床品乾淨柔軟，躺上去舒適度很高，床墊軟硬適中，睡感很好，出差奔波一天能好好休息。房間佈局合理，採光通風都不錯，空間寬敞不壓抑，乾濕分離的衞生間整潔無異味，洗漱用品齊全，細節把控很到位。全屋乾淨無異味，隔音效果也在線，晚上休息完全不受打擾，睡眠質量特別好。 酒店配套很實用，網絡穩定流暢，滿足辦公、追劇需求，性價比超高。整體是精品經濟型定位，價格親民卻有很好的居住質感，客羣素質高，環境安靜舒心，不管是短期出差還是短途旅行都很合適。對比同價位酒店，亞絡在衞生、服務、硬件上都更出彩，管理規範，流程簡單，住起來安心又舒服。 一次非常愉快的入住體驗，已經推薦給身邊朋友，下次來宜昌還會優先選擇亞絡酒店！

Ik verbleef er deze keer twee dagen. Er waren aanzienlijke verschillen in de communicatie over het boekingsproces, maar de daaropvolgende follow-up door het management was prijzenswaardig in het aanpakken en oplossen van de problemen. De kamer was redelijk groot en het nachtelijke uitzicht vanuit het raam was werkelijk indrukwekkend. Het openbaar vervoer in de omgeving is erg handig, hoewel er relatief vaak files zijn. De accommodatie bevindt zich op de 55e verdieping, terwijl de incheckbalie zich op de 56e verdieping bevindt; wie dit erg vindt, kan dit beter overslaan. Voor wie graag een bad neemt, zouden er voor dezelfde prijs andere opties beschikbaar moeten zijn. Afgezien van deze twee punten raad ik dit hotel persoonlijk ten zeerste aan.

This hotel is beautiful. Despite some negative reviews, I booked and was thrilled. Great service and just a beautiful hotel. Everything was great. Room was large and comfortable. Lobby was amazing. I can’t say anything more about it. One of the nicest I’ve been to many many 5 star hotels - this one is great
