I had an amazing stay here and it truly exceeded my expectations. The 4-bedroom villa is brand new with all modern facilities in perfect condition, and I honestly couldn't find a single flaw during my entire stay—it was spotless and super comfortable. The location is also fantastic, as it’s just a 10-minute walk to Kata Beach and surrounded by great cafes, restaurants, and a 7-11 all within easy walking distance, making everything so convenient. If you are looking for a fresh, high-quality, and worry-free place to stay in Phuket, this is definitely the best choice—I will absolutely be coming back!

別墅真的非常乾淨，入住時我們受到了熱情的接待。位置優越，離海邊非常近，走幾分鐘就能到，海景非常美麗。如果不想自己做飯，附近有很多外賣和餐館選擇，方便又快捷，但別墅內的廚房設備也非常齊全，完全可以自己做飯，甚至可以在陽台上邊享受美景邊用餐，真的很愜意。裏面還有洗衣機，能洗衣服。另外，別墅附近還有很多值得遊覽的景點，出行非常方便，適合喜歡探索的旅行者。特別要提一下房東Tommy🥺❤️，他非常可愛且友好，不僅會説中文，還時刻關心我們的需求，遇到問題總是第一時間幫忙解決。離開時，他還親自送我們去機場，真的讓人倍感温暖。我們一家都對這裏非常滿意！這次住宿體驗非常棒，我們一定會推薦給朋友並且期待下次再來！🩷🩷🩷

Место положение, норм. 5 минут до Банг Тао. Нам надо было где-то неподалеку подождать, когда будут свободны номера в нашем любимом отеле, поэтому забронировали на несколько дней. Если бы весь отпуск протекал в этом месте, я бы очень расстроился. За этим комплексом идёт большая стройка, со всеми вытекающими. Ремонт сделан очень странно. Неплохая, кухня, но сантехника вся копеечная, вода бежит еле-еле.Бассейн маленький, хотя на фото показан большой. Загорать не где. Надо оговориться, что стоимость этого объекта не высокая, может кому-то и норм. Но мне не понравилось.

плюсы: - красивая вилла - на территории хорошее кафе с демократичными ценами - не далеко от центра - приятный персонал минусы: - в бассейне на вилле только утром можно поймать солнце, в остальное время купаться прохладно - в 2/3 спален нет ручек на дверях и на дверях в туалет, просто дырки - минимум в 1 душе очень плохо работают слив, стоишь в неуходящей воде - такси сложно вызвать, мало кто хочет ехать в эту местность - при выезде за испачканный колой пододеяльник взяли 1000 бат из залога. что я считаю невероятно дорого - не было уборки вообще. только полив растений

Our flight to Phuket was delayed, and instead of landing at 9:30 PM, we landed at 1:30 AM. Despite the late hour, we checked in quickly and comfortably because we had notified the hosts via text message, and they took care of everything, for which we are very grateful. We vacationed during the off-season, and the entire village was almost deserted except for the gatekeeper and the occasional vacationer, giving us complete privacy and peace. The villa isn't new or modern, and a renovation would have been beneficial. However, we were very pleased with the ample green space, convenient parking, the quiet surroundings despite the local road immediately behind the house, and the ample amenities. The area is surrounded by lush mountains, providing protection from the winds, and its elevated location protects it from potential flooding. The cleaning was adequate and high-quality for us – when the staff found us at the villa, it was more important to us that no one entered without us. We liked the linens and beds, but we didn't use the sofa. The pool lighting and cleaning pump aren't user-controlled, but we've gotten used to it. Unfortunately, the photos were taken at night upon arrival, so they're not very high quality. We rented a car, so the issue of being in walking distance of shops, beaches, and entertainment was resolved. When our vacation ended, renovations began on the neighboring villa, which gives us hope that they'll also be working on this one, and it will be even more enjoyable to return next year. We waardeerden de respectvolle en attente houding van de gastheren en de uitstraling van de accommodatie. Het was een zeer schone en gezellige plek. De kamer was erg schoon, insectenvrij, goed geluidsisolerend, met schone leidingen en nieuw meubilair. Er waren geen geuren, vocht of schimmel. Het uitzicht was aangenaam en de kamer was licht. Hoewel er bouwwerkzaamheden gaande waren, zorgde de geluidsisolatie ervoor dat alles op zijn plaats bleef. De airconditioning blies schone lucht. De gastheren waren zeer attent op de staat van de accommodatie en waren vriendelijk tegen ons. De enige duidelijke nadelen waren het extreem harde matras en het ontbreken van haken of een droogrek voor badkleding. Onze ruggen deden vreselijk pijn op de vijfde dag. Het voelde alsof we op de grond sliepen. Het beddengoed en de handdoeken waren schoon. Er is een restaurant en een zwembad op het terrein. Er werd slechts één keer in vijf dagen schoongemaakt. De locatie van het hotel is onhandig. Het ligt niet in een toeristisch gebied, maar midden in een lokale sloppenwijk. Vanwege de locatie hebben we veel geld aan taxi's uitgegeven. De dichtstbijzijnde 7/11 is op 10 minuten loopafstand. Het strand is met de auto in 20-25 minuten te bereiken. Het hotel is schoon en het geld waard. Zodra de aangrenzende gebouwen klaar zijn, zal het een werkelijk prachtig complex zijn.

friendly, helpful, and professional staffs. place is new, big, comfy, and very clean. walking distance to restaurants & convenience stores. yummy breakfast. We also tried their BBQ dinner by the roof top. Highly recommended
